App should not exist. There is no point downloading the app, I don't have a front license plate so have to rely on the app. I can't get into my own apartment, have to either wait for another car. Or take 2-5 mins, dance with the phone, continously clicking, hoping it does open.
Visitor registration is easy and the notification when they arrive is convenient. Please consider adding a button for residents to press to open the gates for their own entry when the license plate reader does not capture a registered plate. Almost everyone in my complex has to wait at the gate and troubleshoot positioning our car in the exact spot to read the plate with no way of manual entry via the app.
Not a great app, cant cancel a request after you made it, and if it keeps asking for a review but will never let you enter a review less than 5 stars from the app
Never works. I'm stunned to see why the app even exists. The door never recognizes the action to open the door. I've to either wait for another car, or dance with my 2 different phones, to try to find an angle that maybe works, and the angle is never consistent either. Getting into my own apartment complex is a chore.
