Axiom Bank

Four things, 1. Each line item should show the date and time stamp of the transaction, you show item clearing but not the actual date. 2. the balance should be shown with each transaction that clears (not just the overall balance up top). 3. Cannot log on with wifi... my wifi system has extra encryption to protect my home, forcing me to the cell service is unnecessary and dumb. 4. I should be able to hide accounts I do not want to see. Easy to use and very handy. Love the updates and the walk through tips to use when something new is available. I have only had a few times that if I gave wrong password even once it would lock up the app until I called during business hours- be sure to close out the app every time you leave it and this issue will not arise. Everything from instant balance to customized text alerts make this app the only banking app you'll need. Happy Spending, Happy Saving!

Have banked with them over 2 years, relocated 19 months ago and changed address. Now, all of a sudden, my card was locked. Once I finally got someone on the phone, they claimed that my " zip code was inaccurate" , although I had been receiving mail from them the entire time. I updated my address again, and received no mail -snail or otherwise- regarding the changes being made, nor a new card. Hard to get someone on phone, cannot access account or funds . Be very wary of banking with then.

This app is smooth and simple to use. The settings allows notifications for when your account is beneath whatever limit you set, that's an excellent feature for me! I haven't used the bill pay shown in the app features in playstore because it does not appear in my app.

notifications are always on time ALWAYS. Love the fact that i can even open another acct online. was skeptical at first but its the best online banking app I've had experience with. Highly recommend if you don't have it and bank with Axiom. You won't be disappointed!😍

This is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. I have had nothing but issue after issue trying to access our account online. I tried my desktop, laptop, phone, and even calling the call center. Call center was closed during regular business hours. I called the line for stolen cards just so I can speak to someone, they said they couldn't help. When I asked to speak to their boss, they refused. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE BANK! Wish they had a star for crappy service!

I have problems with app deposits 80%of the time and I am unable to log in 50%of the time. How useless does an on line app have to be before they make it customer friendly. I am in the process of changing banks!

My first mobile deposit was rejected. Axiom said their picture was unreadable. My copy was perfect. As of one week ago several calls and actually mailing my actual deposit to them still nothing. I am trying to make another mobile deposit and can not even log in. Very dissatified.

Good bank, but bill pay has issues. Third party that relies on old technology (pop ups, cookies, etc) and their third party requires authorization to sell and share personal data or cannot use bill pay. Sad.

I have used this app for a number of years. It is reliable and works. The interface is easy to use and it offers everything I need. I am very happy with this app in its current iteration.

Continue updating please! Maybe someday it won't feel horribly quirky. Sometimes I consider driving to my Axiom Bank and resolving everything personally instead of using the app.

Close your account before you get hacked. They hqve 0 security. They wont let you use venmo even though the app lets u instant verify with them. When you ask on the phone theyre just like "oh it should work". So unprofessional.

Locks me out constantly then customer service cant help after hours or weekends. Its happened about 20 times for years now. I hope an update fixes that.

This is the stupidest app ever it keeps freezing it does not show my current balance in real time someone really need to upgrade or update this app its ridiculous

I have never had a bank with so many tech problems the online banking is always down. Resets your password once a week they need to be looked into by dept. Of banking BPR in orlando florida. I will be doing a report monday. The BPR will find out whats going on with this bank. The only stars I will give are the ones for BPR/Law Enforment. Axiom need not to reply to this review. Won't let me check my account . I haven't been able to used my funds. So upsetting and there no way to talk to customer service. Not even in the atm would let me check my balance

Good app. I just hate that it locks you out and you have to call customer service to reset your password when you don't log out.

Zero security and they charge you for faulty cards. Incredibly unprofessional. The send you in circles then berate you for calling a different person at the branch.

I love the axiom mobile app well simple because I can deposit a check into my account and never have to go anywhere.

Terrible app won't even download properly . Have to make several attempts to get it to download.
