App is great. Slow to load someday but that's it. If it had a "contact us" button where you could call your branch straight from the app that would be great. I won't hold my breath though.

I would like to see changes on the push notifications. Can you make it to where as soon as a purchase is made that you get a notification, even when it is pending. I don't like waiting until it has cleared to receive a notification. Also if the notification would do individual transactions instead of lump summing several purchases together And it would also be nice if it gave you your available balance with the notification. As I had these features with my old bank and it was very handy. Thanks.

The new overhaul is welcome but it comes with several loading screens. Navigation through the app is okay. There are still many inconsistencies littered through the UI and random, seemingly inconsistent, wait times while traversing through screens. Overall, better than the previous app as they now realize all Android phones have a physical/software back button and you can now use it!

This app is ok to just check your balance. If you try to find a ATM using the location feature, you can forget it! No matter if you have your location turned on or off, it WILL NOT find your location! I have made sure all the bluetooth stuff is turned off and even restarted my phone, uninstalled the app amd reinstalled it, the location feature does NOT WORK!

I liked the old app SO much more. I hate the format of transfers especially Update: The transfer format on the old app only took 1 step and the new app is much more complicated. Also, the old app was more user friendly when it came to seeing your transactions. Half the time pending doesn't even show up. There are discrepancies often between what shows online vs the app. The old app was faster at showing mobile deposits. It was easier to see your accounts (ie checking wasn't at the bottom.

This app is not as user friendly as the previous app. You can no longer see the net worth of your account. You can no longer see all transactions pending ON ONE PAGE. I cannot understand why they would take a good app and make so many poor changes to it. Avadian, if you're going to respond to reviews the least you could do is read them first. Having pending transactions spread out over individual tiles is inconvenient.

For the most part I can accomplish what i need to by using this app. It may take some time to figure out, but usually i can make it happen.... The one issue that I seem to have is trying to add my bank info to say... Google Pay, PayPal, etc.. I always get an error message that says account cannot be verified at this time. Then they have to do a mock deposit and blah blah and it takes 3 to 5 days when it should have been instant. Very frustrating when you need the $ and u know its their 2 get!!

There are several features that were in the other app that made it more user friendly. Trying to find the e-statement was like looking for a hidden treasure. You can no longer view a check that is cashed on the account. Update: They have updated since of the features and it seems to be a bit more user friendly.

Hard to transfer money. Doesn't show pending transactions. 05/02/2020. I can't transfer money between my accounts without an error message or amounts over $300 to outside accounts. I can view pending transactions but the old app showed the reflected balance. The new pending format is fine but I don't like how transfers fail within my phone app. Now I have to use cashapp or paypal for outside transfers.

New app is terrible. Does not fit screen, not as user friendly as previous app. The app does not populate on screen completely. Almost as if it is too big, unable to do transfers from phone app have to login from computer. I will just be deleting phone app and that is an inconvenience.

The absolute worst. When you have all reviews with one star only, it's probably time to make changes. This is the only app that makes me change my password ALL the time. It's difficult to use if you are ever able to log in. Also once you log in, the errors start so you can't open anything. Am I the only person that can't see check images?

Bring back the old app! I have not been able to view transactions since downloading the new app. Have to resort to using my computer to view my account which defeats the purpose of having a convenient app on my phone. Please fix this issue! Also very slow and not user friendly.

After update extremely "unfriedly". Functions don't work (transfers from one account to another). No option to link another Avadian account. Phone customer service is useless, representatives uneducated about the new platform or unreachable. UPDATE 04/03/2020: Application is extremely slow to load. 50% of time it just say connection was lost or check your network connection (while on the fastest wi-fi Internet available). Considering changing credit union due to this unreliable application.

Absolute worst!! If no improvements are done soon, I will close all of the accounts that I have. Not a thing works! Total disaster, I wish Avadian would keep non Android based on line access! Definitely not a good option for anyone who either has multiple business accounts! Update: Avadian Does provide now an non Android based option, so finally small business like mine can return to http/on line based option.

I HATE THE UPDATE! Can't find anything, help directs you to desktop version to sign in which takes you back to the app to sign in, you need the Share ID to transfer to another member but nobody can find their share ID, font is small, app is slow, and there are too many redundant buttons!!!

The new app is not user friendly. I did a send money /p2p and it failed. Now the funds have been taken from my account and saying locked. Don't know how to stop it or cancel it. Called customer service the nice guy talked to didn't know much about it and put a ticket or claim or whatever. Said it was a 3rd party and didnt have any contact info. I like this bank but that is not acceptable. Why offer a service that we can't really get assistance on.

Fine, but slow. I do like the fact all my accounts are there in one login, but it takes 2-3 minutes for your transactions to load when you click on an account. Sometimes I don't have time to wait for that information, but maybe that's just because I'm used to instant gratification

Ever since the app updated it's been a headache. I can't access anything. When I try to change my info I don't even get the email. I've been with Acadian for 3 years now. I love them but y'all need to fix this. I hate the new update to the App.

I really loved the old version of the app. The new app is not user friendly. The new app caused me to make my very 1st late pymt on a loan because it does not show the due date like the old app. It is also confusing trying to transfer money from one member's acct to another member's. I really feel sorry for the elderly members who have to try to navigate this mess.

I have been struggling with this app from the start. Where are the pending bills, how do you change a bill to recurring, I can see the main account info only. I liked the other one you had before, this one is NOT USER FRIENDLY! I even followed the instructions that were given and I still could not navigate to what I wanted to see. I have only been able to view my activity once. I am actually thinking of changing banks for this reason. NOT HAPPY WITH NEW APP!!!

App has multiple good features. Fingerprint is secure and convenient. Statement options are in app. I like the ability and ease of internal transfer of funds from checking and savings and visa versa.

The update has really slowed down the whole experience and it is WAY more conveluded. Transaction history takes minutes to appear and sometimes fails. Please just revert to the old format. It was simple clean and intuitive. I was curious how it would be improved and my question was answered with disappointment. No-one can reply to comments here! Why does Avadian reply with questions I literally can't respond to in this format?

Worst. App. Ever. Service at our local branch is EXCELLENT. From TRYING to log on, to using the remote deposit feature.....this app is HORRIBLE. Save yourself some time by driving to your local branch and do your banking there. (Somebody's brother-in-law must have gotten the contract to come up with this big of an albatross.) No excuse for this kind of a trainwreck of an app. The only reason I gave it one star is because I needed to in order to post. 😠

My entire family uses Avadian and their new app is horrible! The simplicity of the old App has been removed and replaced with one that is not user friendly. Accounts that once were there are now not and accounts I wish not to see are. When you try to "hide" those they are not hidden or just move around, but are still seen. Definitely NOT a fan! No I have spoken is.

Fingerprint authentication works now but my transactions are still not visible. If I click on my checking account. For example, I only see current and available funds but no individual transactions.
