Will not log in and keeps saying there's an update out, takes you to the store and there isn't. Had a new install and cleared cache 20/5/22 Still does it 2 months on. 25/5/22 Has done this near enough daily now
I hate this. Asks for an update but there is no option to update it. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it still does it.
Will not load, keeps stating update required. But there are no updates avaliable. Software or apps.
Tragic gets worse with each incarnation unable to give less than 1 star why are the android and apple versions different?this is sooo bad it is laughable
Unable to log in after update keeps gong back to app store
The app Was getting better with the updates... but the in app "link" that sends you to the app store for an update, on multiple occasions it did not list an update option, I then had to close the app, go onto the app store manually, and update from there, also the camera function for still photos is rubbish, very poor quality and no focus ability.
Worst apps ever, always have bugs & crashes
Absolutely awful app, I would give 0 stars if possible, and if I didn't need it for work I would happily delete it and forget it for ever. It's slow, badly designed and about as intuitive as a potato. Avoid if possible
Very bad app. Freezes so many times.. A Lot of options need to be updated with regards to Menu Pricing. Along with Dents, scratches and windshield, TYRE sizes are also directly visible could've been added in first step-inventory collection step. 28-9-2020-Even after several updates the videos don't get updated, the vhc photos disappear after updating. The spare tire option even after telling that full size spare tire exists still asks for tire size. The app crashes the mobile randomly.
It's mandatory in the work that I do to use this app. Really hated it in beginning we started using this app. It's like anything new in life that you need to do on top what you already have to do. As Time passed using it, it's saved me more than anything. The customer can't argue proof of a picture or video. It keeps a great trail of history of previous work that was done. They have only improve the app as time gone past. FIVE STAR'S ALL THEWAY.
Too many unhandled errors and crashes. worst part, you can't select multiple pictures to insert at once, instead, you got to select each and every photo one by one. terrible and inefficient app development.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it! The new user interface is quite frankly terrible. My job is now even more of a chore trying to fill in VHC'S on this glitch ridden, hard to navigate piece of S**t. As if I didn't already have enough to do!

Perhaps the developers of the app can tell me to take tyre tread depths on a puncture repair kit? New update apparently the lowest possible tread is now 0.1mm I suppose rubber is magic now and won't wear past that? Also I didn't receive my x-ray specs that allow me to read tyre depths when the boot is full! Perhaps you should hire someone who actually understands how these things work when you develop your app.

Needs updating bad every time i use it i spend most of my time loggin into the app again as soon as i go out of it i lose all the login on my screen its like i have never used it before the way it deleting the site code an everything all the time an i constantly have to keep trying to log in about 4 times as it keeps saying my login wrong but then takes it on the 4th or 5th go
Keeps tell me that you need a update so wont let me do a vhc because there's no update
Currently unable to submit a Health check or multipoint inspection because I cannot choose any Tyre tread sizes. I also come across a notification saying "input string was not in a correct format"
worst VHC app .. every time i work on this app, app get crashed .. app developers not giving attention to app .. premium brands like Jaguar - land Rover using this app all over india .. every person who use this app , having complaints about app .. app techinical team not able to solve problem and bugs . i highly recomand to not use this app ..
Terrible system always needs updating and always going wrong.....latest download has messed the camera up you can't zoom in when taking in App photos
Poor app,worst app ever.Wouldn't even bother downloading it. This app crashes and wipes your work at least 5times a day.
Crashes after taking videos and have to start over on every job have to save media before sending or crashed
Full of glitches. With each and every update the operation lags and logs out deleting all the data.
Huge piece of s..t, asking for update and won't update. I don't know who is managing the App and the updates but he is kind of USELESS !

Tyre depths stop at 5 mm then go up in .5 mm increments so if you have a 5.2 mm tyre it comes out as amber. App needs updating to often. Some common tyre sizes not on system.
Use it on apple and works ok but totally different and doesn't work on android. Very poor
Poor user interface and very unreliable. Have to uninstal and reinstal everytime I load it. If I wasn't forced to use it for work it'll be permanently uninstalled. I would have thought snap on would have sorted this out by now
