I tap on my acct login and nothing happens. VERY VERY frustrating. My app says it hasn't had any updates since 2016. I would think that this would be updated once in awhile.
I deleted this app for the same purpose. I just tried to log back in and forgot my password clicked the forgot password button and still nothing works. Why can't life be the way it was BEFORE INTERNET! This is to much work and putting personal information out for other to hack.
Doesn't give me account info or anything. Just the basic options of finding care and contacting..... would like to pay premium but without member number I can't.
Doesn't work at all. I click on access my account and nothing happens.
So so. Not impressed but not unimpressed either.
There is no longer an option to pay my bill. Fairly worthless.
It won't let me log in
Says my password or login is incorrect, even though I can use the computer version just fine. When I click forget, the app crashes. Uninstaller app and reinstalled, nothing. Pure junk! Hate that I'm force to have avera insurance, the Sanford mychart app never crashes.
