This system is not built well at all. I forgot my password and cannot reset it, the emailed link sends me to the login on the app no help there. Delete the app and the reset password link now sends me to the app store to download the app. What is going on here.

reset password link send me to a login. click forgot password and the loop continues. not to mention when i first started my job i couldnt successfully clock in for about a month and a half, overall im not sure why the company i work for continues to use your "service", at best its inconsistent.

Does not work! Will not accept the password or username i generated. Doesn't say which one. The link to re-do it just brings you to the sign in page of the app. Brilliant!

Stop trying to force me to download this. It automatically goes to the play store everyone I click something from my email. I didn't download this garbage for a reason. Choke on a phallus.

Way worse than any other employer app I've ever used and considering the first employer app we had was over 4 years ago mean it super sucks and has made no attempt to improve

This app is garbage, just call the number in the email and press 1, they'll help you get a temporary password.

The app is useless. You might as well login to their site. I have NEVER had so many technical difficulties with any payroll company used by any employer of mine. I'm sure the company I work for saves tons of money on this but I have constant login issues among other things not specifically related to their app.

This app sucks major. Do not get it. Every time you try and log in you've got renew password. It doesn't give correct info.

So useless, what a waste of time. Avitus group is like a slumlord property management company.

I wish you would stop resetting the password every time I log out because I have to turn around and reset my password to get a new one. Please do something about the app so we can sign in and not have to reset our password

I have only ever been able to login once. One time. It worked great that one time. Every other time though, unable to connect with server.

would be better if the app was actually updated to look better, run smoother, and actually had use to it other than what it already has

Your app/website does not remember my password have to reset it every time just to log in. Come on guys.
