The app works for the basics: adding lightbulbs, creating groups, adding controllers, setting colour presets, etc. However, there is a 5-10 second delay to turn lightbulbs on, and sometimes it doesn't turn all the lightbulbs in a group. Doing the same with the separate remote works instantly without fail. On top of that, I am experiencing crashes. Please fix those issues and it will be a great app. edit: This is happening with EGLO Fueva Connect LED panels.

It's pretty cool, has the features I was looking for, but I can't say it's perfect. It does bug out too frequently in my experience, could be Bluetooth's and android's innate flaws, but it definitely doesnt work sometimes. Once it bugged out so hard I had to reset the lamp electrically and reinstall the app to get it working again. The lamp just didn't react at all. All in all it's a good app, just has flaws in coding.

First impressions are mixed, the product itself seems to function well, however I had difficulties with the app, first discovering a light bulb, then with the connection process (factory mode), and also the update failed for the first time, had to run the fw update again. In addition, I miss some key features from the app like timer or automatic fading/flashing colors option, which features are even included in most cheap alibaba bulbs. Take this feedback to improve!

I am really disappointment with this application. I tried connect 3 led drivers. Finally after few hours a I was able to understand how this is working. However I was not able link all 3 led drivers to doing operation on the same time (For example darker / or change colour). I needed do that or every Led Driver separately. More over after adding remote control to app / remote control is stopping working. I can't use remote control any longer (switching off / switching on is not helping). Last is that even when I am switching off/on all 3 led drivers there is a delay for each. And finally looks like each led driver is switch off/on individually - sometimes even with 2 sec delay. Which doesn't look great.

It is not apparent how multiple phones can control the same lights (from different accounts) . Sometimes it says I'm out of range when I'm shooting 4 meters from the light.

Doesn't work well with more than one phone. I have to always setup it again to make it work. Maybe update is the key here, but it's always out of range even when it's clearly not if I can control it. This could have been neat product but now it's basically overpriced bulb that requires gps to work. Edit: I couldn't find such option. Cleared data from three other services but that didn't help either. E2: Tried turning app/light on/off. Factory reset works, but then stops working on other phone.

Easy to start, easy to use, plenty of space for favorite colors. A bit confused about how to allow family members to control the lights as well. Have to use the same account? I wish I could make my own animations, i.e. choose colors and durations. In general I'd like to be able to program more, like different programs for each day, dusk simulator, etc. Sometimes there's a pretty bad lag when choosing a color from palette. Also it feels that the palette is a bit off compared to reality.

The BT connections to the various devices still seem to be a bit 'hit and miss' and having to wait for this to operate the lamps etc. Is annoying at best! While there was an inprovement after the last update there's still lots to be done. On the whole I like the technology ... it would be nice to be able to integrate the system into one's home LAN / WLAN to extend the range of the app & controllers . In addition, perhaps the ability to have "presence" simulations for groups would be great.

I have problems with the working of the led stripes. The first one worked fine, with the second one was a mess. I tried to connect the 2 leds on the app as a group. It worked innitially, but then I couldn't connect them through the remote control. I disinstalled the app and now it is impossible to download it again. The second led strap is blocked now on the green colour without being able to reset it or connect it to the remote. These products are a mess. I would give them zero stars.

It's quite bad. I guess it's hardware limitation in the led bulps to not be able to have more than one controller connected at one time, but that's the first con. Second is, there's huge potential to many different modes, but there's basically just four. White, color, "smooth" which doesn't have any control over it and voice, which has tremendous lag, because it uses phone's mic and bluetooth. Half of the time the app doesn't even recognize the bulp. Bug I believe that's also hardware limitation

You need an account to control a Bluetooth lamp. That's just stupid and unnecessary. Another issue I'm having since the initial setup is, that I can't connect to the lamp anymore. I always have to completely reset the lamp (which is a challenge by itself) and then setup it again to be able to change anything in the lamp, but again, only for the first time. This doesn't make sense to me either.

Utter garbage. Nearly useless. Needs constant restarts because of connection failures. Connection takes ages, often fails completely or connects and the disconnects immediately, several times in a row. With multiple lights most of the time only one random light gets connected. The solution is to switch non-connecting lights completely off for a few seconds. Often several times. Good luck if you didn't install a physical power switch. Remote works flawlessly but can't control schedules.

