Soo much technical problems and too slow and hangs too much. Even they don't have knowledge for simple things like putting commas within the amount figures. Very irritating app I would say update: app got better than before..hanging problems r not coming nowadays..its not very good but good now than before. but please start using 'comma' in the amount figures..i'm saying again, it irritates so much.
This has to be least option giving app. Most of time OTP comes late and it expires. On app transfer it keeps telling service is not possible right now try again later. You cannot trust this app to make the payments in rush when actually it's needed on move. Axis IT needs to work a lot to make it more friendly. In contact only options you have is for payments by cms why no help desk on app. Why a different channels to go through for that.
Really bad app and website. Both are so slow that I am unable to operate the account and see the option available. I have opened the new account in the bank but already I have changed my mind after seeing the working of the app and website. I am really disappointed with this thing.
You have to click to refresh the list of pending approvals (despite claims of push notifications etc). After that, it shows the number of New approvals pending, but it is unclickable!! You literally have to tap all over the place several times to actually enter the approval screen - PLEASE FIX THIS! After that, it works well.
I got a high risk alert on my mobile with threat of data being stolen and more. Was prompted to uninstall. I uninstalled. Also, with no tarnsfers available, it gets limited scope. The transfers must be allowed may be with more security features, but yes, the transfer facility must be there.
Application is good work fine but Sum features not available in this axis bank app. Which is important to us. Add some features in this app like: 1. Cheque book request/services 2. Historical bank statement which is important for day by need 3. Bill payment 4. Add upi feature for easy to use send money and receive. 5. And many more option. 6. Card control
App is good One of feature is missing in app , they should give option to write a remark / Notes in a transaction of payment received in our account , as when payment is received from upi mostly name of sender is not appeared ,so we can write name of sender in remarks which can be used for future use ... Hope the team will add it
When you are coming late, you should come with a great app. But this does not seems to be one. I cannot do any fund transfers which is the main feature in any Mobile App. The app is also slow when compared to other banking apps like Yesbank or ICICI bank.
Useless app. This app is only to view balance, nothing else. I dont know why it shows current month calander on homepage, because it always shows 0 entries. You can not transfer funds, can not approve transfers, can not see transaction pending for approval... Its worst app not only on android but also its website is worst on windows desktop platform.
Very very poor app compare to other bank, bank is very good compare to others, I don't know why axis team providing very poor app for banking, very slow, all option are not well placed, hard to get required option, limited option. . Very bad app dosent suit axis bank. It's look like any local co-oprative bank app. Sorry axis team but it's really true.
The apps interface is good for a start, but is not worth if all other features are not added to it. For a cross reference developers should check HDFC MOBILE APP. It has every thing under one app.
The app is missing just one simple thing, (i.e, showing account balance info in the home screen. Every time I have to go to payment options and then click on transfer, then only I come to the balance). Hope you resolve it. ASAP.
Installed it the next minute I saw the mail from Axis intimating the new corporate App. But would say it's so unfortunate to see that it's not yet ready for Use. Doesn't even Login. So can't comment on other features... But yes can certainly say that you need a better development team and test the softwares with basic functionalities at least prior to launching it. even your online Banking portal for Corporates is such a failure. I think it's time for you to upgrade your software team.
Pathetic excuse for a banking app. Only lets you check balance, that too after entering essay long passwords. No other processes can be done, neither add beneficiary, transfer funds,, check statement... No options of that sort... Worthless app to be had.
Axis IT team seems really hopeless. It is crazy that mobile transactions are not working for several days and still not fixed. I emailed them for this problem and their suggestion was to use Axis bank website on a laptop. Because of their really poor IT systems, I have decided to move all our accounts to another bank in coming months.
Great app to use. Made very easy for approvers to complete requested payments. Able to get statement on email. Can view corporate card spendings as well. Very useful for auditing. Also loved the simplicity in login. long due app.
App is not working. The moment I downloaded it on my fold 3 android phone it keeps going into landscape and portrait mode continuously. Just does not stop and my phone hangs. Pls sort out the issue at the earliest
Very Sad. The developer has left the security of writing password in the password field vulnerable to SwiftKey or other keyboards. They expose your passwords make it predictable. The password fields must be made more secure by automatically disabling the predict key features. I use other banks app and never faced this problem.
Every time after logout, I can't close the application by clicking BACK button. Please fix the bug. And also I can't make any transaction.
Even after suggested so many things what they came up with some bug fixes which dont know.. No Name correction as Suggested. No Transferred facilities yet. Neither the app is user friendly... Even launching this very late still deployed a pathetic app. Worst app..
One of the worst corporate app. Never Ever thought that axis is maintaining so less features or flexible in using this corporate app comparitively with its personel banking app. It defenetely looking so less grade and feels like this app was developed by some college student. Really a worst experience.
In Android 10 this app as well as axis corporate app shows no internet connection. Your device is not connected to any network. Please try again always eventhough mobile data is working with other apps.
Worst app and worst customer support. Axis bank need to improve a lot. One simple card activation they were taking so much of time and customer support has no permissions for any of the servics. Better avoid axis bank
Axis bank corporate mobile app developer please check as we are unable to to view statement or last transaction from app. Also very not very user friendly. Worst mobile app goes to Axis. Congratulations!
Too late to introduce and also lack of payment option. For payment, every time i have to go for third party browser in mobile or laptop. What is the problem to introduce mobile payment app. Now also they are introduced such waste app.
Unable to transfer funds, after clicking on single payments and selecting the payee, it is not moving forward. Really bad app. Please fix it immediately.
For a first version, this app is great to use for providing payment approvals and also getting important alerts pertaining to my corporate account. the look and feel is great and is simple to use. M sure more features will be added in future versions making it one of the best corporate app to use.
The app works fine now. Just wish though that they would have kept just one app for both Retail and Corporate. Like HDFC has. Though it works fine. Also there's no option to add billers in both app and web net banking. Hope they add that soon. Note - you need to allow permission for the app to manage calls and messages or else you won't be able to log in.
