Same can't connect to network problem I see that others are having. Additionally, now it is trying to say that the email is invalid. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software. I went ahead turned on the phone's bluetooth and linked up the phone and tracker. I reinstalled the software. For a few moments it looked as if the problem had been solved but no again the no network error.

I can't even start to use this until it verifies my email. No matter what connection I use, 4g data or wifi, it only says "network not available, please check your network", and there is definitely a solid network connection. Can't get to the software at all, and can't connect Bluetooth to the device (presumably need to use the inaccessible software to do so) so far it makes for a crappie paperweight, and a fashionless wrist bad with the incorrect date. Useless so far. Fix Samsung galaxy s5, android 6.0.1

So the app and the watch have been working fine until this morning, I don't know what happened but the app wouldn't let me input my what I have eaten saying "server error try again". I tried to uninstall and then reinstall but it won't even let me log into the app now saying the same error. Like everyone else said the sleep tracker is completely inaccurate, the time is off. Besides that the watch counts my steps and that is what I was initially looking for.

Probably a reason why sports authority had these for cheap... I've been wanting to lose weight and really wanted a fitness tracker, but I'm poor and can't afford a Fitbit, so I was excited when I saw these for cheap when sports authority was closing. The device is OK, I feel like it's not quite accurate. The app crashes frequently and I've never been able to get the firmware update to work. Reinstalling just wipes out my last month of steps. It's also full of typos.

I am SO disappointed with customer service (or lack thereof) of Avia!! I reached out on four separate occasions (via email and live chat) for support. I am having issues with an upgrade. I am also going to look for more outlets to share my Avia experience. Don't purchase Avia products!! No recourse if something goes wrong!!

Very poor app. It never syncs with my device. I walk 6000 steps, reach my goal and the app says 0 steps. It also says there is a recommended update but it fails to install and I have gotten no where with tech support. It doesn't recognize my password, pwd reset link never comes and tech support says they know there is a problem just get another email address to use. Should have spent more money and bought a Garmin. Guess I will friends love theirs.

I got the fitness tracker home, downloaded the app and tried to get started. Well, the app tells me I can't sign on because there's no network available. My wireless home network is working fine for everything else. I thought maybe I had to pair the product with my phone first, but my phone can't even find it to pair! What a waste of money! I'm trying today and if I can't get it to work by tonight, it's going back to the store and I'll buy something that works.

Emailed the company with a question. Haven't heard back. Notifications don't work. Otherwise it is just ok. Better ones out there. Still no response from the company as of 9-4-17

This by far is the worst app ever. I normally don't do bad reviews but I felt compelled to do so with this one. You can't sync with bluetooth, reset device, correct the time, etc. It also doesn't sync your progress, period! This device and app are the worst I personally have used. Very disappointed!

Every time I open my app it says it's not connected I go to connect and it won't. Getting it to connect is always random. Not very happy because I spent a lot of money on this device.

Im new and it won't let me create and login. I can't even get started i got this early for christmas im really sad it won't work. I even deleated the app and re installed it.

The app doesn't allow me to put my personal goal in for steps, the watch doesn't notify you if you get a text or a phone call. Very disappointed...

Just got this. Cannot get it to update the firmware. Their website and email does not work. 😢 Wish I did not buy this. Don't buy it if you are thinking of getting it.

This device has a lot of issues. The company doesn't seem to upgrade enough. It doesn't sync up all the way and it doesn't have a record from the month. Don't waste your money nor time.

Sleep tracker isn't very accurate and is measured in increments of 15 minutes. The pedometer is HIGHLY inaccurate. Connection to the watch is intermediate and dodgy. Also needs an excessive amount of permissions for doing so little...

Disappointing When I try to sign in it says there is a network error, this annoys me because I switched phones and it worked fine on the phone before. And nothing has changed with our WiFi. But now on this newer and better version of phone it doesn't work at all. And I've been trying to get in for multiple weeks. So you better fix this because I pretty much wasted 80.00 dollars on the watch itself, and I am NOT paying to fix it when there is nothing wrong with the watch alone!

I bought this device and cant even use it. The app does not work. I hope i can get my money back.

I can't get the app to work. It'll work for a second then stop working the rest of the day. It tells me to install the update and I try but it doesn't do anything. Absolutely useless

This app is very problematic. Every time I try to set up my email, the app tells me that there is no connection. However, I tried to uninstall and then reinstall the app, but I am still having trouble with it.

It is "synced with device" but then tells me to update "stride 3.0.2." So I agree then it says preparing for an hour and I GIVE UP! So it won't load my steps to the app, sleep DOES load to it? I'm not sure how this works? It's frustrating! Doesn't do the text or call thing either. If I could just get these things to work it would be perfect!

Exact same as the other Avia ascend app. Tells me network isn't available, but clearly is. Won't even verify my email to get started. I have reinstalled and uninstalled numerous times. Awful.

I got this tracker to help me see my sleep patterns. App is very inaccurate and if I followed what it says, I slept 24 hours yesterday. But still managed to walk 7,000 steps. Please fix the sleep portion of the app!!!

Can't get started since I can't even sign up for an account. Keeps saying that network is not available.
