Avicii | Gravity

Your performance will dynamically change how his hit songs are played for you, in a capturing ride through endless, artistic environments – also inspired by Avicii’s music. Upgrade your ships and use a wide range of powers to further enhance your performance.
Together with the highly anticipated debut studio album “True” by Avicii, comes the game GRAVITY. In addition to a compelling game experience, GRAVITY also includes an opportunity for true fans and players to earn a game-exclusive Avicii mix.

Earn points by keeping your wits about you and collecting a variety of pickups – in a certain order. Successfully “chaining” a long order of pickups will grant greater rewards. You may also spend in-game currency (earned or bought) to unlock permanent collectables and limited consumables.

Avicii songs you buy through the app will not only become available in your iTunes Library, but also in the form of an optional soundtrack in the spectacular Level X. That way you can customize your experience while unlocking new content and competing against players and Avicii fans all over the world.

Levels are fun and unique, but needs an update, more levels, maybe a different style of gameplay or multiplayer

Nexus 6P: the music cuts out and comes back on intermittently (some music transitions just drop rather than playing the next higher or lower level of music). Controls often register swipe left/right when trying to swipe up to shoot - needs a different kind of motion to trigger shooting.

It's a great game with an outstanding soundtrack, but the fact that there is a pay wall is a real buzz kill. It had great potential bit once I got bored of the three free songs it gives you I was ready to move on but the fact that I needed to pay $3.22 want to great. I think they should be labeled as a demo and released for the amount charged for the other world but otherwise it's a good concept

I love this game but I could not give it 5 stars for one reason, the sound looping and transitioning is very choppy, if you where able to fix this (transition would be easy, just fade to the next sound file) then I would definitely rate this 5 stars. I also really like the idea of getting the song as an overall prize, makes playing the game worthwhile instead of a time waster.

It has great potential to be a good concept, but it has delusions of grandeur, 'play this game with headphones for a better experience' when the game isnt that good not even when sound related, music just kinda pops up, the little triangles are random and go off rythm, and the game would be cooler as rythm based, the list mechanic is interesting but it tells the player what to do instead of giving him/her freedom, the game is not even related to gravity, that and controls that are unresponsive.

This is the second time I've downloaded this game and it is for a reason. The game is in itself perfect. The sounds, music, the graphics, animation and the way everything progresses. The problem is with the controls. They're buggy to say the least. Doesn't turn right when i want, doesnt turn left when i want. Devs have done a great job at this game, i really hope u look into it and make some much needed changes. Ill give a 5 star post the removal of buggy controls.

I really wanted to like this game, it reminded me of audiosurf, but the swipe controls are very bad and don't work properly if you change direction fast .They should implement tapping on the sides for turns and tapping in the middle for boost. Played about 10 minutes until i just gave up on it.

This game asks way too much from the player with it's clunky swipe mechanic. The music is limited to some generic pop songs. And if you want to come on top of the leader board you better pay for the power ups (that are also terrible to use) and ships. This game is absolutely thrash.

Its a great game...but we need more level that cost with coin not real money and need option control to custom the controller. But I really like if the game can custom your ships also cost with coin or customize the ships with something...like stickers, cat or any kind of thing you can imagine. So that's all I need to say the game is amazing love the idea like the more points you get the more beat you get... Love it.

The concept is okay but this is just a mess. It is absolutely bs and not fair. The music is not too good either, it is just each instrument playing with a really bad and choppy loop that lasts for like 6 minutes. The controls are unfriendly and are confusing. The graphics can become choppy and look pixelated most of the time. Cool concept, but this is just a mess.

Great game with some real potential. It needs to have better response though. When I swipe up I need to blast, if you're not swiping up and a perfect 90° it WILL take you to the left or right. Fix this and we'll be good. Or maybe just add a button to tap for blast opposed to swiping

Fle. B. Oct 26, 2015

The controls don't seem responsive enough I find myself swiping madly trying to get it to go forward and missing swipes left or right. I've just recently changed phones and had this problem with both phones. My thumps work fine for all other apps. So I don't understand but it detracts from the game play when I make a move and it doesn't register.

But the controls are buggy, especially with the dash forward. I highly recommend programming buttons for easier movement. A bigger pause button for easier access would be helpful. The dialogue/grammar needs to be refined during game over (Use another life), and overall the app could be polished more. I also agree that the IAPs are way too expensive. Other than that it is a decent game

This is an amazing game with lots of potential for for more games. Right now there are only 5 levels including the tutorial and the payed for level (choose a song). I understand it is hard to modify the the songs the way they did but if they put more levels I would give it 5 stars easy.

Downloaded it just because I wanted to experience Avicii's music in a whole new way, like the description said. Didn't expect to hear the same 8 bars of music over and over and over and over and over. You get the point. The while time you are desperately waiting for the next 4 bars to be different and advance the song, but alas it doesn't. Eventually, the repetitive mind-numbing sounds will make u quit or go insane. I keep it installed, waiting for an update.that will make it awesome. So far, nothing.

I really like it and it is addicting but there is only two problems that I'd like to address. I haven't been able to basically "level up" and there should be more songs without trying to unlock, I'm staying to get really bored after hearing the three songs, please add more without payments. Thank you.

No lag issues what so ever, sound is good but sometimes it can be a bit annoying how loud it gets when you'r doing a really good job, don't get me wrong I love it for that just fare warning don't play with the volume maxed out xd.Keep your dongers at a medium level ~o~

And. P. Feb 3, 2016

It's got potential, but feels to much like a pay to play. You'd better just charge some bucks for the app and offer a lot more premium features in the game, than having IAPs (I never loved IAPs in games). Controls are meh and the game, overall, is not addicting, nor is it really interesting to play.

Tho. B. Nov 24, 2015

If you pay for lives you can literally play forever, and especially since the score multiplier increases and scores increase exponentially, the leaderboards are just a list of who has cracked the IAP (I did, personally) and played the longest. Not very fun even with the broken monetization. Really just for fans of the group.
