Horrible and very very frustrating. I can't log into the app I have installed and uninstall hoping it would work but no luck. I can't place orders and can't view anything on my account. Very frustrating and disappointed. Claudine Coetzee.
Horrible app. I can't even login on it. It keeps on saying invalid password to me even when I know that it is correct.. It's so frustrating . I've even changed my password twice but it is not helping. What should I do
The new update is not working I must keep putting in all my accounts details password goes to section for pin details but does not open to give access to numbers....as a result I can't send my brochures via my phone on whatsup. This is so not worth it it's total frustration 😤 😒
You cannot login. It says details are incorrect when they are correct. The app switches off when you try to order.
Not good experience. How can it be that the password i entered do not match after clicking on the confirm password when in fact it was very clear that the password and its confirmation are the same...i re-typed both many times but still i can't register because every time i press confirm password notification says the characters i entered in the field do not match! How come?
App won't open. Always problems with this app yet Avon force it on us if we want to see bonus brochures which used to be on our rep sites. Useless waste of space on my phone. Doesn't even deserve one star.
It's useless. I cannot use the app, even though I updated the app. It keeps saying that there's an internal whatsoever.
What is it with this app..I've updated my password how many times now..but it don't recognize it..I must go to the website if I want to order..its frustrating!

I don't know what is wrong with this app, everytime I try to log in it just closes and return me to the previous page .
Useless and can't use. You need to email the agent before you can use the app and take note, even when you already have an access, you can't still use the "make a payment" section. Literlly useless, always error!! Believe me, I tried for the nthf time!!
So disappointing. I am now inputting my password, always says does not match when i hit continue, but the two boxes of password already contains exactly the same! How can i use this app if it won't let me???
App doesn't work with my new phone!. I have uninstalled it and re-installed it many times. But it doesn't work. My phone is a Oneplus 7t. Prior to this I had a Samsung s8, and the app worked fine. Can you offer any help/advice if this issue is going to be dealt with? I love the app, it's so much easier and quicker than firing up the laptop, plus my mobile never leaves me, so it's extremely handy when I am out and about or away. Please fix this and soon
I don't like this app. I can't see my order history, or my account balance like on the previous app. **Update. I've downgraded my star rating from 2 to 1. No changes hv been made to make the app easier to work with. The app freezes regularly. It should NOT take 18hrs to be able to put in an order, and then due to the app not working properly, I had to delete double lines, this whole exercise took from one afternoon, through the night almost to midnight and finally went through in the am.
I am getting so angry because i cant get onto my avon app.i have been using it with no problems but today when i press onto the app it says ' unfortunaty avon on has stopped.why??? I thought there is something wrong with my ph so i reboot twice , i even switched it off on on again but no luck at all. I am out of ideass. I unstalled and install again but still showing same thing. Please help! Any advice out there?
Why is it telling me my account or pin is incorrect yet I have been using the app before. I just changed phones and was downloading on my new phone
Cant log in. It freezed asking for account number and password. Thats it. Nothing more, been like this for 10 min already.
Update; all issues seem to have been resolved on my phone. Occasionally it is a bit slow but it runs so much smoother now. Used to be a great app now it barely even loads! Have to constantly uninstall then reinstall it again. I do like the features of the app, it's easier to place orders, but I can hardly get on to it.
This app is frustrating. Keeps on denying password. To reset it also gives problems. Pls make your apps user friendly😞
It would be useful to have this app on my Samsung tablet. Not available in Play Store unfortunately! I have the same trouble as other users on my mobile, in that it doesn't always load properly and is also rather slow. Some modifications needed for better browsing and speed, and inclusion in Play Store for tablets, please.
Absolutely stupid app.. Worked for a while now it doesn't allow me to log on... I've re set my pa countless times and it still says incorrect password.. Stupid app😡😡😡😡😡
Love the concept of this app and once finally on it it is great help. However the fact I have to log into it every single time its ridiculous. Previously it saved my fingerprint log in and off I went. Now it doesn't. What is the point offering fingerprint or pin log in when you can't use it. Please sort it out. Also please give the option to share on Facebook onto a page not just profile. Not everyone wants to share through their own prof. Most have business pages. Thank you
The app is very useful, just need to upgrade some features like when sending a e.mail it they take forever to respond to one's queries.

Really buggy app, logs you out often and sometimes issues with starting orders, it can move you to a browser-like page which can't save your order
What a horrible app.. Not user friendly at all when trying to order. The Avon brochure app was awesome, this one is a complete nightmare. Brochure sharing is easier but everything else, terrible. The old app would show pics with the order code which just made it so much more convenient when double checking. This app makes me feel like I'm doing a paper application on a smart phone :(
I think something is wrong with this app now ..ive been tryin to login with three different phones and it keeps sayin "avon has stopped" on all phones
The previous app was much better than this one. Whoever created this app didn't have the user in mind. Can't seem to find my order history. When I log out everything I added in the cart disappears, it took me 3 tries to finally get my order right. I'm extremely disappointed, all they did is add the social media feature and took everything else that was actually useful
App has just decided that it don't want to work on my tablet, it has been working fine, no problem for months, all of a sudden I have updated it and now it will not let me make posts from avon social. It just keeps saying the post is being blocked and cannot post, I have deleted the app several times and reinstalled it, I have deleted and reinstalled Facebook, twitter, Instagram, everything. Insta/twitter/fb are working cos I'm posting from other sites onto them send posting normal, its Avon
