aWallet Cloud Password Manager

Update** After finding the work around in the web help, I backed up and reset the tablet several times. I finally found the area in the settings (updated?), that allows the choice of which cloud and which email it's associated with. Talk about simple? It wasn't but apparently it's been fixed while I was attempting to reset. Gave back *'s for having the fix. Now just need those subcategories. LOL Thanks! update* Now I have a second device and they aren't in sync so I went to the about and the settings to see if I used the same email account and it doesn't tell me what account I've used for this. If it's not syncing we need to insure we have it set up the same on all devices or cloud is useless. Reduced another star for this... Works but wish there were sub categories* Response to the comment about simple, and yes we need simple but subcategory wouldn't make it difficult...

Please update the UI to something more reminiscent of the current times. The app functionality along with all its privacy options is perfect but the UI really takes away from the overall experience.

I have used the application for many years. This application meets my expectations. I can customize my categories as well the fields I need for each entry which is required for the numerous passwords and user names I have. It would be helpful to have a password generator as I saw in the description. Please advise.

The most simpe Password manager I have come across. The current UI has stayed unaltered for the last 5-6 years. The current UI appears to be old...ish. I hope the developer revamps the UI.

I was simply looking for a place to store passwords. I got SO MUCH MORE. Secure whatever data you want here, that's the given. My favorite things about this app are the customizable...everything! So, again, you can save whatever information you need to save, how you want to save it. And #2, I don't have to worry about losing the data when I switch phones (cloud version). This has become one of my most used, beneficial, and reliable apps.

I have used the app for 4 years with no problems. I transferred all my phone data to my new phone 2 years ago and the cloud data was there with everything intact.

I love a wallet and have been using them for years. I'm getting up in years so I always needed reminders and it was a safe place. best thing about this app is that it's still around and hasn't disappeared like some other electronic wallets.

Edit: Thank you for the tutorial. It works! I've been using this app for years. Great app & very attentive customer service. ** There's an issue with the latest update. Prior to the update, I was able to copy username or password by pressing & holding on either. Now, I have to go into edit in order to copy either the name or the password. I have a Note 10+. This issue is inconvenient. Please see if this issue can be resolved.

Excellent. I've used aWallet for years with never a problem. It's flexible and easy to use. When I got a new phone its data painlessly reappeared on the new phone. I faced one self-caused problem once and the maker responded quickly with a solution that worked. Highly recommended. I wish there was a desktop version.

The very best password keeper, and I definitely recommend the pro version for its additional features. I've been using it for years on many different phones and tablets with no problems. It is completely reliable and actually fun to set up. Customizable in a number of ways to accommodate anyone. With the Pro version, you get Google or Drop Box cloud storage. This makes it very simple to transfer all your settings and information when you get a new device; takes about 2 seconds.

Just transferred all my passwords, addresses, etc. to my new phone. Re-installed the app from Play store without having to buy it again. Nice deal! Everything came over easy and works just like it used to. I also backed up to an SD card before transferring, just to be safe. This app works so well and has all the features I need in a password manager.

Inconsistent Cloud Storage... I've had this app for years, but that's mostly because I Paid for it & I really hate wasting money. Also, I've tried a variety of password manager apps & either they don't have the features I'm looking for or they are paid apps, as well, & these apps are all fairly pricey (compared to other types of apps). For these reasons, I've put up with the occasional glitches I've had to deal with from this app, as well as, the ancient-looking UI & the other outdated issues. Basically, this app, gave me the features I needed & usually worked as it should. However, a recurring "glitch" that I'm fed up with is the data not saving properly to the cloud backup. The app gives the msg that the data is saved & it's there when I check & then the restore is the old data. That does me no good when I need the pws to get into my most important accts immediately. This has happened too many times...I'm done.

The app works great, but with over 300 accounts and different passwords I was getting a little nervous and wanted to back everything up. First of all, Petr is VERY responsive. Unfortunately, I'm into my second day of trying to back up my files with no luck. I'm going to have to copy them over by hand, I have no other option. If you don't intend to back up your files, I think it's great and have used it for years, if you do intend to back your passwords up, I would use caution. I still have not been able to retrieve any of my data. I can see the data.crypt file Petr is talking about, he even looked at it and said it looks fine, but every time I try to restore my passwords, it say "Download Failed." I have two Google accounts and have tried both of those and once I logged into those I checked for the data,crypt files in both Google Drive and Drop Box and used the only one I found in all of those, still nothing. Although Petr has been very responsive, it hasn't helped me in the end. I'm very disappointed in the ability to retrieve my information and I would suggest if you're going to use aWallet you also back up your passwords somewhere else, which negates the whole purpose of the aWallet, to securely protect your passwords with the ability to restore them from the cloud if your phone is lost, as was mine.

