Ava Lockscreen

Would rate higher.. but let down by the fact that sometimes it just displays the background!.. you can still unlock your phone by swiping up when this happens so I am guessing it is there it just doesn't draw. Option to disable the widget screen would be nice. The proximity sensor stuffs up sometimes when in a call so you can't turn on the screen without hard resetting your phone, and sometimes makes areas of the screen not respond to touch when using the phone! Add system dark mode option.

good but has quite a few bugs. (1) when turning on the phone it will open the default lock screen and a second later correct it. (2) when turning on the screen it will show the nav bar at the bottom, covering the shortcuts, defeating the whole point. (3) I don't like having to swipe up before using my fingerprint, it's not as efficient as just using the stock lock screen. is the material design worth it? for me, at the moment, yes. depends how long my patience lasts though

A pretty good app but there's some things that made me uninstall... You can't move the clock left or right, just up and down. And if you want to use your own personal pics, there's no customizability at all. You can't edit anything like zoom or cropping. And if you want to switch pictures, you have to switch to another mode, then choose personal again. weird.

It's missing some things such as widget preview button and an option to hide its own clock altogether (at least in the widget pane). Also, widget positioning is somewhat unwieldy. But at least it does exactly what it says and actually works. I've long since lost hope that Google will add any useful features. It's good to have workarounds like this. Not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but all my widgets have white semi-transparent background. Either way I'd like it fixed.

App is getting better, but still the annoying old lock screen still pops up for a split second. Is it even possible to completely override the original so that it boots right to it? The recent updates are really good. Being able to customise more about the lock screen is always good; likewise, the clock sizing and date is a good new feature. In the future, I hope to see perhaps profiles to save your lock screen preferences, backups, and more notification themes. Thanks for the app, Jawomo.

IT KEEPS CHANGING THE BACKGROUND BACK TO APP DEFAULT. Almost perfect... It is a very good and fast lock screen with a lovely UI. It looks better when installed, than in the provided play store photos. But I had to uninstall it because the wallpaper kept changing to the app's default one when I had it set to my custom wallpaper. Please fix this and I will give 5 stars.

i liked this application very much 😊👍. i get the paid version .my notes are if the developers can add an option that can change the font of the clock and date and it's position to the left or right. that would be perfect 👌..some shortcuts do not work on my phone like the camera. how a bout one or two more styles should added to the current notification styles.

This app has nearly completely fixed my issue with dissappearing notifications because of MIUI 10. However, i would give it 5 stars if it didnt have one problem: whenever i restart my phone, the app fails to work again, and i have to uninstall and reinstall it in order for the lock screen to stay. if there is an admin that could help me with this issue, that would be awesome, but other than that its a definite 5/5.

Very functional n love the widgets . A trial would b nice, even 1 day. I thought they didn't function but you have to buy Pro for that which I'm seriously thinking of doing. I think there is a cup of coffee n your near future. Very impressed. If it stops working just clear data in Storage and then open the app back up, until a fix is available

The app gives problems when using with truecaller as a phone app. We have to press the power button twice and unlock phone then pick calls for it instead of directly. Please fix this if you bring future updates. Otherwise this app works as I wanted it to work with all important features.

Do you have any plans to update Ava Lock Screen to support Android 10? After I updated to Android 10, it seems to be glitchy, like the lock screen not showing up and being overridden by the system lock screen, fingerprint censor not working, etc. Please consider fixing these issues, I love using this lock screen and I really don't like using the system one, especially after updating to Android 10.

Oh my god what a life saver! I just got a xiaomi phone and miui is okay, but the notifications are a mess, especially because i cant control music player on the Lockscreen. At the start the xiaomi lockscreen showed shortly upon activating the device but even that stopped! The camera activation bugs a bit but i dont personally need the shortcut anyway. It looks clean, has goid integration with the native lockscreen and solves my problems :3 thank you so much!

