Garbage. Hardly any different than the website, (which by the way, stop messing with it please). When I sign in my password is always wrong. Trying to reset my password, the app glitchs and if you refresh or back out you wont be able to go back in, and will have to call the help desk to reset your account, only for the system to glitch AGAIN while trying to setup the new password. Uninstalling and if they ever get this thing to work (like the new ZNet) I might reevaluate.
I have downloaded the app many times in the last 3 weeks, it downloads quick. When you open it it is the opening page of the app. When you click on "current autozoner" I get an error message saying " this app unfortunately has stopped". I have reportedit many times to no result. I have the issue on my LG pad and my Sansung S3. So realistically this should be a zero star rating.
Seems like an okay app.BUT: -in-phone back button not integrated with app, keeps trying to back out -when you go in one of the main options from the main screen, takes me into a link where I have to log in, even after logging in -seems like little effort went into this: most area are just copied and pasted from the old location for the app I.E. no optimization for phone use -myBenefits takes you into the web browser through the regular registry : once again, no optimization for phone
Straight up broken. Wont let me sign intot the app, and the password resets tricky because the button is behind their little warning text so you cant click it. changed it in store and tried to sign in on the app again and it still says its wrong. Edit: the password issue has been fixed, but now it freezes that only closing the app will fix. Then I have to navigate through everything to get back to where I was previously.
This application is horrible!!! It constantly fails at recognizing my login password. I've had to remove and re-download the application multiple times in order for the password to work. Cookies for notifications come up as blank pages asking you to answer questions that are non-existent on the screen. Such a simple task, like checking on how many sick hours you have, is made unnecessarily difficult by having to download a pdf of a check stub and then having to examine the picture.
This app is worthless. Half the time, the log in screen won't load. If it does, you'll get stuck watching it try to load after you put your info in. It's fully updated, I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. It simply will not load. Garbage.
I'm a new employee to autozone and trying to access this app. The app is so difficult to sign into. Sometimes when you finally get signed in the app freezes or crashes. The app tells me that I have the wrong login. I'm not thrilled with the app and don't recommend to anyone else.
Well I was going to complain about how the app didn't recognize my password and crashes when I try to reset it, but I see that plenty of others are having the same problems. The only solution the developers have is to contact support but after reading other reviews, this seems to have been going on for months. Really there's no solution yet for this ongoing issue? I only gave 1 star because there's no 0. How can I rate the app if I can't even sign on to try it out? UNINSTALLING!
Wish I could do zero stars. This app is a complete waste of space and time. I've uninstalled and reloaded the app multiple times and every time I log in it gets stuck at the covid message and wont proceed further. More testing before release would be advised.
As a member of management it's highly upsetting that the app hasn't been working properly the past 2 months. No matter how many times you uninstall and reinstall the app crashes with an error loading message. Telling a new team member how much you enjoy working for AutoZone is over shadowed by the fact an app intended to make things easier doesn't work. Several of us will be bringing this up in our meeting with our DM and RM this week.
One of the worst apps I have ever tried to use. I really mean tried: because I can't get past the log in 99 percent of the time. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and the results never vary. Why can't this be fixed?
app is horrible. can't even sign in. can't select current autozoner. will let you click on former, or family member, by does NOTHING when you try to click current autozoner. waste of time installing it. NOT handy at all.
Great app for most part. Problem is that it drains battery,doesnt stop pulling up browers every 10 mins for you to log in on your phone. Even if you close app.. i have to go to settings and force stop every single time i use app.
After update will not load anything. Can't even get to veiw paycheck. Absolutely terrible
It's not the app. that gets your information blocked, it's when you are on your phone that pop ups of other 3rd party user is always not knowing how your phone works, with others, using your web site, on phone visibility or dont have a different option for being patient with someone else in your business settings their are to many upgrades in electronic devices, only a harddrive component can control all of your files without having access in front page so where are those options to be made
It feels too overwhelming. The user interface is below subpar.
App absolutely sucks. I can't access my pay stubs or even my personal info after I log in. Everytime I try I get an error stating web address not found. Had this problem with my old phone(Samsung j7)so I bought a brand new Samsung galaxy s9 and still have the same issue. So I've just wasted money buying a new phone just to use this app. Yes phone and app are both up to date.
Despite the bias of healthy employee/employer relations, I kinda like the involvement from their company with 'family' ideals and goals. Kudos AutoZoners, inc.
If you are an Autozoner and have a smart phone, you want this app. Makes life easy since we cant get into Doc at home, allows you to more easily get to AZ people, all your benefits, pay stubs, 401k, etc.
App worked great up until last update and everytime I go to enter my password. The app crashes and will not stay open everytime I try to enter password. This is frustrating
I dont have any issues with the app, except its very slow to load on Tuesdays on a pay week, but probably every one trying to see their paycheck that doesn't seem to come out till Wednesday now anyways.. excellent discounts and perks Totally recommend this! Galaxy s7
This just takes you to external websites that you go to anyway to view all of your information. I can add a bookmark to my web browser and achieve the same effect without using space on my phone.
The application doesn't even open. It just doesn't work.
Password never works when its correct. Reset password is hard and kicks you off,freezes. I havent been able to get to my account in over 2 months & I have paperless paystubs. For how important this app is it is so poorly constructed. And autozone should be concerned if they sincerely care about there employees
So the staff gives me pretty good information, however I accidentally put in the wrong verification email and now it won't let me change it... and I can't seem to find any information on how to contact customer service to change the email so I can verify the account.
I downloaded this app because of how slow our computers at work are. This app is slower if I'm lucky enough for it to work at all.
Has helpful life changing options, that may make you feel better.

Always crashes. Never can get on. Have to go to my store to use. Ever since az switched, nothing but nightmares. Would rate a 0 if i could
Even post update it's still useless. The only thing I've been able to successfully do is view my paycheck. Can't look into any benefits as the links are all broken, I keep getting the same survey request every time I login even though it's been completed, and the navigation is horrendous. Just like anything else AutoZone tech related, it's a burning dumpster fire
