Terrible app. No matter how many times I change the password it still doesn't let me log in on the app. Website works perfectly fine. Very annoying.
Worthless. Both the website and app. The new verification system sucks. Doesn't send the email or anything 98% of the time so I can't even check my account.
Works sometimes. Auth system sucks hella. Can't even get the code and get back to the app before it decides "nope let me just get rid of any progress you did."
Need to have a mobile app check deposit option on this app edit. Now you have the option to deposit a check but the turn around time is not practical. Other cu have instant access not 3 business days
My account is overdrawn. I need to send transaction history to the company that overcharged me. Conveniently your app stops working the day I need to screenshot this to fix the issue so you guys stop calling me...
same problem as most it seems with App. I had an issue the other day where it locked me out. Account was reset and went to log on again today through app and didnt work and locked me out.
I actually liked the app before its update. It was way better. Now I'm not able to check the due dates of my loans anymore.
App updated and doesn't even show due date for auto loan anymore...worthless

Trying this app again, 1 year later. 1. You HAVE TO make sure to log in from an actual computer browser or phone browser like "chrome" or "internet" , NOT THE APP 2. In the options, click "Mobile Setup" gn looks like a phone and follow the steps 3. Then you will download this Aventa app, if you haven't already, and use the same log-in you used in the browser version to log in, and tada! You should be able to view account information, etc
I set up my account it worked one time went back to log in and it just says it's not set up for mobile banking
The app won't let me log in anymore. It worked fine for a long time and I had to reboot my phone and re load the app. After that, it doesn't work.
App is almost worthless. Biometrics does not work. Takes a picture of a check, looks clear until it shows it to you, then is blurry. Functionality is questionable especially when you have to take the check in weeks later after the deposit. Might as well not have the thing and just go in anyway.
