I don't write reviews very often but this app needs a review to fix its issue! Many reviews already mention that the sign up process doesn't work and this is still the case. I needed a one time pin to sign up...this pin took 10 minutes to arrive. By the time it did, I had closed the app and it wouldn't allow me to restart the sign up process because it counted my failed attempt to register and therefore the phone number and email address were already in use *face palm*

Tried to register but couldn't. It kept telling me invalid user name and/or password without indicating why. There is no instructions on any specific requirement of the password or the user name (like whether it should have capital letters or a special character or if it can be only numbers). In conclusion, I couldn't register.

"Needs improvement on the delivery timing and customer coordination"...(February, 2020)...-my last review on the app... I installed the app again today hoping for an update on it. I ordered and got stuck upon ordering and have the order cancelled. Still the app needs improvement and the developer should wake up now. Still the app has nothing to offer. Sad...

I have installed this application and used once to order residential gas cylinder. This is the second I required to use but the app did not support. App stuck in loading process. What I did was uninstalled and reinstall the app but stuck in sign in. Neither I could create second account with same mobile number and email. I think this app require more tuned to become user friendly. Thanks.

2 times I ordered, both time I'm disappointed by their services. 1st time a leak bottle, after complain no change. 2nd time the driver didn't turn up, when I called him he said today I'm late cannot come. Just uninstalled this app to save some mobile space. Not even interested to rate single star.

Very much satisfied with a hassle free service. World class service. Keep it up and thanks for adding values to our lives. Was 30 mins late though... need to correct it.

Getting cooking gas in Oman is much easier with this beautiful app. Previously used to call the gas vendors multiple times to get gas and they used to charge as they like. With this app we can book it and will be delivered promptly. You can pay online or on delivery. Thank you Awan Gas.

I am using this app for more than one year, the new update of app is excellent, easy, fast and user friendly. My order came ontime. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

The app is very tedious and not user friendly...it takes ages to load and often times puts me off. Having said that, once managed to place the order, the service is immaculate but am running out of patience with this app

Application got better. But two stars missing because I cannot login using same account details (email address) in the website so I can see the history. Also still have poor or non customer service.

Needs alot of fixing. I was able to order just once. From the second, app gets stuck while trying to order. Hopefully this would get fixed

When signing up as a new customer the phone number section doesn't take more than 6 digits. So when clicked sign up, OTP can't send. Very poor app.. instant delete

It seems the developer is not interested in enhancing the features..it take too much of time to open and place order. Not happy with the performance.

Super fast service, well spoken team. Honest and friendly. It was a great first time experience using this app. I will continue using it and recommend it to my friends

The app is very poorly developed and requires loads of improvements. The drivers takes forever, over 2 hours and he haven't arrived !

Very Bad App. When tried to place new order, nothing shown for ordering. Same happens every day. Launched complaint. But no response.

Not able to place order. Since last two months I am facing this issue. I uninstalled the app and again reinstalled but still not able to place order.

Why do you make a app when you can't mange it. It was good in the beginning and then now it's close this is stupidity the 1 star that I am putting is cz I can't post the review without clicking on starts I feel like I have wasted my time and energy by clicking on that star

Multiple tries, good service, delivery is reliable and fast thank God i don't have to wait hours and hours anymore. Glad i found this app.

Trying to place an order, delivery option showing only for next day. But no option to select time slot, without selecting the same order not able to place.

I am sorry but with your app I could never make more than one cylinder as it denied to recognize my credentials everytime. Now I have exhausted all my phone numbers and not sure how would I order my next cylinder.
