Functionality wise this app has more features, but one annoying thing is that the builtin back gesture doesn't work in this app, so every time when I have to move to previous page, the only option is to press the home button at the top right of the app, which moves all the way back to starting page rather than previous page. It's very annoying and making me stop using the app gradually.
This app has been ruined beyond recognition. A year or two ago, it used to be simple fast and responsive. Now every single page takes forever to load, if it loads at all. Most of the time the app is stuck with the loading circle spinning endlessly. If it does load, it's the same experience while navigating from page to page.. Every page or screen takes forever. What steps used to take seconds earlier is now excruciatingly long and arduous process. Ditch the app and stick to the online website.
The first thing one sees in the app is too many icons and options confusing users. I wanted to transfer some money to my sister, and it was insanely fast. We did it over the phone and we received the messages instantly confirming the transaction. However, when I wanted to conform to the KYC updates, it was difficult to even first find the correct option.
One of the best bank applications out there and clearly the smoothest experience of all such apps. The UI is classy and interactive. Payments, transfers, credit card services and almost all important banking services are available through the app. The offers section that redirects to another page could have been included in the same interface so that everything stays within the app. It's super safe too, the password needs to be changed regularly and the app prompts you to change it. Love it!
The app is functional. That's about it. I'm not a fan of this app. I'm only a credit card customer but it still tries to show me an account balance (shown as N/A), which is useless. The credit card section is actually a web app rendered inside the app. It's so slow, always loading from scratch. This creates a horrible user experience.
Freequently crashes. Not able to fullfill the user requirements. It always gives an error message- "We are currently experiencing some difficulties. Please try after some time". Not at all satisfied with the app's performance. Please make necessary updates to the app so that every customer has a good user experience.
Axis could not open even salary account on time. Four days elapsed nothing happened but thats great they don't miss a minute to levy charges👏👏. Moreover, this axis app truly describes it belongs to them. SBI apps are so reliable and easy to switch. Underwhelming, Unexpected experience from axis! Edited: After a week, my account opened. Although it was a quite underwhelming but at the end that did it so I'm improving the stars
The app reliability has improved a lot over the last 3 months so back up to 3 stars. - Apr2022 This used to be a very good app but I've recently had a few issues. My BESCOM account not being available for payment. My transfer to my mobile mumber not being credited. The support seems disconnected from the account managers. So changed my review to a 2! Couldn't pay my BESCOM bills again!! This is a really glitchy app! Down to 1 star!
The app doesn't open. It shows the logo and exits. I tried clearing data, reinstalling the app and restarting my device too. My device is Google Pixel 6. It's been more than 2 weeks since I reported this. And it's not a small bug, it's that the doesn't even open up. Please fix this as soon as possible. The last update was in Oct 2021 :)
Axis mobile app is one of the best and user friendly app. But, not sure why the loan repayment option is not yet added to the app/internet banking. Maybe it's a business strategy, but other banks have already added that options to their mobile app. It's time to change, I prefer to have that option on my phone rather than walking to the nearest branch.
Worst experience, unable to login. No one is able to fix the problem even online, branch. I don't know if they really care about the customer. I called the representative and explained it 50 times everytime. I even sent plenty of email to your support team. Unable to receive welcome benefits for my credit card with all this technical issues.
Pathetic and not reliable App! Details sometime appear, sometime disappear (for e.g. credit card). Gets closed/blocked for no reson, nor alerted or communicated. Now its too slow, and able to login only after 5 attempts after reinstall only. And then too, other authentication is all timeout. You must fix this asap. It's really bad services then.
Definitely saddest experience with bank services and app is absolutely disappointing. Getting credit card despite of having account in same bank is complicated. No clear instructions for using the cards well in advance for security reasons. Can't use new credit card bacause of improved security features. Can't login to credit card section at all. I have 4 more different banks credit cards with flexible usage, features, benefits and apps.
I have given a bad review earlier and you replied to it. I am still getting the same issues I cannot add a payee even after I get an activation code and after filling up all the details and putting my mpin in the system. I am still getting the same issue nor can I do any transfer on the mobile app and it's a complete waste of time. It's gotten better now.
App looks Okay. But I have many issues regarding functionality implemented in app. 1. Whenever I open the application I have to login by clicking on top right of the screen. It actually is a inconvenience to me. 2. After I log in to application, my account balance is just showing on the main screen. I don't want to show my account balance to everyone who is snooping my phone. 3. Credit card payment does not refect in applications. If I have paid all dues then also it says not paid.
I am geeting error while doing one time authentication. I am trying to activate card from last 7-8 days. No joy Please cancel my credit card I dont want this much hassles for a card also you have misinformed me about the joining fee and yearly charge, when I applied for it, That time it was lifefree. When your executive came to get the sign he said its chargeble, also he said I will get 1k coupon i just got notification for 500 rs coupon. Please close this card I wont pay or activate it further.
I found the app to be incredibly frustrating and confusing. Not user-friendly at all. The initial registration process required contacting customer service since I couldn't find the appropriate options. A stupid message appears every time saying "Something went wrong.".
Otherwise a very good app, it was compromised some months back by redesigning the FD/RD module, which would have been better left untouched. Now the opening date of an FD/RD is missing, and user has to back calculate to find the date, when required. What was the big idea behind this ? The earlier format was far more user-friendly. Instead of improving, you have regressed the app.

Pathetic App. Unable to view credit card. From past one month I am unable to see my credit card details on this App. After Login while checking credit card section an error occurs every time saying something isn't right. Sorry for the inconvenience. Solve this issue as early as you can. Or I'll close the credit card.
What a pathetic user experience... Credit card section doesn't show latest transactions, so many important buttons and options just doesn't work. Not sure who has developed such a bugful app. In fact customers care chat and email buttons are just for show and don't work. Axis please update ur app experience for ease of use and you charge so high if we need to call bank customer care.
WTH is wrong with this App? No matter how many times I complaint no one care to fix the login issue. This is hard to believe it's an Axis bank app. Totally disappointed on your work ethics. On login screen the loading icon keep spinning. I clear cache, even tried with clearing data, reinstall app. But non works. I need to transfer my monthly amount to loan account but now it's stuck just because you are not fixing the app. Also scheduled payments doesn't work, it auto choose a random sendto.
I am trying to use this application for almost 5-7 days but i can only say that experience is extremely bad. Even a noob can create better application. Any page we go, some or the other it will throw error "We are currently experiencing difficulty, please try again later".. Any functionality same error. If you are providing functionality then do it properly otherwise don't provide. It's awful experience. If there would have been negative stars, I would have given that. This is my experience.
Now it's not even opening keep crushing on opening screen.. help me please.. 😤 It's earlier:-There is no option to see/transact in your ppf account.. can't understand!!!! Lapse of more than one month still nothing!!!! :(
If you have multiple customer IDs and phone numbers registered with axis then this app is a complete mess. It was working fine for my credit card account and when I opened a savings account everything mismatched. I am unable to varify the details and stuck. Also frequent crashes and other glitches are annoying.
The latest version is Super easy to use. Also super fast. But that was only first view. It's useless for fund transfer. Every time I get error message " we are experiencing some difficulty at this moment please try again later. " But same works online. Hahaha.. i tried to chat and attachment button in your chat app does not work. Change the screen and chat app crashed...😂🤣 Anyways have also sent an email with the error. Thanks for your response. But still need the support to fix
