I would like to give it zero stars if there is such an option. New app updated from 1 Jan 2022 with re branding makes it difficult to attach receipt, one click on attached receipt to check if I attached correctly hangs the app. And it takes at least two rounds to submit the claim because when the app hangs there is no way to login again "connectivity issues"
Every single time I use it, there's some form of connectivity issue when I try to login via SingPass and it logs me out. The app is slow, laggy and unavailable majority of the times. Dismal app and I would give it a zero if I could.
Unable to login for past 2 days, with Singpass. Can't believe we have to use such substandard apps for our daily life - GP visits etc.
Frequent connection issues, very slow.. something seriously wrong with the app.
When i need to use it, there's a connection issue. When I don't need it, it was smooth running. Stupid app cause me a lot of inconvenience.
Useless app. After changing your password and when you login again it says that my password is incorrect. We have to go through the whole process starting from Forget Password, Receive in email, Change Password. Even during emergency we couldn't log in and we have to go through a long process. It happened to all of my colleagues. When I called up IT Desk they mentioned that you are the first case. But I went through the reviews and almost everyone has the same issue. Better do something to cope with the current market. It's just a app which can be done within 4K. Please get it done.
Fails to connect right when i needed to show my e-card, had to relogin few times to get lucky.
Worst app ever. Cant even login. "We are sorry. We cannot process your request due to connectivity issue. Please try again later" Need to use it asap and this happened? Worst app
This is not serious for an app so important in our daily life (GP/hospital visit, claiming, letter of guarantee, access the virtual card) not to be working properly. It feels like i can only connect once every 5/10 attempts. The same happens on the website. You guys need the fix that or customers will run away in droves
Please fix this page where you need to confirm date of birth in android as soon as possible.. im using S22 Ultra and it is not allowing me to select the date!!
attaching receipt takes forever... never ending circle loading ring of 'please wait' then eventually ending with an errkrt...
The app is great to see information and to submit claim. But the problem is it cannot upload the document and images, so the purpose of submitting claim is useless. Wonder if the app is even tested before rolling out. When you login, if you cancel biometric login, the username and password text field cannot be entered. What joke is this? Can't save my time in fact waste moremof my time to do it on computer instead.
After you had manually scrolled to your DOB, then the system will put it as MM/DD/YYYY instead of DD/MM/YYYY... Magnificent move to troll the users

Its amazing an app this lousy exist today. Using singpass login for 1st time still requires one key in birth date, dont trust Singpass? Then the calendar makes u scroll by pressing God knows tonnes of times since i am born in the 70s just to reach my birthdate. Once selected my birth date, it says wrong birth date. Wow as if I dont know my own birthdate. Developers of this app should be ashamed of this substandard invent. Worst app among the few apps i have from other insurers.
Lousy camera and gallery function. Camera MUST face downwards and only have auto capture, no option to take photo manually. So I hold the phone over the receipt so long yet still doesn't capture. Upload using gallery yet picture is skewed even though original is not. There is no other option to upload documents. Should accept in pdf format as well.
Horrible app. The icons can't even load. This is creating inconvenience to customers.
An app which requires date of admission, but at the same time doesn't let you key it in
Why I don't buy insurance. Just like this app, hard to claim. Have to reinstall everytime just to log in. Garbage at best.
The app is a great tool to help with claims. But the problem is always with the uploading or taking a snapshot of the images where the loading sign just keeps going on and on and nothing happens! Is the app compatible with the latest version of Android? Can the developers help look into it? Thanks
Last upgrade was forced upon me, which was extremely annoying when all I wanted was to make a claim. To top it off, when the latest version gets upgraded it forgets your credentials and now I can't log in because the user ID and password fields both do not bring the keyboard up. Complete joke upgrade.
Lousy apps tried many times still unable upload receipt
This app is terrible. Just absolutely terrible. Whoever developed the UX should seriously consider doing something else. To mention one of the poor UX, how do you possibly come up with a birthday input system where you have to scrub month by month from current date to all the way to user's. Such a waste of time.
WORST app ever! If I could give zero star I would have done that. App constantly crashing. The screen constantly stuck at "loading" for each image upload. This app is truly made by incompetent idiots who have no idea what they are doing.
This is the WORSE app I have used in the last decade! Forgotten my ID and tried to recover it. It's a nightmare! Especially the entry on DOB! Must scroll from calendar instead of manually input data! Who on earth design this?!?! Simply waste of time!
Frequent connectivity issues.. very slow process in making claims.. after you submit claim, they just simply send you a message stating they need a clearer image of the invoice, even though the invoice image I attached couldn't be clearer.. it was only after 2 months, after numerous phone calls to the help desk, that I was told about the exact problem and what they exactly needed.. totally left me hanging.. it literally looks as though the claims department purposefully created this delay..
