The Avaza mobile app is really simple to use and integrates well with the full website. I have found it convenient for uploading my expense reports item-by-item by taking a photo by mobile and filling in the app form, so I don't have to keep receipts.
Does help keep me organized and I like that it has timekeeping built in. I do wish it had a widget to be able to see my to do list right on the home screen.
Avaza is my business management tool. It helped me to maintain time and expense records of various clients. Plus, the invoice feature enabled me to bill clients accurately.
This app is not working? I tried to sign up but no verification sent to my email.
I like Avaza. I don't like not being able to log in with Google on the app. Doesn't make sense.

Lots of options, lots of settings variables, everything works close to perfectly... the 24/7 chat help seems to never be more than a minute or two away. Integrated Paypal payments. Even includes a useful portal to provide your clients. This is what Excellence looks like!
I'm really impressed with the capabilities of this software, particularly the workflow to get a timesheet approved by a client before sending an invoice. It's ideal for freelancers because it strikes an excellent balance between feature richness without the unnecessary complexity of other software that's more intended for large workforces.
Avaza is beyond amazing. So easy to manage clients and tasks with super easy invoicing. Love it
Why is there not a Quick Add option for tasks?
This probably has more functionality than any other business app I've seen. Haven't found a bug yet. Like how I can access all the features on my work pc and my phone.
At first we thought we just needed a simple app for Invoicing, but now Avaza has also replaced several other systems we were using. Didn't expect to find so much in a mobile app. Timesheet with category ratecards, Expenses with fixed and percentage markups. Very useful. Oh yeah, the Invoices work a treat too.
The quotes and Invoices have so much more functionality than other top apps, and work great on my phone. 5 Stars!
Nice app. Find it very convenient when travelling and on commuting to work. Doing my timesheets and invoices on the train with a few clicks each day. Saves me heaps of time.
Would love a fall back for offline access, caching etc. but otherwise great.
Happy with this app.. Probably my favourite work app. It does take some initial setup, like taxes, inventory and rates. Once that was done it was smooth sailing!!!
Love the collaboration feature
Wouldn't let me enter a currency for my home country or even my home country when trying to open an account. Not much use the if I can't set up a cloud account. Fell at the first fence.
This app is amazing. This is the most streamlined program I've found for coordinating projects. By far my favorite feature is the percentage complete scale, it really gives me a better idea where my team is at. Also, love the graphs showing our productivity as it is a great way to keep clients updated without lengthy emails.
