power back to the drivers. It connects drivers directly to hauliers. This means no agency middle
man, and no extortionate agency costs. Win-win, right?
Not only are there no agency costs, but the app is completely free to download and use, with full
transparency from the second you sign up, to the minute you complete a job. The Avail app has
been designed to allow you, the driver, to take back control. It allows you complete freedom to
choose the jobs you want, for the rate you deserve.
Avail has been designed to make your life easier. The app is easy to use, and the process
straightforward. Simply sign up using your driver’s license, and you could be out on the road
within 2 hours. Sounds easy? It is!
So, how does it work?
Once your account has been activated, your profile is ready to go! Simply set your radius to how
far you’re willing to travel and apply for the jobs you’re interested in. Within minutes our
notification system will let you know if you have been successful, and keep you updated for jobs
posted by hauliers that match your preferences.
By now, you’re in full control of the jobs you choose to undertake. To help keep track of your
jobs, the app’s built-in schedule will ensure you can continue to complete as many jobs as you’d
like, without the fear of double booking. Your schedule will show you details of your upcoming
jobs, including the time you’re starting and how much you’ll be getting paid. Your personal
schedule will also keep track of any jobs you’ve previously completed, available for you to look
at, anytime. This helps you keep organised despite a busy lifestyle - gone are the days of losing
track of how many hours you’ve worked, or how much money you’re owed.
But how will you get paid for your jobs?
Again, Avail will handle all of this for you! Not only will the app process all of your wages, you
can say goodbye to the stress of sending invoices. This will be done for you, and the money will
be deposited directly into your account. Upon downloading Avail, you will asked to
provide your bank details in order for a seamless system of transfer from your jobs completed,

ask you to rate your experience from 1 to 5. The company will also be asked for rating of you, as an employee, which will help you land other jobs you apply for!
The favourite system:
Employers also have the option of ‘favouriting’ drivers. If you have been favourited, an employer
can offer you work directly, whether this is a one-off shift, or months of potential jobs lined up.
Getting favourited will make your life even easier as a driver, as our notification system will let
you know directly if an employer has reached out to you.

Saw a job recently advertised on Google (from a few hours ago) went onto the app to apply and app says there's no jobs. Absolutely pointless.
It's totally scum, After giving them all my details, even filling up the tax form, then I never heard from them again. Now I can't find the option to delete my account or to contact them. Three months after applying for jobs no offers, no replys. So please be aware just in case they are only interested in our sensitive details.
Useless app. I set my mileage to what I was prepared to travel for work and I kept getting sent jobs outside of that range by miles. Also kept getting sent jobs I wasn't qualified for and the hourly rate was rubbish. Doesnt tell you who you're working for either ie. Company and what you'll be doing which would be helpful. Then when you have a question nobody bothers to answer an email or any method of contact. Good idea in principle. Sort out these issues!
Couldn't get past registration without the app freezing. Clearly a lot wrong with this. For example, to input birth date you have to start in 1930 and scroll one month at a time to get to where you want to be. I never met a ninety year old lorry driver.
Never got any work then app decided to delete all my information. Someone would call once a week saying we found some work will contact you it would lead nowhere. I have no idea what this app is like if you have experience driving HGVs but for a new pass it is completely worthless.
Signed up for work advertised available in my area. Required licence and personal details before you can use app. Contract included gems like " the driver is responsible for any insurance excess for the company you are driving for in the event of a claim" Wasted a week job hunting believing I had 2 weeks work coming up,which didn't exist and got cancelled. Fortunately for me in the rush all done remotely,I messed up signing up and got sent an umbrella contract which is in the bin now
Can't even register, you can't enter your DOB. no manual input is allowed, you have to scroll through every month from January 1930 only for it to reset if you touch it wrong. Don't bother, deleting.
This app is a scam. Could you please advise how I can delete my account? I have contacted the email provided. Please reply to this review detailing how I delete my account or I will be reporting you to trading standards. Thanks
Warning. They want too much information before you can see what jobs they have. If I'd know they want driving licence numbers, tacho number, bank details, national insurance number etc etc etc I'd have not registered. As it is, they can shove it, I don't trust them.
Installed the app, entered all my details as requested. Then to find that within a 50 mile radius of Boston there was just one job being advertised was a joke as ALL the agencies are crying out for class 1, cant be wasting my time with this so deleted.
responded to online ads from avail regarding localishwork then got call to install app but when you install it there are no localish jobs but even if you search whole of uk not a lot of choice sadly stick with agencies i did with a good rate of pay regardless of what avail tell you
Poorly made app.It seems that if you forget your password or for some reason you want to change it..you can't.In 2022..omg..so lame app. Don't waste your time.,I uninstalled it .
Had app for 2 weeks....I have experience with varied truck and trailer types spanning over a 31 year career....and haven't had one offer!
Already registered via pc but can't log in from the app. Made absolutely certain the credentials were entered correctly. Unistalling.
Absolute terrible app I was going to install the app & try see what they have to offer however attempting to put my age in the app won't let you put your date of birth by just inputting a number it starts 01/01/1930 so you need to scroll through at least 120 times month by month year by year just to get through a decade I'm almost 50 I've got other things that are more important than getting cramp in my fingers & thumbs I'm sure 100% far easier ways to find work only 10K downloads not 100million
Must input all personal details before being able to see what jobs they actually have to offer. Fix that and maybe people will get past the second part of registration. Uninstalling...
Waste Of Time! Been registered for years and had nothing! I don't even believe this site is still running. I have my Class 1 and not even had an email about an offer ever during all the panic. Don't waste your time, go with a local agency!!
Couldn't register as I couldn't view t&c. It tells me unable to connect and I tried on Android and iOS.
Emailed them to see if work in my area and told yes Have installed app and worked for about 4 weeks and now can't login Tried to reinstall, no good No jobs either
DON'T BOTHER! they only take adds off from job sites and advertise them, why download an app when the job is listed already without app.
App needs work. Terms and conditions link does not work so I am agreeing to a blank document on registration!
Hi there, How am I supposed to delete my account? For how many days you keep my details in your database? I don't want to use this app and I want to make sure you don't clone or sell my details anywhere on the black market. I didn't check how trusty it's this app, it's my fault I should check it. I would as well contact Google play to report your suspicious activity. No T&C, no transparency, nothing according to law.

Better off going with an agency for some of these rates. Not worth using.
Needs QA, cannot register, "mobile number is not the correct format", what on earth is the correct format?

All they have is class 1 work what about new drivers that only have class 2 license I've the miles to 50 and only 20 jobs and out of that 20 2 are class 2 I don't see the point in this app and the wage are no different to others agency's in fact lower pay offer then others so I would not bother with this app it's a waste time and they want far to much information before you can start they ask for full bank details when ask put 0 in the box don't give them your details
