This app is sometimes not so great. I wish we would just go back to paper. This app times out and I have to log back in every single time and sometimes it takes forever to log back in!! It's very frustrating!!
This App is Awful! It has location issues all the time and will not allow me to submit my time sheets. I have Un-installed and reinstalled several times with the same problem. I would not give this app any stars.
The app worked great until the last update. Now the GPS is not working, even though it is allowed in settings. The app will not let be sign out to submit my hours.
Always have a problem logging out. I do a bus run, and I only do 2 things for daily care and it's always logging me out. Then I have to clock back in and then clock back out.
A very buggy app, often fails in different ways and it has a horrible user interface.
My location is always on . Since the last update I have had problems with it I either have to put on clients # or clock in with the shifts.
App sucks, my location is on and the app says I need to turn it on. I'm always wondering if my care for client and hrs were submitted.

Always glitches with one particular client, and doesn't let me submit care log, so I have to manually go to the section where we used to take a picture of the physical care log paper, put my notes there, and clock out. They removed the option to take a picture of the physical care log paper, since they're no longer being used, and now I have no way of logging ANY activity or clocking out with said client. App needs a lot more work, otherwise it's more convenient.
Have to change my password every time I try to use! Inconvenient! Don't like to use at all!
This app has been easy and fast to submit my work hours, and for my client to view and to approve, and verify.
This app takes so long loading that it ridiculous.
I log in, page ask me to initial some info- and here screen start to jerk and became white screen- here i can nothing to do.
Had to Uninstall and re install the app at 5:40 in the morning because it kept saying there was an update when there wasn't one in the playstore. Frustrating app
Terrible app. My shifts don't load half the time, and recently there have been tasks missing on the form, so I can't chart properly.
Very poor app. The verbiage of an ADL being "refused" or "performed" is ableist and depersonalizes our clients. Not a useful or helpful application.
Constantly having to reboot after "something went wrong". Care plans change to incorrect steps. Horrible app. Horrible company. Do not work for Aveanna.
Constant issues logging in, client isn't showing, enter client id and says it doesn't exist and I denied allow it to view my location yet now it only showed 2 clients near my location.
This app absolutely sucks !! My location is on and doesn't even bring up my patients . If I'm in levittown it brings up Philly patient if im in Philly brings up no patients !!! App is horrible
This app suck I have to unload it to reload it to do this same process over and over again then I get a message saying my phone is newer than the app this is stupid if an app is required make the damn app work
Not good. It lags. It freezes. Be sure to press submit HARD or several times or your note will just sit there.
It's okay, much better than the last one. Once in , it's more user friendly but could be much easier. Usually ppl in the office are nice enough to help if asked. All in all , it's alright.

This app never wants to open or load. It is Such a hassel when your trying to sign in and out on time.

Aveanna is the agency that I work for and they are always there when I need help with anything they r very understanding and caring
Horrible trouble since the start says check my permission but I have an they are turned on but tells me it's denied an may not let me clock in an out so horrible. Company knows an they haven't been able to fix It also tells my work I am over a mile 1/2 away from my client when I clock in and I'm standing right next to her.. which can make us not get paid.. just go back to paper this app don't work right.
