Overall ok app. I know the owners want to stay in line with the company's color scheme, but it would be beneficial if we had the option to use dark theme. Pages are way too bright. I'd think the UX designers would be able to come up with a good option. This app uses a lot of battery if you spend too much time looking at items.

Finally found out why they didn't ship. When i bought the parts, they were $26.00 for a new intake gasket. No further info was provided on the app on what the delay was, so I had to call customer service. The company's customer service said that the part was damaged in shipping, but it was never sent, they just refunded my money, 3 to 5 business days later. They told me to reorder the part, so I go back on the app to reorder, and would you know, the part is now $31.00. They wanted more money....

The stores and company as a whole are great. the app is trash and if I could I would have put ZERO stars. it backs up a page ever 20 seconds or so if sitting idle. Page load times are seriously on pace with AOL dial up. The accuracy of internet and actually in store is not at all integrated with actual inventory. I just went to the store to buy a tie rod end. Shows 3 in stock. There computer shows 0. The guy behind the counter said "Maybe some bought them before you got here." 3 on one car????

The app is easy to navigate. It holds different vehical make, year and model. looking up parts is easy. You get store information.

I've almost always had good luck with their parts. I know it's a pain in the rear to put on a part and it not be good, having to take it off and replaced it again, but there's never an issue getting another one. I like the folks there also.

More than once, I ordered parts and the app shows its in stock when it's not. Someone needs to make the inventory counts more efficiently with a better system.

App is slow to respond. Vehicle entry on a Samsung phone is a little glitch. Changing between vehicles is not very user friendly.

Online-ordered a few things thinking I would be able to just go pick it up and go..why else would you do online correct? It takes a whole 24 hours/ pick up next day and doesn't say it on the app or anything for an online order. If I knew I would have to wait I would have just gone myself and got what I needed

As a former Auto Zone PSM I can tell you that on average AZ has the best people/parts. That being said once in a while (like in Ruidoso, NM) O'Reilly's is better.

This app is awesome. I place my order and the guys in madisonville has it pulled and ready for me in just no time at all. They are always nice and curtious and dont try to get me to buy a half dozen things. Im in and out and always save money at autozone. Thanks Autozone.

Good app setup for finding parts and advice/repair info. Biggest problems I noticed are inventory and local adds aren't always correct.

IMO Terrible if you need an accurate estimated arrival date.... They lure you in with a short estimated delivery from Fedex then Fedex tacks on 2 days on the day its suposed to be there then more as the new estimated day passes in my experience. Yeah ok, that is Fedex however these people have a choice who they do business with and how. They can warn people that fedex under estimates the arrival date or is experiencing delays. They have choices. If you refuse the shipment and request a refund, they still wont issue a refund until the package gets back to them... IMO it is a scam to mislead you into buying something and holding your $$ as long as possible. So what happens when Fedex takes a week to get it back to them and you spent $1k+ for vacation specific items? They don't care and will not help you. That is what was told to me. There is nothing they will do, too bad. Even though they can see that I called and refused it and it is in fact returning. Its a joke on me. I chose to buy from the wrong place so its my loss. Luckily I didn't spend all my $ and I can buy a hitch and harness locally. 2 stars because if I wasn't time crunched I wouldn't care when it came.

They fixed all the bugs now, it works great for ordering all my parts with 20% discounts most of the time. Some parts even show up the next day to your house

Horrible service they can't actually deliver the next day it takes at least three days so I didn't need it anymore and they refused to cancel the order even though it has not been delivered yet

I call AutoZone my car parts store. As a mother and sole provider I needed as well as welcomed any assistance that was honest and reliable everytime. AutoZone was the one that stood true from the beginning and still today my car parts store, thank you AutoZone for helping me with my transportation needs to raise my kids as well as today.

How come all of the vehicles I need torque specs for, do not have a repair guide available? You OWN the All Data corporation. Being one of the several companies that have complete coverage for foreign and domestic labor estimating and repair procedures, a subscription is $189 PER MONTH! That is CRAZY unless you are rich! Why do you think we are DIY here? Have Thomas Newbern contact me, and lets work out a REASONABLE price.😟 Autozone stock is worth $1983 a share! Help US help OURSELVES!

App is good for a basic reference of what you need. Pro's: can save all your vehicles and scan you loyalty card right on your phone. Check pricing, store inventory, parts info, basic repair guide. Con's: glitchy at times, you really have to walk in the store to find vehicle specific parts, this is just a guideline. SEARCH is not friendly, you better use minimal key words and know exactly what you are looking for. Perfect for shade tree mechanics.

Major improvement. I only see a few issues. 1) Some product/category tabs results in no products for selected vehicle. 2) Going back to product or category lists takes you back to the top of the page rather where you were. 3) UPS, Fedex, Amazon lets you set up notifications of deliveries, can't AutoZone do the same? 4) Maybe its just mine, but to order something and have it ship to store, you still have to call and order. You should be able to order directly from app to local store.

FIX YOUR APP!!! - anytime you try to scroll through a long list of items it randomly jumps to the end of the list and does not allow you to scroll back up. I have found it easier to use the website for many tasks as opposed to the app. I also love how the app lists products that you can neither ship to home nor pick up in store... like, why even bother?
