Is a great app when it decides to work. Unable to use 50% of the time due to internal errors. I am using the current update and it did not fix the issues. Update: 6 months have gone by and the app still sucks. It only works sometimes and all customer support will do is tell me to uninstall the app. What a joke!
I love the ability to order commercial through an app, however app is very slow and clitchy. It looks like it hasnt been updated in almost a year and its very noticable when using.
I work at a used car dealership. We use this app to order and keep track of expenses on specific vehicles and to order parts. This app is borderline unusable and extremely frustrating. When I add a new vehicle, it shows that the new vehicle is active, but when I search for parts, it decides to make another vehicle secretly active and search for those parts instead, while displaying my current vehicle at the top. This is screwing up our inventory and causing us to order the wrong parts repeatedly
Don't like how I have to log in every time I click the app. Also sometimes app looks up parts for a previous car not the one currently added in. Everything else seems to work fine though.
Im 50/50 on the mobile section... seams like there are alot of sync issues with actual computer sight. Not always are the inventory count correct but it is what it is. I have downgraded the rating to a 1 star.. im always needing to log in and then im getting told wrong info.. on websight i have no issues..and im always logged in...
Edit: a year later and it's still not working properly. Now I can't select a vehicle and the vehicles in my history are all gone. This app is absolute garbage. Always something wrong with it. Currently I can't login. Goes straight to a page saying not found.
App crashes a alot. Keeps randomly signing me out, more often than not now. Lately, it's showing the correct car but pulling up parts for the previous cars.
I like the app because it makes things easier but there are things that need to be worked on. For starters the app always closes when I try to see my order history. Another is that on the app you cannot make an estimate for your customer you can only add parts to the cart and make the order from there you cannot make an estimate like you would on the website. If I'm trying to work from my phone I would have to open my calculator. If these things are worked on it would be a lot better.
The app does not have every part available as if you looked them up online or called the store. Also it likes to show multiple copies of the order number in the history making you think you were charged multiple times. Once the app has an issue I can't keep using it because it'll be down a whole day
Full of bugs. If you adjust quantity it disappears out of your quote. Then you add it back and everything comes back. Search for "BBQ". Click paint. There is only one BBQ paint. But it brings up tons of paints and BBQ is at the bottom. Refine your search engine.
Convenient, but lacking features. It is very convinient to use when not by the computer, but for specialty items, it is not ideal. I wish it had more of the full functions of the autozone pro website
Just submitted an order after scanning a VIN and all the parts it pulled were for the vehicle before it ( even though it showed the correct vehicle, the parts were all wrong). I ended up having to cancel the order and grab my laptop to resubmit the order correctly.
Works good really don't have any issues besides looking up rando parts like dormant stuff. I may know what I need and it could be universal but I can't look it up without entering a vehicle type. Besides that good app. Very reliable
Every two weeks this app clears itself of all my saved data which makes me have to call customer support and they take me through this long process of clearing my cache and restarting my phone. 3 times I've had to have this done. Not good for running a business.
Byfar the worst experience possible for trying to order parts. It says that my home store is in Tennessee when my shop is in Wisconsin and doesn't even give me an option to edit or change it. Then 99% of the time while trying to price up parts or do a quote, you type in the part and it pops up that theres a system error and nothing shows up on the screen. Then while trying to use the pro website it signs me out immediately after logging in, every single time. Its beyond ridiculous...
Frustrating to use, and then doesn't always show all the parts, for example: I have a rear axle I'm rebuilding, I don't know much information on the car itself, customer brought rear axle to my shop, and I know it's a Ford axle. So I can't really add a vehicle anyway. I need a replacement axle bearing, but lucky for me I know the part number, right? Wrong! No results found from a DURALAST part number that I had actually just purchased but in browser shows it a few at hub. Assanine!
App down/ unable to log in. This has been my issue for the last 2 weeks. I do all my ordering from the App. now I have to keep my laptop with me to be able to order parts. huge inconvenience for me and my customers
Orders don't process with my store . I've followed supports instruction , logout , clear cookies/history login still same issues. Even deleted app and reinstalled . No better
The previous version was better to manage . I'd rather be able to see my invoices than have a VIN scanner that rarely works. Up date wow vin scanner works , still sucks can't see correct totals on invoices
Keeps logging me out and have to input my username and password several times to get back on. Otherwise it is a great app
Doesn't store my vehicle info, location and is not very user friendly. Everytime I go to use it I'm required to choose a store and re-enter my vehicle info. The parts search result are difficult to find or show several different parts that do not fit my vehicle.
This app continues to constantly log me out. This is a huge inconvenience when I'm working in my shop I spent thousands of dollars a month that this store and they can't update an app.
App freezes all the time and Inventory is never correct. You order and the commercial employees call and say sorry the system lied and the part is not actually in store. Waste of time
Its slow and cumbersome to operate.needs a better order confirmation. And pick up or delivery needs to be easier to select. Maybe item in stock and order today will be in on this date instead of the number in network. It doesnt matter how many are some where else matters when i can have it in my hand to install
App isn't perfect but at least they have an app. Local store is quick to take care of us as well.
I use this app ALOT for my business and I really like it. Would've given 5 stars but sometimes you have to double check the part description to make sure there aren't flaws, typos, etc. Could use a little more detail for some parts too.
If all I wanted to do with this app was send vehicle info to a service writer on the other side of the office it would be fine. I need a mobile workstation complete with my actual cost instead of using the diy app and guessing at my pricing.
getting tired of this app haveing problems every time it goes down I lose all info on all cars on both the app and the websight please get this thing working right and I'll change this but it will have to work for more than 2 months
A million times better than having to call in orders or walk into the store, but your still relying on the stores employees to put the order together and deliver the parts. As for the app, it's decent enough.
Very glitchy. Sometimes won't change the vehicle. Have to pay close attention to make sure it does. Sometimes have to clear app memory to get it to let you change the vehicle. It'll still you it's changing it, not then it goes right back to the previous. Also, doesn't show some vehicles in your history, even seen you've just done a confirmed order. It's convenient when it works, which is most of the time, and a nightmare when it doesn't.
