No real discounts, only cheap copies of the original items in the photos. The materials are poor. Even the boxing indicates how poorly copied it is. The price of that copy is not that tempting and still you have to worry about the delivery fees, which is per item and not per order. Some items are good but they are nothing like the photos shown. Don't waste your money and check any cheap local store around you, you will get the same item and at least you save the delivery fees.

Worst shopping app ever. Such a bad experience for multiple times. They issued me a coupon for my poor returned product and when I ordered again with the coupon, they canceled it from their side. Will never ever shop from this app and would not recommend anyone. Don't even buy the cheapest products from them. Really very poor service and experience. If there was an option of no star would have given you that.

The worst online purchasing app. I had purchased plenty of items, and they canceled the most important items for me, and sent me the remaining items. They were so cheap and low quality. I could buy them from my place at cheap price. I had to follow up on the delay delivery too. It took them more than THREE WEEKS to deliver the shipment!!! And I have to keep following up with them. This is the first and last time I will ever buy from such cheap site. And will never ever recommend it to any one.

very very bad experience with them .Many items quality is not up to the mark. many times after ordering the items, they split our order themself and they say it's for our convenience and fast delivery. but it is actually a headache. They come frequently just to deliver one item and then they will charge you more saying it's bcoz of market place. recently I had the same scenario , for 9 dhs item they charged me 48dhs and next item, recieved defective. complained lots of times, no action yet!!!

I tried this app 3 years ago. So, my review might be outdated now. They charge you for delivery by each item you buy. You end up paying approximately double price; half delivery and half for item costs especially if you are buying cheap stuff. Also, there is a minimum spending for orders, or you will not be able to buy. So, I decided to never buy anything from this app and I have not bothered to visit and check again.

very lousy customer service. my order was canceled because of their poor logistics system and the courier they use and on top of that the customer service agents on phone have only one thing to say that they are very sorry but they can not do anything. they also are bothered if I uninstall the app, probably because they have too many customers. guess what, they have one less now. btw, you end up buying useless stuff just to fill the minimum order value - I guess I have to try something else now.

I ordered a lot of things all are low quality than standard. Buy towel for gym purpose. As per the picture it was showing it's for face. But when I got it was not even for cleaning standard. I buy trouser same day on trial zip was not working. People order later on they have bad experience. Buy something good which looks good in picture but wrost and low quality which you dont even expect. Most wrost thing Every item have delivery charge.

i have ordered twice and have been disappointed both the times. No one tried to resolve the complaints that i posted on their app or over the call centre. in my first order one of the items is still not delivered and another item is absolutely wrong. in my second order, there was a damaged good. very unprofessional people selling zero quality product. plus no customer care. horrendous. scamsss

The first time I've ordered via COD I got the items within 4 days. I thought this ecommerce is reliable so I ordered again and this time I paid via card. I patiently waited for my order to arrive and checked the status regulary. I still feel positive knowing that the status is "on delivery". But then one day I found out my order was canceled. After almost 4 weeks I've waited for nothing! They said they're going to refund my money. Who knows how long will that takes. I don't trust them anymore.

The worst online shopping ever. I placed the order and I get the delivery right next day. But when I open the box, the product received was broken and immediately I applied for return. It's been 3 weeks the item is with me and yet no word from Awok. I don't recommend this app to even an enemy.

This app is as rubbish as their items. Cheap and low quality. Customer service is worst and if by chance you get through, it's not supportive. I bought an item that arrived broken and when I complained for return or replacement, they never came to collect. When I was able to contact them, after numerous attempts which had no response, they just told me that their driver contacted me and I never responded, so they will never replace my broken item.

I recieved few orders. few items were of very low quality. when u calculate all expenses including delivery charges then it is not cost effective to buy. post delivery there is no service, if u have to return item , you have to bear expenses yourself that is quite significant than the worth of the item being returned. so order the things very carefully.

