Not dependable new update broke the app good job access, and I am fully aware you going to blame it on Russia.
Would be higher rated if I had the ability to pull cameras around into a preferred view. Having 5 feeds from a single 360' camera is frustrating when they're all stacked together with no option to change the layout.
Not working with few years old cameras. Showing this message "Unsupported Media" "You need to set the video format to H.264". But there is no option to select in Camera Station. Useless expensive software. They should support their Cameras and not forcing to buy new by limiting access on the app.
Completely useless. I installed this to try and connect to an M1065-LW that kept falling off my network. It couldn't even connect to the other Axis cameras still running on the network ! The M1065-LW has gone in the bin, where it belongs, and a Hikvision has replaced it.

This app barely works. My clients and I have constant connection errors with their systems.

Juat updating my review here. One of my biggest complaints from clients is this app doesnt notify them when an DoorbellCamera ring request is made. If they are at their desks we had to setup just the doorbell on ACC instead so it would notify with audio. ACC seems to not notify via audio or a popup on the mobile app that someone is at the door for an unlock request. Mind you it will unlock if you click on it. But otherwise how do we know when to look??

no support for viewing licenced third party cameras on the axis server. please add functionality to view thirdmparty cameras on the mobile app. EDIT: Viewing licenced 3rd party cameras now appears to work when using the updated, hence I am giving you 5 stars thanks for adding support.
App has greatly improved over past iterations. Would be nice to be able to adjust the playback speed.

How come Axis Companion has more functions like hear audio, talk with mic and turn ON camera light where as this app has very limited functions and only 1 GB data limit although we use our own data. Axis Companion has unlimited data. Please be realistic. Your high price should cover data limit cost.
This is a great app with the PTZ features. I have a large system with 150 cameras and the app is in desperate need of a way to filter the cameras for selection. It is difficult to flip through the screens to find the camera you need. Can you add a search box? UPDATE 3/16/18 With every update that comes out I am hoping to see the ability to search for cameras as it is not a good GUI for large systems with 100+ cameras. Please expedite the addition of search/filtering/and grouping capabilities.
Alarm company notified me of a possible breach at my facility yesterday. Couldn't log on to the remote camera station to see if it was a break in. All 40 cameras showed the 5 second countdown timer with "unable to connect". Turns out we WERE broken into and lost 225k in product. If I was able to log in and see what was going on the police would have been notified sooner and would have arrived in time. Remote access has been garbage ever since you took your servers down last month.