I have purchased version. Using it on my Zenfone 5 2018. I have AIMP Music Player, and I want it's widget automatically show up in lock screen while I'm playing it. I tried using the widget features, but i need to move at different slide. I want everything in just one screen. Date & time, music player, and notification. Just like the ZENUI Launcher showed it. I just don't like the Date & time it viewed. And one more, when I set up a widget on it, I lost my notification. Please fix this.

Nice tool :) Unfortunately I installed the crappy Android 8 where I am not able to do anything on my Lockscreen (Huawei P10 Lite) any more. Thanks to this app, I can postpone the reflashing of the stock Android. But every time I restart my phone, the app does not work. I've got to re install it :/ Maybe you can add a reconfigure function or fix this behaviour in the next time? :) My current quickfix: don't restart the phone

Flashlight shortcut button does not work as a toggle, instead only turns it on. Not sure if it's a bug or intended, but it' pretty lame. The rest of the app works pretty well, however, some more customization would be nice.

Doesn't work. Only works when I've opened Ava, locked, and then immediately unlocked my screen after. Works once, then reverts to original pixel lock screen. Unable to get support, emails remain unanswered.

Probably the worst so far in my search for a new lock screen. Horrendous lack of features. Can't actually set it to lock your screen without having to turn your default screen lock on and then the app even work. Waste of money buying the "pro" version hoping it would allow me to actually do anything with this waste of time. Would call this a screen saver app, but that would be giving it even more purpose than it has.

Hands down this is a great addition to your phone to personalize it to your liking. There are a few glitches with the widgets and a glitch where your original lock screen will show up briefly before ava lockscreen replaces it. Overall I reccomend this app to anyone who wants to customize their lock screen without having to install external software or mess up their phone. This lockscreen app looks beautiful and is a must have!

Wish I could disable the Widget function so it would work like the old Floatify. I don't use the Widget screen, I just want it to light up and show me the notifications I've configured so I don't have to double-tap the home button. I HATE having to double-tap on IOS devices, why does someone think this is a feature, it's a pain!

I'm trying to give the notification permission, but it is not working. The toggle in the app is still off even though notification permission is on. I tried to clear data, force stop the app, uninstall and reinstall, but nothing worked. Please help

Fix the bugs please. The app has potential - you can even place widgets on the left screen but Ava crashes once you tap any action on a widget. Besides, on Android 10 and 11 the Ava lock screen shows up only every now and then. Most of the times it's not, and there's system lock screen instead.

Tried using this to replace Android 12 lockscreen. It only works if the app is your active window when you turn the screen off. Useless. Looks alright when its working though, which is unfortunately never.

It keeps turning itself off. Sure, it looks nice, but what's the point of having a lock screen that never shows up? Also, no widget as clock? Disappointing. After using Floatify and falling in love, I'm sad to see that this is all I have on Android eight.

one of the best lock screen replacements i have found. like any third party lock screen their are some issues and many cannot be fixed because of android limitations, but over all it is pretty sweet. i have an s10 and used goodlock app to remove everything from stock lockscreen so when it randomly shows it is less intrusive.

Simple, easy to use, but has one fatal flaw, it doesn't let you crop images to set the wallpaper, so you have to crop them by yourself on other apps to set on the Ava Lockscreen. When this feature comes out, i consider downloading the app again.

Not bad. I wish that it was full screen with a notch style phone. Would like music to be on the main screen and a song timer like the iPhone app would be a good idea. *update... The lock screen has been freezing up making it difficult to unlock

This app is exactly how I wanted. The notifications on lock screen can be customized and it gives look and feel like iPhone, which is great. Now I don't miss that wake up screen feature which my Android phone didn't have. Immediately I bought the pro version. Loved this awesome app. So 5 start!

Good attempt. I have suggestions: See if you can take advantage of root access to bypass the need to swipe up before using Fingerprint Unlock. The white card behind widgets need to be disabled. Transparent background is much better. I'd prefer to see my widgets in the main lockscreen page instead of having to swipe left. I need an option to disable the lockscreen clock and hide the statusbar.
