The app has to be closed out 15 times before it even says it's connected to your phones wifi. Absolute hot garbage.
All I wanted was an axis IP utility and this app is useless without using an axis branded wireless battery pack. Cannot recommend.
This crappy app cant find axis cameras on the same network. Do not download , waste of time . Most Other manufacturers have android based camera finder tools that actually work.
Won't connect to the install tools wifi. Stops running every phone update.
Always have issues with initial connect. Can't find any good troubleshooting guidelines online
The app is constantly crashing and restarting on android 9 Samsung Galaxy S10+
pls update the apps ,i using mate 20 and poco phone cannot see anything.

Great product however I've found a bug in software when in advanced setup/web browser side of camera. When you click to widen the field of view the camera zooms in fully and you can't zoom out unless you connect with laptop in net port on the t8415. Wish they had zoom in and out feature built into the app so u would not have to log into the camera directly. Other then that great product as always.
Can't connect to the devices shown while on the T8415 signal, they are shown but with a symbol of a broken Ethernet cable instead of a thumbnail of the scene, Droid Turbo 2
Will not work on Pixel, no updates 1yr+. Ok on Note 3.

Constantly crashes when configuring cameras. (Galaxy note 8 + Motorola Defy). It is actually easier to get a laptop out than use this app unfortunately.
