Service And Support is worst. App was working fine but from last 2 days it's frustrating, whenever the app is tapped it starts and immediately crashes. The lethargic and casual approach to resolve the issue has made this app worse to use now. Worst part is the problem came to know during payment and if person is not carrying back up, then????.
Just contact the developers and let them know that the app is crashing all the time on initial screen itself even after reinstalling. Just check your crashlytics or whatever error reporting tools you have and fix it a.s.a.p. Else I am going to make sure that your pathetic developers get fired.
Faulty app. Will I ever be able to create any UPI in any of the Axis apps. Now this app shows incorrect name in account. Despite repeatedly updating mobile number, this app says I don't have any number linked! Axis mobile apps need lot of improvements.
Not at all working ... For last two days, app crashes everytime I try opening it. What been done to it? There is no change in my phone, or the way I am using it. Please help. #Saw your response. Mine was not a positive feedback.
App got updated yesterday version 2.7.2, now it's not working, sorry it's not at all opening. Why these type of things happening with axis bank apps only? App update description is saying that bug fixes are applied. But you are introducing new bugs. Please fix it ASAP.
Worst app not fixed from 3 months. Suddenly it stopped recognizing me and my phone number. Even it has stopped scan pay from account. I dont know where to complain
Update - after last update,working good ,but sometimes the screen glitches multiple times after scanning qr code.
Trying to register, but it just fails even after multiple tries from past 4 days. Registration works for Vodafone sim but fails for jio(network is available and has valid talktime)
SCAN and pay feature is slower compared to other apps as camera takes time to fix focus. This could be improved
For the last two months or so it is not working. Asking for permission to use mobile to send SMS to set up and then messaging that mobile data network should be enabled. (already enabled).
Why message to be sent from registered sim.. why don't axis Bank send the password to the registered mobile number. I need to use the app in my tab my registered sim card in the phone. My tab has no option for the sim card how can I install and use this application ? Developer to consider this type of situation also while designing the application.
Application gets worst with each update. Dear Axis Team, stop updates. We assume with every update app will become more accurate, but Axis proved me wrong. Most expensive bank, but poor service. Post update app is disappearing. Impact on my Dmat account. Axis ensuring my loss.
The User Experience of this Application from Axis Bank was nice before... But, suddenly it became worse and I cannot even do the bank balance check and it crashes suddenly... If you Fix it as soon as possible, I shall give you a good rating here... So I am going to uninstall it...
Since yesterday 22/Mar 22 application is started crashing. Immediately when we thiuch anywhere. Clear data/cache and reinstall did not solve the problem.

Really terrible experience.. on getting UPI request, on the approve page the amount is always empty and can't add it either . ..
It was good earlier. From last two days its not working at all. When we try to start the app its gets closed automatically.
Good.. Now the app is not working.. Immediatly stopping and screen disappeared while opening the app..

Unable to verify, SMS sent but every time it says retry or cancel. No support from Bank.

Axis Team, New version app doesn't open, gets disappears. Reinstalled several times but same result
App keeps switching off automatically. I had to go back to PayTM and phone Pe for scanning n paying.
It was good before but past few days there is a technical glitch no scan and pay is permitted

Despite my carrier being able to send UPIACT messages for verification. The app is unable to verify my phone number. I have tried several times, several days to verify the phone number. I have tried clearing all app data too, or restarting network connection. App does send the UPIACT texts for verification but still verification fails inside App. I hope this is resolved and accordingly I'll change the review.