Should have read all the rewiews before buying. Bought eglo plug plus. It just doesn't work... Setting up crashed many times but got it working. Problem is pretty much same as anyone else. It's always out of range, even when sitting next to it. Once in a lifetime it may connect to the cloud, but often its just disconnect. It's impossible to on/off with smartphone becauSe connection is so poor. Also, schedules won't work at all. It wont turn on/off when needed. Paid 49€ and very disapointed...

Idea is good. More development needed. Looking forward to updates. Bluetooth range is either poor or issues with Bluetooth in general from the phone app. Re-establishing connection to light every time you want to change something is annoying but understand saves power etc. Light groups is good idea, working much better now after app update, one big thing missing is scheduling for light groups. Bluetooth remote works really well, fast and simple.

I recently noticed a bug in the app. When you go to Schedule and Dawn simulator and select the days, the day will select, but it doesn't light up. So I can't see which days I've selected. My bulb is the ElgoBulb A60, I've tried everything to solve the issue. (Restart the app, reinstall the app, Restart my phone, reset the bulb.) It would be good, if you could solve the bug as soon as possible. Thank You.

Unresponsive and often won't start. Or Takes an average of 30 seconds to start. Or has started yet won't start when using either menu. Or it's the poor range of colours; you basically have only 10 main ones and then simply pale versions of them as they get weeker. I am not even referring to different hues only weeker ones. You will find a normal green and a turquoise that is found exactly between the green and blue. Yet you won't find anything else. I still have not got the sep control to work!

Does not appear to work with the EGLO panel lights. My landlord says it does, but it obviously does not. Because when I click on the + symbol to add device, nothing ever shows up. Regardless of the fact that I have both Bluetooth and WiFi on. And have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Looking for guidance on how to make this work.

This app is trash, and after endless bad reviews, devs didn't do much about it, so it looks like it's going to stay that way. Colors are way off. Only one device can connect to only one product. Sadly, I bought two. None of the troubleshooting tips work. We have newest devices and the app is the latest version, but that doesn't help as devs here seem to have left the building.

I wish i could make a video of how the lamp reacts to anything i do in the app, it's pure chaos. I basically just click at random places in the palette and see what happens now. Horrible experience, thinking of returning the lights. Edit: already had contact with you guys but i only got the tip to reset the lamp, to no avail.

In some of these reviews the developer says to raise a support query but then fails to answer them. I am left with 2 expensive light bulbs for which this app can only be relied on to turn them on or off. A wall switch is much more effective and much less effort. UPDATE: I completed the form (for the 2nd time!) as the response below requested. I got another ticket number (AW00001460) but still no-one has bothered to contact me to resolve my issue. So I have now dropped the rating to 1 star.

Bulb connected to phone alright, but every time I choose a color setting through the phone it stays for few seconds or minutes and then it starts to change all colors as it would in some presentation mode. Connection is good as every time I press the color it works, it just after little time it changes to random colors and brightness again. Is that some shop mode activated? I have readded it to phone with no improvement.. Update: Replaced the Light bulb for a new one also with BT remote control and works nicely.

Always out of range, don't buy the lights and the plug. Really bad, the developer didn't update it for years, hardware and software. If I can give 0 star I will do it. My Bluetooth didn't have problems with other devices. I need constantly unplugged and plug it again and my device is on the back of my 72 inches TV.

***Good support. Had an issue with bulb switching off every hour. wrote on form provided & explained issue. Support gave advice to reset and send video reset on how to reset ... app is good though i would love for the developpers to put a lock option on the palette panel cause while swipping right to schedules its easy to swipe and select color or intensity by mistake. Wish the flow was like this Favourites, Schedule, Sequence, Themes, Palette& Disco or option to customise order acc to usage...

Constant lamp out of range. When it friikin managed to connect to the lamp (setup + one time only), then the candel effect ignores the colour setting (only green) or color settings are foul (mismatch). Waste of money! Only way to control the light is for a few minutes after first setup. Have to do hard reset, to control it again and then again. Will return it to shop. DO NOT BUY!