The app functionality is good and I was using the free version in old handset. But while changing to my new handset I faced severe problems in transferring the data through pendrive. So I decided to buy the cloud version. While buying the app, the first time some error occurred and I had to download again Then it was very smooth to transfer the data to the new handset. Now, the catch ...I was charged twice by my service provider (Vodafone) for downloading the same app twice and they are adamant on not reversing the charge !! Appeal to the app developer to do the needful so that a genuine user is not unnecessarily harassed in this way...pls reverse the charge .

Good simple to use and secure password store. After using this app successfully for some years I have just installed it on another device. I may have done something wrong but the app now informs me, on both devices, that I have no passwords stored and so am unable to access any passwords.and the data crypt on Drive only holds 6 KB of data. Has my data been erased or is there some way to access it? Thank you Synpet. I followed your advice and it's worked, passwords restored!

I've had worsening memory and attention issues my whole life. I also have had more and more login info to save or remember most of my life -- while password requirements only get more confusing and varied. Remembering my PWs had gotten hard, guessing which version of a PW after having to change it 12 times was a nightmare. I digress. The point is, the free app got me control over this horribly frustrating predicament. I paid to upgrade that, and $5 now for Cloud? Least I can do. Thank you!

Brilliant, reliable, aWallet Cloud Pro. Have reinstalled several times with phone change, always perfect. Allows exporting info in other forms also.

Does what it should. Simple, straight forward, reliable. No annoying functions, features, no ads.

I've been using this app for at least 5 years. my job requires password changes for many apps frequently. Great app for anyone with many passwords to maintain.

I really loved this app. I used it for a few years without a single issue until a few days ago it stopped taking my fingerprint sign in and out of the blue asked for my master password which I hadn't used in years and forgot. And the only option the company gives you is to reset it and lose all your data and start from scratch. If you buy the upgraded version make sure to never forget your master password or one day the app will stop taking your fingerprint and you will be screwed.

I love this app. I've been using it so long that I can't remember when I started. I started with the free app & upgraded to the paid version which includes a cloud account. Its super easy. I havent had ANY issues & have been able to move it each time I change phone with all of my information transferring smoothly. One of the best apps I own & I use it everyday. I've told others abt it & was told a few years ago that it's not Apple friendly, but I only use the Samsung Galaxy line. Try it!

I've been using awallet free for years, excellent app, use of simplicity, editable, features I like. Reliable. Recently I needed to transfer my passwords to a new android phone. Directions on the web were clear, they did not work for me, mea culpa! Contacted support, after multiple emails with Petr one of the developers, who was knowledgable, patient, also assured that I was able to make the transfer using awallet cloud. I highly recommend this app and will continue to use it in the future.

I've used the pro version of this software nearly every single day for many years now, but now it no longer recognizes my fingerprint. I've read the comments to others with this problem, and they are quite unhelpful. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, but that does not work. I know master password, but it isn't accepting it. Edit- I had changed my password to a pin. Got it working again. Stored my login instructions where I can find them if there is another update that scrambles my fingerprint.

I love this app! With all the passwords and other sensitive and important numbers, accounts, and such, aWallet Cloud is the best database to organize and secure your data. It is readily available and is backed up on the cloud as you make changes. I may not be a heavy user, but I have never had an issue with it's operation. I originally had the stand alone and converted to the cloud. It was simple and quick! Thank you for a wonderful product and support.

Either my fingerprint 8snt working anymore or there 8s a major glitch with the app. I can't get into my account anymore, and when I wanted to reset it, it says it'll delete everything and I'll lose all my passwords. I need this fixed NOW!! Reply, I did update, that seems to be the problem. I figured out my master password to unlock, but now it seems I can't use the finger sensor to unlock anymore.

Very good Password keeper ! worth to upgrade to this app and storage all the passwords in the cloud. All of a sudden, I saved a new password, I existed the app and logged in again, the new password is not there anymore. I've tried several times and it did the same thing, please help.

Experiencing a major issue with the app. App us updated n device running on Android 10. Unable to save new passwords/accounts to the app. I add.. N click the cloud sync n when i open the app next time... Its disappears. No where to be found. Tried it many times now. Each time it disappears upon re-opening the app. Please help.

Great App until Android 10. I 've used this app for years and even recommended it to others. I experienced the Master Password Forgotten issue and I received the same response from the developer. I was pretty bummed out most of the week. Today I sat down and tried some passwords that I may have set it to and luckily figured it out. I felt and understand the pain that others are experiencing. Please add a feature to reset forgotten passsword. Using fingerprint enhances forgetfullness.

I have been using this for years and never an issue.. yesterday my phone (android) did an update and my finger print was lost. I see this has happened to others. I am just praying that I will be able to access it from my iPad when I get home as I also have it on there. I have searched for a password and tried many to no luck. :(
