I have downloaded this app before and used In on past phones / tablets, for some reason the phone I have now is extremely complicated because I downloaded the app && I'm will not let me select unites states as my country & well I won't let me do a lot of nothing really. So either I have no idea what I am doing or my phone is just to slow and old or both haha it is not the actual app though. The actual app is wonderful very easy ! It is organized well, etc.
App keeps on closing when I want to open it. I don't know if it is a technical problem but it only happens on my new phone. Can someone please send me a link so I can try and reload the app. I am a rep not a customer. Please can someone help me asap. I never had a problem like this other than the app closing on this phone it is very useful and I never had problems with it.
Used to use this regularly but it no longer opens on my Android phone. I'm aware of other Uk android users with the same problem. It's a great app if you have a compatible phone. Please fix the Android bug.
Used to love this app, 2 months ago it kept "updating" and i couldn't do anything on it. Then i uninstalled and reinstalled it, only to find that it now only has an offering for like 5 or 6 countries and mine isn't one of them. Totally disappointed and the "Avon On" app is a nightmare.. Hate it
SOUTH AFRICA: For some unknown reason, this APP has now become useless! it crashes as soon as I try to open it. and have installed and visa versa at least 5x. cleared data & cache etc... waste of time!
The brochure updates are always late. It's almost the end of the first fifteen days yet the brochure's still stuck at the previous month. If not for this issue, the app should've been perfect.
Id give zero stars if i could. Large app, had to let other apps go just to install, only to find out it doesnt have my country (USA) waste of time. The website is too slow and jumps around too much.
The app doesn't even want to open on my new phone, such a waist as it worked on my previous phone and on my apple. Making things difficult as the app is much more convenient and quick to use.
Can't even open the app. It just crashes instantly. Tried to download several times. Using a pixel 2, everything should work.
The country selection for United States is not available. I had to I uninstall and go to the AVON website. Negative app due to the fact, there are many people in the United States who are loyal AVON customers and the Reps should be able to use the AVON app.
Wish I would've read the reviews before wasting my time on this app! United States isn't even an option and if you choose UK just to get your language in English, the password field is restricted to 10 characters so my 12 character pw was not accepted! Don't waste your time!!
Right off the bat, when I installed this app I couldn't use it because the options to choose my country didn't have my country(United States). Fix this now and maybe I'll give this app a chance. Until then, I'm really disappointed and bummed out.
Downloaded for the first time and it crashed before I was even able to look at it. Never opened after many attempts. Uninstalled, unfortunately, since I love AVON
Haven't been able to really use the app. I can't get passed the representative page due to not being able to select United States for country. So as of right now the app is a bust for me.
It does not load at all. After installing it and going through the prompt, it just goes a blank page. I tried to reinstall it again and the same thing happens. Please fix.
Used to be good...now its broken - it stopped loading the brochure so I reinstalled and now it tells me my rep doesn't exist!! I've had my avon rep for years and she is bringing me an order next wk so not sure why it can't find her now. Plus won't recognise my postcode...rubbish!! 😠
I would give it no stars if possible. When selecting your language, if you live the US, you must select the United Kingdom. I have yet to make an account and I was hoping to do so using the app. Sadly that will not be happening.
This app works great before. But now it keeps crashing for no reason. I've tried uninstalling and installing again but it does not work.
Installed it 3 times without being able to get in. The first screen ask what country. USA was not listed. Is this a bogus site? No idea. certainly didn't work.
Doesn't work on android anymore. I upgraded my phone, downloaded the app and it won't even open. Totally useless yet I used it all the time on my old phone. Needs sorting ASAP
Glitchy. I'll be shopping, & then the app just crashes! No explanation or anything. Uninstalled & reinstalled no change. Uninstalled until fixed.
The app was great in the beginning, but now it doesn't open. It gives this message close app or rate the app. it doesn't work for me anymore
please update on time the brochure in every campaign because it is always very late and one thing, update too the flyers it adds sales. when i notice the active and fast action on this matter I will change this into 5 ⭐ Thanks.
This app is a waste of money. I had it on my sumsang s8 and it worked perfectly. I upgraded to a s9 and does not work on my new device.
it was fine while it was working then it just stopped. cannot access it anymore. Tried uninstalling and installing again!
IT DOES NOT UPDATE ANYMORE!! UNLIKE BEFORE WHEN NEW BROCHURE IS AVAILABLE IT PROMPTS NOW IT DOES NOT DO THAT WHEN YOU DELETE THE OLD BROCHURE IT ONLY STAYS THERE. TRIED RESETTING THE APP AND NOW ALL I GOT IS A WHITE BLANK PAGE DOES NOT LOAD ANYMORE YOU HAVE TO FIX THIS APP AS IT IS VERY USEFUL.
Last Updated Sept 2018. 2018! No matter how I tried to load and reload, its stuck on June 2019 Brochure and wont update, its not worth keeping this app anymore...

I used to use this app to place my orders, loved it, worked wonderful. Now I've upgraded to a new Samsung phone with the latest Android version. Tried 5× to download the app, with no success . What's going on Avon? Please fix the problems. Can't loose data this way by installing the app and trying, trying, trying without success. Very disappointing.
