The past update has caused some issue with the application being able to connect to my cameras. I can no longer see my video footage of my cameras though phone. Please fix this issue ASAP
Please fix this app, it cannot scan the qr codes. As of today it is useless for android devices, iPhones can still scan the qr codes without any issues.
App works have to unistall and reinstall every once in awhile due to screen dimming and you can't brighten it.
This app is faster log in than most and gives a great picture . The technical department here is great and always helpful. Thank you vet much. Phillip LeMay
App stop working can not see anything on my phone. Need to be fix one day its working then a week or so its not. Need to fix ASAP.
cannot connect via mobile, keeps saying connection timeout. Worked perfectly fine a week ago!! Need fix now

My live feed quit working on my phone... and I don't know what happened.
new update fixed all the glitch that I had and likes the new search interface.
If you exit the app you lose everything and have to start over. Horrible app. Dont waste your money

Why it cannot work outside of our homes or if we decide to go on vacation? It works only at home not when traveling if it czn help me or tell me how?

Every update forces you to recreate your connection. Adding your IP address.
Does not work on new androids
Smooth and clear video! The NAT feature takes minutes to setup and gets around having to do any port forwarding.
Please update your app it isnt working correctly on any platform
Updated to 7.0 and app is huge can only see half the screen.. hmm

I like this much better than the old app.
This app is by far one of the best CVMS apps out in the market. I am a network engineer and use their solutions in my clients networks. The QR code scanning is responsive, connecting to your system while you are away works effortlessly (as long as you're somewhere with data or wifi), push notifications work well (even though I disable them for myself and clients). Using their solutions you can pretty much do everything you need for home or business security needs.
