Mediocre at best. Clunky, not intuitive, too busy, Sharing inelegant, and lack of stylish and catchy options for posting multiple times daily. Facebook options should be more consistent with Instagram. I should be able to access my leads right from the Avon website. There's no interface between them. Seems like Avon spent as little money and time as possible, like their site. Auto-drip settings are irrelevant as they don't work. I'd delete but I have no time to make my own visual posts.
Need to re-install after each update I used to be able to share posts to my Facebook page directly. Bow, everytime I update the app it is not working. I have to go around and email post tu o myself and then post to my page or re install the app. App itself is very useful, I just wish it would work back with FB page manager like it used to
It seems to be just another way of opening browser pages where i have to log in again!. I can't do much on it without going to a browser. It does have info and hints and social feeds, but if i cant see the brochure or my orders without many steps added its useless to me.
It's very hard to use. When trying to add items to orders already started it should ask which order do you want to add too not just start another one.
Since this last update instagram is no longer showing as an option to upload to in any way. Please fix this ASAP as this is an important platform to access for Avon spark users. As of Nov. 17/19 I now can't share with FB, Instagram or use page manager. What's the point of the app now?
still learning how to navigate threw it all, all the pics from the "post" do dwnld to my Avon page, unfortunately the brochure videos go to my origional fb page. {yes im logged into my Avon page when trying to dwnld}
there's so many things missing from this app which would make an Avon Rep. more productive. My suggestion is that Avon should send a survey to Reps. asking them how to make the app more useful.
Slow loading. Now I'm locked out (it claims user name/password are incorrect) and no option for help/reset once locked out.
I think it is wonderful to have a app to help you with your business. also think it is awesome they have how to videos to help train you and tips to help you make more money
can rarely get anything on this that's worth my time other than information to share on Facebook. can't get videos to play. its frustrating
I had to do a "factory reset " I won't let log back in. So frustrating 😫 I have a Samsung S9, never had any problems before
since the latest update i cant share the posts on my Facebook avon page like i use to. the option to post in a group or page ( other than personal page) is no longer there
Some times it does not translate English or French depending of the ad or some times the broucher.

Works great and very easy to use! Allows me to log in and find everything that I need.
to add contacts they say to open the wheel at the top right i don't see that wheel not working for me i'm disapointed of the app
I'm a Rep and this app makes it super easy to place orders and manage everthing Avon related.
great app for the most part, wish it would work on tablets & desktops. :(
I have yet to get this app to work on my new phone yet old one it worked when it wanted to, now nothing.

So far this app has been good and i it has everything on it that is needed i haven't had any issues with it at all
Love being able to share ebooks with customers, and view ebooks easily
sometimes works, sometimes doesnt since the update.
This app is user friendly & no ads disrupting my use of it.
I use this ap often I send my customer's information and I also send them ebrochure. I at times post images on Facebook.
Love the idea of the app but it is very slow and won't load properly. My news feed is almost never there and the library videos don't show up it just keeps trying to load. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have updated. Nothing seems to work. It is very frustrating! The old app worked much better.
