Although a lot of people are rating this app one star. I have had little issues with it. Sometimes it gets my location originally incorrect, but pressing the refresh button corrects it. Being able to clock in and out is no longer a memory hassle, and you can enter progress as you work. So far I haven't had any issues with signage. (I will update this review as time goes on.) 4 stars (Great but could be better) Pro: - Easy to use and enter information Con: - Location sometimes incorrect.

this app absolutely sucks! this will cut your battery life by about 70% to 80%. a battery that should easily last all day only lasts about 4 to 6 hours with this app constantly running and it not being able to run battery optimization. plus the front is hideous and the way the app is laid out! to view everything, you have to turn your font size all the way down to tiny and the screen zoom all the way down to minimum in order to see everything on the screen and have the app function properly.

updated: still pretty bad. absolutely broken and horrible layout, doesn't work, and drains less battery now than the first version. Location tracking is still bugged. I genuinely don't know if I can even make this app work because of my phone being an older Samsung. I'm tech savvy. if i can't figure this one out than, well, it's probably even more confusing for my coworkers to use who are older. Everyone who has to use this app is frusterated.

Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones, but this app has been super simple to use since the beginning. As long as I leave my location on while using it, I have no trouble. I don't even have to leave my data on to stay clocked in! Honestly I'm thrilled to be back on the app instead of sending in physical timesheets...!

30 minutes trying to create progress report on one pt. It will not open. This is a very frequent issue. So tired of trying and trying to get this application to work. Not to mention the ten minutes it takes to refresh, and enen then the info is not correct. Save your employees the gigantic mess and time suck of an application.

As a guardian I do not like this app. The recent updates have kicked me out of the app, it now won't accept my password, & there is no way to change my password. If it is going to be a requirement to use this app it needs to work properly. Also, as a guardian there is no way to add a shift that a provider has worked if they have forgotten to put it in. Please make the needed changes to this app before the requirement to use it goes into effect. I don't want to lose providers because of this app.

I hate this app. Every update seems to cause a new problem. I am a guardian and now the app no longer shows balances nor does it show shifts to approve. I can see that the provider logged in and out but there is nothing to approve on my end. So either it is being automatically approved or she is not going to get paid for her hours. Either way that is NOT acceptable or appropriate.

I am not pleased with this app. I am on the verge of losing my provider who has been with my child since the age of 4 and is now about to turn 18. She has trouble staying logged in and when she goes to clock out it says wouls you like to clock in. Due to this and it moving her locations or not putting her at the right location she has had many issues getting paid or not paid at all. Its not okay for someone to do work and not get paid because of an app thats horrible.

This app makes it difficult to use if the client is not home. For exampe if the client is at their grandparents, or aunt and uncle's. Im not able to clock in or out.

I do HAB for both of my children I am always at the location! The hard thing is signing in to each client. It always gets the wrong one.

Cant change and up date. Doesn't let you keep hours you've worked. It says that you've exceeded and you can't end without eliminating the days worth of hours you just worked.
