great game so far. loads of opponents, good, quick games. UPDATE: as soon as i submitted my review, the ads after every single game i played from then on started, except that they wouldn't load, so they wouldn't play, so i couldn't end them, resulting in my having to close the app and restart in order to keep playing. Deleting this app now and giving it 1 star.

Lived previous version which stopped. Loaded this version, tried to sign in with email After putting in email it just shows shaded area passing over and over it does not continue. Loaded on my 5G phone. Doesn't even get to sign in on tablet. Disappointing as it is a fun game

Game keeps freezing or crashing all the time to the point it's just annoying to restart every time. Also too many ads.

I am enjoying this app. The graphics are pretty and colorful. It would be fun to see my average word points as I continue to play games in my profile. Allow profile name editing (I linked via FB). I like the vibration response (I mute sounds and music when I play). the ads aren't over the top and purchasing ad free is reasonable ($4.99 one time fee). Competitor apps want a subscription to be paid monthly, so I like this much better and will likley purchase the ad free version.

brilliant game, ruined by the fact every now and again i cannot play as new tiles are blank and take ages for letters to appear and then extremely slow to move to play. Also miss having chats with other players as I could years ago.

I understand the need for ads, but they run constantly during the game ruining the fun while you play. Other than that great game

I was hoping there was an alternative to Scrabble Go which I had become very disillusioned with. I found this game and it's good! You can play other opponents, and they have special types of games as well just like the other Scrabble game plus they have rewards from their wheel which you spin. I just got 14 days with no ads. Never saw the other game do that! So far I'm loving this!

It was a nice game but too much ads as in toooooooo much ads, every after your turn you have to deal with the ads about to uninstall this and not recommend to others because of the unlimited ads.

There's a big black bar/banner at the top of the app even with no ads that is very intrusive, and there's an unnecessary loading screen at start up. There's also no option to choose English UK dictionary. If these things were fixed I'd happily give it a 5 star :)

The upgraded program is terrible. It fixed no problems in the new version and introduced lots of new bugs. In particular there is a prominent "play" icon which is very easy to touch by mistake. They removed the option for a "are you sure?" button. I have lost lots of games because of that. The chat is now useless and the dictionaries are poor. I could go on. It is a pity as, fundamentally it is a very nice app.

set up is a bit different from other word games I've played but easy to figure out. fun game

Points for some letters don't make sense. Too many 1 value letters. Some should be worth 2, like in old scrabble that I remember

When playing using my Google Pixel 6 Pro, the "Game Dashboard" shortcut is constantly displayed in the bottom right corner even though it is not selected in settings. Is this a problem with the game or Google? It plays fine on my other devices.

The game is fun, but this new update is annoying. Poorly designed so it makes it almost impossible not to accidentally start an infinite number of games with the same person through suggested rematches, and you don't have to confirm it so once you've clicked on it the game is automatically started and they won't let you cancel - or even resign! It becomes cluttered and confusing.

The update is HORRIBLE - this would be a negative star rating if I could! Was this new version even tested? The new format takes forever to load, is not easy to see games on the go, the chat feature does not seem to work, everything seems harder to see. The zoom feature is driving me up the wall and doesn't turn off in the settings. Too much is going on...I just want to play scrabble! Please, please, please bring back the old version, I loved that.

Update: Stop throwing ads! When I was talking about changes I didn't mean annoying advertising DURING the game. If you don't cancel these greedy ads I will stop playing. Great game, apart from annoying ads after every turn. A few suggestions for developers though. The game reminds me of an abandoned child, who got stuck somewhere in the past with no changes and novelties whatsoever. I don't mean conceptual changes, but some interesting features could be added.

This was upgraded recently and it wasn't a good upgrade. The chat doesn't work. I can only see what I wrote, not what the opponent wrote. Also as I type in the chat, my phone keyboard covers the bottom half of the letters I'm typing. The game play is pretty much the same except I haven't fount where it tells me how many tiles are left. This looked to be a big overhaul, and it doesn't appear to be well tested.

After last update, the game performance is slower. When I open the app and there is no pending move, then a new game is started. I have 13 starting games in English, when I usually play in Spanish. Other issue is that I cannot see how many tiles are left. In my opinion, the game has more issues than improvements with the last update. I have uninstalled it.

I used to love this game. It was one of the best mobile Scrabble games I'd found, and was one of the only ones where you could play multiplayer without having to have a Facebook account. Prior to the update, I would have happily rated it 5 stars, but now they've completely gamified the app and completely ruined its "simple but great" essence. It's also become much more buggy as a result of this. Very disappointed. Please return to the classic.

Fun games. But if you don't play on the timer you lose. I had 175 and my opponent had 125. She won cuz I missed the timer, I fell asleep. Like why do I need to be timed to play a game. 1 star y'all 😠

I quit. Every time I flip to my settings it asks me to log in with Facebook. And I'm already logged in and the ads are incredible. Bye✌️

Nice game completely ruined by an unneeded upgrade. Table now doesn't show the other player moves, have to exit game and go back in: doesn't show points history with other players so list years of history; ux doesn't provide way back to main screen for some games, etc etc. Awful awful update. Graphics also harder to see. Don't install.

The letters/ words on the board are difficult to see, the script could be less faint. The points gained for each word could be more obvious and immediate. The dictionary has a good range of words. The graphics are ok although yellow is not the best colour to contrast with white.
