GETTING STARTEDTo use the Autotruck FCU Mobile App, you must be enrolled as an Autotruck FCU Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Easy to use , easy to understand and like being able to link my Chase account. Love the bill pay features and create payees right on the app. Easy to keep up with my spending and balance any time I want 24/7.
There should alot more options available on this app. I feel like this app is run by the dinosour I work for. I cant even get texts when my card is used. Come on, let's invest something on this outdated app. Please!
worked for over a year. now keeps saying failed to Sync. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled still does the same thing. I've emailed them. hopefully they will reply and advise.
Great app, easy to login and use and navigate around and works very well for what I need/use it for. Makes my life easier as well without having to go to the bank to take care of things.
Easy to navigate, very detailed & informative, and it allows me to do all that I need to do to manage my account with simplicity. More importantly I appreciate the timeliness & updates of my transactions.
Downloaded the app, for almost no reason apparently. Doesn't offer any particular advantage. Can't make my loan payment. Can't remove/change account information. Deleting.

The main reason for a 2-star rating is that transactions and balances are not reflected in real time. The year is 2020. Has the credit union's computer system been updated from the 1980s?
The check deposit function is the worst I've ever used. It irritates me to the point of throwing my phone. Since the actual bank keeps terrible hours I find myself hating the thought of receiving checks.
All banking needs from your phone. Deposit checks quickly, pay Bill's, even apply for a loan. No glitches!
Mobile deposit is a joke and needs to be recoded! My check is endorsed! Fingerprint login works efficiently though.

Graphic interface looks good. But the app does load slow.

This is an awesome banking app! Wish the calendar on the desktop worked in the app.
everything was great, i would log in with a 4 pin passcode, but now, years later, im suppose to remember my username and password.
My notification are always late and the app doesn't work over the weekend.
mobile deposit is functional but not user friendly as it makes you start the process all over if the transaction fails .
Its not the best. It will do considering it's a community credit bank. It's not up to speed with the big bankers. Guess that can be a good thing

App and website are down frequently. It's an ok app but atleast 3 to 4 times a week I check my account and it says "error". I go on the website and it's down. Update 3/21/22 App is still pretty bad with connection issues and maintenence
