We think it’s pretty ironic that some team collaboration tools actually create more distraction, so we made sure that Spaces supports teams without being a nuisance.
Spaces was made by a bunch of people who are passionate about finding better ways to get work done. We also like free stuff, which is why we made Spaces completely free to use. You can upgrade to a paid version, but it’s not necessary to realize the benefit of our brand of team collaboration.

I like the app a lot. HOWEVER, my chief complaint is that no matter how many times I press SPEAKER it only seems to be in earpiece mode. I can barely hear conversations with the phone volume maxed out.
Avaya Spaces on android tablet makes comments so easy. Quality is excellent even over cellular network. Nice not to drag the laptop everywhere.
Its worst app ever i experience, can't load . Also its bad video sound not came if screen been share.
Lacks a lot of polish and useful features such as the ability to search in a conversation and reply to a particular message. For groups (refered to as Spaces), it would be nice to have the option of pinning a message so that everyone can see it. There's an issue with the notifications where if a message arrives, you get notified but the message is not present in the conversation. Overall, you should focus on usability a lot more.
Well. This is far far away from a workable solution in mobile version. Please redesign this with these inputs; -Sound of connection: Change it. Current one looks like a disconnecting sound. -UI is terrible: Takes more time to find what is what in this app. -Video lag that sees at the beginning of a connection lacks confidence in people even before they start having real conversation with people. I heard that your desktop version is great. Please make this one just like that.
Having used several online meeting/video conferencing/collaboration systems, I can honestly say I find Avaya Spaces to be the most flexible. Creating different persistent "spaces" for each project or for working with different business partners is really powerful. Definitely an enterprise class system rather than one aimed at the general public. Declaration - I currently work for Avaya.
The app doesn't even open! I logged in using my MS account. After asking for all the permission known to mankind, it says "connecting" and that's it. It's stuck at that same logo. If I try to close the app and open again, it always crashes. It says "Avaya stopped working".
The desktop app is very good. The mobile app has a lot of bugs such as: 1. When in a space and want to chat it is not available. 2. If someone send me a message in the chat I should leave the space totally to view the message The application here need a lot of work as my experience is very bad with it

Wonderful. HD video and sound. By far better and much more complete than other video collaboration apps in the market. Works in many environments and from anywhere.
If you have issues after the recent upgrade try deinstalling and reinstalling. It resolved the issue I experienced with the app not starting properly and displaying a blank screen.
This is a wonderful video conferencing app. Clear video and audio. I use it for both official meetings and family get-togethers. It's user friendly and not bandwidth intensive.
What I like about Avaya Spaces is it's very user-friendly and intuitive. Didn't take too long for me to get used to its interface. Overall, great app!

Terrible chat expirience makes it impossible to coordinate the work in several chats with many participants. No tagging, rich text support, replying, quoting. Chats are simply a mess in this app.

The volume is very low on the speaker mode. Barely hear that. I tried connecting Bluetooth spk but the audio output is very low in comparison with music that i can hear. The sound is set to max on both.
