Very useful and complete app. User friendly and intuitive. I highly recommend improving the customer experience with a personalized chat. Airline Chatbox is not good if you want to satisfy needs and requirements.

Website and the app don't work at all and they have limited customer service hours and it makes you download an additional app to talk to the AI. who is useless and only repeats what information is online and cannot help you with anything else.

Crashed too often so I decided to print out boarding passes at the airport. Had to use desktop website at home to check in. when it works, sure... it's well designed. but the crashing makes it unusable and very frustrating

Pretty good app all in all, quite well designed and easy to use. Flight also was pretty good, although small amounts of food /drinks given.

Useless. I do the check-in in the app, then I can't find neither my flight in my trips nor my boarding pass. I do add the flight and then the app wants me to do the check in again. They also didn't send the email I asked for with the boarding pass. Almost as bad as air france.

App crashes constantly. When it does manage to stay open it doesn't work properly. Can't add my reservation because it doesn't recognize my reference number. Thoroughly unhelpful and will promptly be deleting it from my phone.

So glitchy you can't check in. Horrible just like your services. But Since your'e the only airline that flies to the area, You don't care. We just have to put up with this bad service. We need to call the BBB

The plane ride was comfy and everyone in the plane was nice. But the website, app, and customer service need a LOT of work. We weren't able to add additional bags for the cheaper price prior to the flight, gave error message everytime. Couldn't check in for the same reason from this app or the website so we had to at the airport. When we paid the addional money, the girl didn't give us our change when we were scrambling with documents. Had to ask for it back.

Impossible to deal with. It crashes a lot, not enough information. I tried to add bags to my trip and I couldn't do it. Had to call them and spent a total of 2 hours on the phone just to add bags. Very disappointing.

When the flight was delayed by 30 minutes, my boarding pass desapeared, it says "we could not deliver your boarding pass online. Please go to the airport counter." I had it in a screenshot just in case this app gets weird, and it did.

I asked for a refund of my tickets and they gave me cards to buy with them, when I wanted to do it the system both on the web and in the app does not allow 2 forms of payment, I paid $27 to keep my reservation and thus be able to call to pay but They kept me on the line for 3 hours and they never helped me, they sent me an email so that they can contact me before 72 hours, which is the limit to keep my reservation and to this day they don't call me, it's been 2 weeks In addition to that, I have

Can't book a flight to BER Berlin because they still have the old TXL airport only in the possible selections which has been closed for ages. Same problem on the website and they don't answer the phone.

Does not work on Galaxy S21. I had it on my old Galaxy S8 and it worked fine. Installed and tried to get it to work on a new Galaxy S21 and it simply won't get past the Privacy page. It keeps reloading for me to check the two boxes and accept the terms, which I have done multiple times but still nothing. Yes, I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. Also clearing the memory and restarting the phone. It just won't work.

Really poor for an airline app. Slow, doesn't information for the same booking reference, gets stuck or goes back to start if yo switch to another app (eg to get emergency contact details, which it doesn't retain for heaven's sake. Boarding passes do not sit within the app so for 2 travelling together you have to restart the process. Absolutely hopeless.

Literally just sent me an alarming notification saying I hadn't checked in for my flight and it's in 3 hours, when my flight is in 27.... Also, UX is shady. I have 3 levels of indirection to get my ticket for a flight i already checked into.

it's very easy to use and helpful in all senses you don't need to contact the call center all helpful information is in the apps store.

I couldn't register or download my boarding passes for few days. It also didn't give me thw information that I have to pay 150$ if I am not Ecuadorian. They kept that information for check in. Apparently the website shows you that info in a tiny box, but this app does not.

I had note8 and I was able to log in and manage my trip and add my upcoming trip. Now, It doesn't work on S22 ultra, very annoying

I was able to purchase my ticket at a reduced price compared to their website. Hopefully it continues to work well for flight check in and future purchases.

App keeps crashing everytime I try to add my flight and it's crazy how an airline so big can't even keep their app updated and fixed by now its been weeks since this is happening.

I am actually unsure how this has got through playstores own quality criteria? It should be taken off immediately until all the issues are resolved and properly tested. This should never have been launched!

Total rip off. The automatic system said the wait was 12 min, I waited on hold for almost an hour and then I got a bill for international fees of 115$ and they never even answered.

unfortunately I lost a battery charger that left inside my luggage, didn't received a noticed but that was rules, in general everything was wonderful, app, check in, payment, cost, service, flight, aircraft clean, on board service, thank you

Edit: apps keeps crashing everytime I go to add my reservation. It's been like that for days and I have a flight in 3 days. 😠

The Avianca app is not working at all. No identify the reservation #, flight #, Last name. I uninstalled it twice and still isn't working.

It's a pathetic app completely useless don't bother downloading it. For whatever reason I'm able to log in online but the app doesn't recognized my password or login. Hopefully when I fly their service it's better but I doub it, since they reopen all I've heard it's negative reviews. The only reason I'm flying with them it's because they are the only airline that it's flying to my destination...I guess I'll find out and a follow up review will be coming.
