Couldn't activate the token on my new device. Tried plenty of times by sending the message. But the app says it couldn't be verified. Now I couldn't make any transactions through my net banking. On top while installing the app a pop info says that this app is designed for older Android version. Axis Bank - Do you have any idea to update the app.
The moment i install the app, i get a message that this app is not compatible with my android version but still allows me to continue. Later during the activation process, it asks me to send an SMS, but it does not show the message content or the number where i have to send the message. Where do I have to send the SMS??? The worst part, there is nothing on Axis bank support page regarding the app. I am stuck with this pathetic app.
Trying to install NetSecure App on new mobile phone. Having the same issues as many others, SMS is sent successfully, but token verification is failing. Tried several times and same issue. Also on Android version 10, it say this app is for older version of Android. This app need major quality improvement and hopefully soon. A very frustrated longtime Axis Bank NRI customer.
Worst way of setting up. Only once it give us serial number then we have to wait for activation code which it is sending to an Indian number. Being an NRI, those who design the app has to consider all the technical difficulties and create options Accordingly. I ended up uninstalling this one. update- giving 4 star. thanks for the update. now I can get otp and its useful. though its highly secure it could have been more user friendly
Very poorly designed app that has not updated even after four years. I could not complete the registration process because of the really convoluted setuo process that requires an SMS to be sent to an Indian phone number when setting up the PIN. Even after several mins after sending the SMS the app fails complete the registration process, because mostly the server receiving the SMS has processing delays 😒 Worst banking experience. Please stay away from opening accounts at Axis Bank
was prompted by the app with new serial number to register/ activate the net banking... tried and couldn't get through ad the net banking says you have already used the serial number... deleted the app and now trying to reinstall... can't download it... really frustrating... as being NRI... you feel like handicapped.... can't do anything... also their tele banking is so confusing and irritating... really disappointed.. have some transaction to be done... but can't..
Hi, I have been trying to setup my Netsecure app on my new phone and it always fails at the token verification step. I have sent multiple emails to customer service and no response from them. This is very frustrating.
Worst app and support. Had to reinstall and trying to activate since yesterday. After prompting to send sms, I get an error. The error log file was sent to the support team, copying to my relationship manager. You want me to login to Internet banking??. But don't you realise for this action we need first to have NETSECURE working!!!
Tried to activate numerous times and keeps failing. And it keeps giving alert that the app is built for older android version. Do you have plans to update the app to resolve the issues?
The app fails to verify the same mobile which has been used for over last few years. The same mobile and same number is not getting through to the system for re verification . Another customer seems to have exactly the same issue !
This app just doesn't work on my new phone. It was updated 5 years ago. I am literally not able to use my account because of this. Even after trying multiple times, pin cannot be set. Horrible experience!
Doesn’t work when you change to new device...it's a nightmare. I recently changed to a new device and now I am stuck in activating this app in the new device. They should learn from other international banks and make it simple like other international banking, they are very simple and still more secured. Biggest problem with the app is that i have to send a text message to a India number and then there is no acknowledgement that the SMS was delivered or received. NRE customers like me beware...first thing i will do after visiting India, is to close my account with them.
You really need to be lucky to be able to activate netsecure app for use ! On top of that, the bank will keep sending you to upload documents even if you have done it multiple times.
Horrible customer experience!! Every other day this stops working/throws an error and has to be reinstalled. It's another pain to reinstall. Axis bank hope you are listening to customer feedback. This prehistoric login mechanism.
Not able to get OTP on my mobile number or email. Visited bank several times, but it seems they are not aware about the problem and are giving me different solution everytime, assuring me it will be resolved this time. Worst app. Axis bank should ensure that their app are working properly first and then make it compulsory.
frustrating app. not able to fill activation token beyond eight digits. the code is of 16 digits. why so. tried once again to activate code but same result, mobitoken screen doesn't take more than 8 digits. how do i activate in such situation.
Keeps on showing your token activation has not been verified > I have received the notification that SMS has been received on your end. Update 15-6-2020 You said 'we would get back you'. I am pretty sure you didn't get a chance in last three months. Update 24-6-2020: I have submitted my mobile number with serial number. Please let me know how to proceed further.
This app is a joke. I have never used such a user-hostile app ever in my life. The system/app can not verify anything at all. Extremely inconvenient for using the bank account.
Why's doesn't the company fix the app inspite of so many many complaints. always and always shows error....how can people be so indifferent about customer service. cant log in to my net banking account because of axis net secure.
If there was an option to rate with a micro-star or nano-star, definetly I would choose those option to rate this app. The worst application I have seen in my life. Can anybody advise, whether there any option to use netbanking without this netsecure app?
Nightmare, spend hours and never able to activate it. Always says server error. Simply lost around 10euros by sending SMS every time . The first thing I will do after reaching india is to close my NRI acount with Axis bank and find some other good bank. Simply dont say in REVIEW responses that the app supports android 10(it does not support).
No OTP received to activate the app. I am trying again and again but not succeed. Very bad experience. What can I do?
worst app, never got into it....not able download and token verificatikn failed message .... after this tried to contact customer care then never got good response .... they all are in hurry to catch the last bus ......even one star also waste .... indian banking really needs to change with emerging technologies .. bye bye axis I will close my account....once i land in India.....switch to HDFC or icici for better customer service.... This is for review Replied by Developer: Yes my friend I did all the steps which your website shows and followed your steps also ..... not sure why i am not getting into it... is there any difference in Indian mobile or USA mobile??? I tried in both in Indian Mobile and USA mobile.. if it matters then AXIS has to provide the US version .....in securing the customers accounts your apps are making customers in more miserable state. And opened a ticket with out resolving they closed it and status changed to resolved. Did you verify with the customer or just assumed it got resolved.
Very inconvenient app. OTP for registration does not come and I am not able to log in to axis internet banking because of it.
Pain to activate, and when questioned the customer supports cites security as a reason why they disabled netsecure registration without assistance from their technical support! At least they should update their website to reflect the actual netsecure registration process.
Pathetic app. Can not set up the app. And also the support is not reachable. NETSECURE is so secure that even the USERS can't login to their accounts. Wow!!
Even after wasting money over and over again, on the SMS for the token verification, it never gets successful. Always the same old token verification failed error.
Terrible experience. After installation, the app immediately gives a message saying it's been created on an older version of Android and may not work properly on my phone. After going through the first few steps, at the stage of setting the MPIN it just keeps giving errors. Very bad and outdated app... Axis Bank really needs to get its act together.
