AVON SMART

Good but needs some work. Sleep Timer is totally wrong. How can I be asleep for 7hrs 28 minutes if I lay down at 00.46 and get up at 7.24? Step Counter is also out by at least 1000 steps over a day. I know that counters aren't accurate anyway, but that's a tad extreme. Having an option for email notifications, night mode and backlight adjustment would be good too. Saying that, it's a good app. Easy to set up and use, pretty basic which would be helpful for those thst aren't tech savvy.

At first all seemed great, but after 2 days the watch disconnected and now it'll only connect for maybe 10 min at a time even if my phone and watch are basically on top of one another, which is pointless. The step counter is definitely not great had recorded that I'd walked 8000 steps but my phone said 5000, so there's a issue somewhere. Overall the idea for the watch is great, just a simple smart watch without all the bells and whistles. But it really let's itself down.

Useless. Its never actually 'on' so the screens black, and even when you lift your wrist as instructed, it still stays black. I bought it for use while cycling, so as I need to press it to see the time it renders it pointless. (Also when it comes on it only stays on for a few seconds. Utterly pointless.)

I'm suing AVON Smartwatch, but I'm not happy at all, this watch u can't see nothing on the screen while u are Outside during the day, the brightness it's very low, I can feel the vibrate only when there's a incoming call. I think they have to upgrade the app to have brightness settings.

Unable to use watch outdoors in the day, as brightness is low and no way to change through app. Date format cannot be changed. Stopwatch resets when screen goes to standby. Sleep timer is off, it says I go to sleep 11:53 every night which is wrong. Got a different smart watch now that uses a better app. Sat 21st Aug 21..Gave it another try and still the same so downgraded to one star. Anyone who gives this 5 ☆ is developers friends because app is next to useless.

Overall the app was working well until the recent Samsung update and now the phone & watch are refusing the connect so now I just have a normal watch again! Generally there are lots of things that could be improved I've spent far less on smart watches and received alot more in turn and alot more options

Total disaster, don't know what's worse, the watch or the app. Settings are...there are no settings (display is too light and there is no way to lighten it, etc.) All i all so sorry for money loss 😡

Watch won't sync with app can't update the time also not receiving messages or calls on watch. Tried reinstalling app, switching watch, Bluetooth & phone off still not working.

The watch is not good at all. Screen only switches on when you lift your wrist closer to your face and only stays on for a few seconds. A complete waste of money. 😴

Pointless. Continuously crashes on Android 9 phone. This is a poor copy of the generic £10 smart watches. Would like to offer a fair description of how it works, but as it NEVER works then I'd say buy something else

Suddenly stopped connecting. Says its connected but nothings coming through. Absolutely fuming when I laid £60 for it Edited: started working again. App updates and stopped connecting now!

A basic smart watch but may more be added to app settings, be able to change appearance on the watch should be part of the settings. Date format and brightness

Really good easy to work easy to create account. It counts calories, steps, sleep and distance I really like this watch.

2019 December i bought the watch and apparently brightness was a problem. Recently as additional problem, the watch cam not charge. What is wrong with your app. Daylight you see nothing. Only indoor watch. Battery life not bad.

Watch and phone won't connect. I've followed instructions on how to connect. What's more frustrating is the incorrect date and time

The watch it self is very nice and I like the step counting. However it stopped connecting to the app. Quite disappointing....

Can't connect to watch at all!!! When I connect it keeps on showing pop up find your GPS not open please go to open! What do I do GPS is on but still nothing???

Stopped connecting with my phone. No help from Avon. I receive e-mails with a lot of meaningless words, but no help.

please, with my Hisense phone, the Bluetooth is working with my Akantha smart watch, but only call notification work, SMS, is not supported.. otherwise im excited

So far so good. Avon Smart is the best I have ever used. It has worked perfectly for two years without any problems.

It cant connect to my device. I had to uninstall and reinstall again but no luck. So disappointed

HI, I HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO DOWNLOAD THIS APP TO MY NOTE 9, TO NO AVAIL. ALL IT SAYS IS: "TRYING TO DOWNLOAD APP." PLEASE, DO YOU PERHAPS HAVE ANOTHER APP TO DOWNLOAD AVAILABLE? AS I HAVE PURCHASED MY PHONE ALMOST A MONTH AGO. EXTREMELY ANNOYED AVON REPRESENTATIVE

Everything was fine for a year but suddenly it stopped connecting to my watch now I bought another watch but still no connection 🤬🤬🤬

Morning everyone this app is a trouble maker I can't even set my time is always telling me connect a Bluetooth device bt I'm already connected please help if you can 👏

I tried running with it and it seems it doesn't calculate distance accurately

I would give it a higher star but my watch disconnect the moment i close the avon smart app. Is that how it should happen?
