Missing really obvious and necessary features like: 1. Default to last opened guide (why show me Seoul when I've opened Sydney 17 times...) 2. Show personalised agenda. I've marked all the sessions I want to go to so why force me to revisit the full agenda again and again. 3. Default to agenda view. I don't need to see the event general info every time I open a guide. Has anyone at AWS actually tried using this?!
AWS does a wonderful job at selecting the optimal morose user experience in their applications. For those who like to travel the world and see other venues besides they're at, they can see other guides. This is a great app for questioning life and pondering nihilism.
Application works well. Answers main questions - what, when and where. Allows you to plan your day during Amazon Summit. UI/UX is outdated, but serves it's purpose.
Terrible. Waste of time for London Summit as only the Seoul guide available for download. No passphrase anywhere to be seen st the venue. Made day planning impossible. Come on Amazon, you can do better.
Utterly useless, found out after wasting time downloading and trying to use it.
lots of errors bad ux and the qr code doesnt work. Billions of dollars and their app doesnt work.
Doesn't work, biggest global company in the world, can't get an app to work.
couldn't get it to do anything useful
I couldn't even use it in London, only Seul available
DEPLETE& SUBTRACT ®EDDIE BAUER!®ππππ DELETE&SUBTRACT ANY FAMILY MEMBER'S ALL IN TOTAL!
useless. where is the London Summit
my local event doesn't show up
No content for tomorrow's NYC summit
Useless at this point
canf access stockholm summits ?!
Simply does not work: no information about the summit I was attending. The app does not detect my QR code when I point the camera at it.
Pointless. Simply does not work: asks for a passphrase but wont accept any code.Registration and login dont work either
Would have been useful if it worked. Both paraphrase and QR do not work ..
Garbage app, does not have all summits. Do not recommend
Does absolutely nothing. Can't use QR code, requires a passphrase of some sort. Doubting this is even legit.
Just doesn't work. Can't scan the QR code, doesn't recognize the passcode, just pointless really.
Very counter-intuitive, doesn't list the London guide, but it can be found after a search.
It would be a good app if it worked. At the moment it doesn't let you log in and doesn't provide you information on sessions unless you do. So a bit pointless.
Terrible experience! If this is the business card for Amazon cloud service it's better heading for Google offer instead
Garbage app that doesn't work, can't enter passcode or scan a qr
I wonder how many people go to multiple summits simultaneously? Just remember I selected London and don't make me select it each time I start the app! The quality of some session descriptions was also fairly poor, but I think this had to do the presenters not really having a clear plan about what they were going to present.
Doesn't work well. Cannot scan QR code, doesn't accept check in ID, no details about sessions, no descriptions. Hard to use, always asking if I want reminders (no I don't, thank you very much).
Couldn't use camera on Note 8. Useless to scan code.
New York did not show up as an option.
it's hard to understand how AWS continue to produce apps for both the summits and re:invent that are borderline useless. More time is spent attempting to figure out a non intuitive app like this than saved by having it. The potential is there but the implementation is so poor it's just not worth it. This app is particulary bad and adds little value, the re:invent app has got better year on year but the summit app remains useless. A very poor user experience and recommend anyone to skip this app.
