no signal, no connection, cannot be used, poor network, i already buy "paket suka-suka" 7day 5gb, but cannot be used, the signal always goes off "🚫" labeled as "no network connection" and it's often does like that when i'm trying to use the network, i used axis since 2020, at first it was normal & the service was not awfull like now, it's been like this since yesterday, actually a month before that it does happen again like this and went normal again, but now it's barely could be used.

The apps is just frustrating! It doesn't load the information automatically. Sometimes, I need to bought an internet package like 10 times until it successful. And somehow it's always force closed even if I'm just wanna try to see the remaining packages. I should reinstall it to fix the problem. It's sounds like easy solution, but if I should reinstall the apps every time it get problematic, then you failed to even try to giving the best user experience for your customers.

the app is UNUSABLE. when i updated, it detected someone else's number, so it doesn't sync with my actual balance and data plan. other than that, the app doesn't work at all and the menus doesn't even show up. please fix this or i'm moving to another provider (not that you guys even care, but whatever).

Paket BRONET 24 Jam 7 Hr is no longer exist. And I feel disappointed by that. Kuota based on city is actually never exist either. So I only use kuota utama, despite of the fact that I use it in the same city where I registered it.

Fix your internet strength especially in Bandung. It's getting worse and worse e v e r y d a y. For God's sake. Your signal always low to none every evening to midnight. I have use this provider since 2016 and this is what I got? Might change provider soon if the signal problem isn't fixed ASAP.

The system server is really bad. This app is always stopped in my device, idk why. I have to re-login for many times and it doesn't work at all. Also, it takes so long time to purchase the data package. This makes me frustrated. The previous version is so much better than this. Please, improve and fix this app. Can't wait to see the improvement.

The internet connection is very poor in Serpong, Tangerang Selatan, I always restart and turn on and off for several times, it same. No connection, and the signal becomes "X" and then SOS, please also fix the bugs in the apps, I can't open it, and it don't run properly.

The other day I bought a data service package and paid successfully via an e-wallet but the package was not there at all but for use. After contacting ineffective customer service, they relentlessly wanted the details so annoying and gave me a cpmplaint file report. Finally, without further agreement Axis gave me the package with the wrong time rendering it useless. They just wanted to get away with it. Beware.

The app serves me well before, but today something weird happened. I bought internet quota with ShopeePay and it just, nothing happened. My balance reduced, but no internet quota obtained. Then I tried tp buy one more time, see if it was my mistake but nope, still the same thing. Nothing happened. Then I decided to buy the balance for my Axis then buy it using that balance instead of ShopeePay and NOPE, still the same thing. *123# works well than this app! I won't install until further notice.

Feature itself its okay for me, but the reason of rating is "login session". Imagine, almost everytime i want to check the packet data remain, i must relogin and wait the SMS confirmation for allowing to see the feature inside. The term "Everytime" is very annoy me so much, hopefully the developer will Hear and Read our Feedback, then FIX the problem instead of let it be.

I don't know why but I think every update just add more and more bugs. The problem I found : - error when buying a plan that I want - the balance sometimes not updated - error when taking weekly bonus and the bonus that i choose disappear after the error - remaining quota sometimes doesn't show And now there's no more YouTube quota in Alifetime App Quota bonus???

I have some issues here, I am a Senior Level ( Tier ) on my AXISNET Application. All of the bonus are helpful, thank you very much. But one thing that even the newest level have, I do not. I cannot open my "Sureprize" tab. Only Small Sureprize and Super Sureprize. This is a non-beneficial problem for me, even my sister in the Junior level has the Sureprize tab. I've been using Axis for years and I am a little bit dissapointed about the bug. Please fix it, I am begging.

New update makes the app more useless than it meant to be, you need a luck so you could logged in (5 times tried to login but still failed to do so), and I can't even see my balance or use Sureprise when connecting with both WiFi and mobile data. I gave three stars last update and two stars for this update, if it's still broken in the next update I will literally give 1 star or switch to another provider.

At first time I installed this app, it was ok but now whenever I started click the login button and put my numbers the app said that my OTP code was expired or incorrect, instead of that the OTP Code just sent to me directly from Axis. I just confused, I've been trying many times and still "OTP code was expired". Please fix the problem, because this app actually make my life easier, I don't need to press a number again and again like the old style.

Sureprize Problem My app is bugging on the 'Sureprize' platform. I cannot access the facility, yet my Super Sureprize and Mini Sureprize features seem to work perfectly, I tried on my other phone, yet the app still bugs specifically on my Sureprize Feature, whilst my friends and family doesn't have a problem with this. Please fix this.

When you try to purchase data package from the app, suddenly the app is stopped. This situation keeps happening even if you uninstall and the reinstall the app. So you have to purchase the data package from third party retailer which is more expensive than the price stated on the app.

Ok, but the design is too 'noisy'. Will be much better if the developer can make the design simpler with less colours and let users to use English on the app. Also, I find the network is not good enough though it is in the city area.