I had a very bad experience using awok. They delivered wrong item and after you tell them its wrong, they'll take the item and will promise that you will get the proper one. After few days, the status of the item is already in delivered and i never had the item yet. Very disappointing. Such a sad experience.

I don't recommend this anymore! Previously, I am lucky to have been delivered acceptable items with the prices, but lately, almost all succeeding orders has their problems. Some are broken, some have faults and some are lightly damaged. With two unsatisfactory items on same batch were asked for their warranty, one was taken for free and other was being charged for 42aed. The item value costs less than 50aed and I am asked to pay 42 to have it picked up!? Poor after sales! Not worthy to install!

The worst online shopping experience ever. I sent a mail to the team regarding delay in the delivery of my order and they reply me back that the order has been cancelled and contact your bank for refund details. The funny part was that the order number wasnt mine. This had happened despite me attaching a screenshot of my order with all the details. The standard delivery time is 6 working days. I had ordered on 31st october and today is 17th of november. Zero response from their end and i am still here waiting for the items. I guess they only work on weekends 😅 This was my very first order and it is definitely going to be the last 😊

Since last update... Became unstable and then it stopped with a Java error message. I don't want to desinstall a d re install.. as I can't recall fully the log on data. What a shame. Before was Swift and many good deals.. Now got no idea. Except it's not working.

i've placed order because of flash sales items and they forced me to bought extra items., i did that and they split my order ., delivered some items which is not included the flash sales item.., i have waited for 3 days to get splitted item and now they cancelled my order., when i contact customer care they told me i am the one cancelled the order.., this is completely frudelent.., i am not goin to use awok anymore..,

DO NO INSTALL! The worst shopping experience ever. I have made two orders, I have been charged the full amount, for more than 2 months now still my products haven't been shipped I have contacted customer service in order to cancel my orders, and no answer or what so ever.

Low price for some products is expected due to quality. Problem is with the time they take to deliver. 10 days minimum. Worst part is we don't receive refund for any product ,instead we get coupons for same amount which we can use for next order. And cart for free delivery is only eligiblnly above 30 AED. So ultimately we end up spending more money.

The product what I ordered 0 quality for big price . 1.I had return, I wanted back my money but they only giving the "coupons" for replacement. I.still didnt get coupons for that item because they still didnt get report that item is backed. 2. items what I ordered is not the same what I got. I got coupons to order the itwms for hat price but coupon is not acceptable..I need.to order something extta and to pay so that I can use my coupon. customer police is not respecting.

I placed an order a month ago and did not receive the delivery. All my attempts to reach the team were useless as chats, WhatsApp and multiple emails sent were never replied to. After waiting for more than a month, I suddenly get an email saying that my order has been cancelled. Why? There was no explanation. Will I get a refund? No clue, as no one is responding to my emails and no call centre number is provided. I hate this app and will not recommend anyone to order from here 😡

I KNOW THIS PLACE IS APP REVIEW BUT NEED TO SHARE BAD EXPERIENCE. STORY BEGIN "Damage item sent now not accepting their mistake" Damage item sent and now they are not returning the exact amount. If one order has two return items. They issue two coupons . The coupon will be issued with out processing charge and delivery charge even their mistake. The amazing thing these two coupon not applied on one order . So mean you have to place two order each of not less than 40 aed . This is not fair.

Awok gives some good offers but the app is really annoying... You can't even verify your email address or you can't type while changing your address... Really they should work on improvement of their app interface..

Extremely disappointed. Pls fix the issue of card payment. Your online payment system doesn't work. Payment transactions I do never go through. but u keep sending me emails asking me to complete the payments. but your app doesn't allow that to happen

I think even 1-star is too much for the most terrible marketplace ever seen! with awok you simply pay for the JPG images they produce so that you can expect completely different item you receive, this is in case of you receive something at all! and yes, you can freely submit a complaint reporting the issue with immediate response to collect the item back, but don't expect refund by any means takes place. In short, with awok money goes only one direction so that you are most welcomed to pay!
