December 2021: Constantly crashes. Unresponsive. Times out. Will say signature already exists after timing out, while signature page is still up May 2022 update: Same problems still present. And browser isn't any better.
This app has started to bug out and freeze. There are other issues I have but it seems like everyone is giving feedback is being ignored instead of the creators fixing the problem(s).
I really enjoy using AxisCare Mobile for work. It allows me to check off my ADLs and take notes that end up being saved at the end of my shifts. I can see my past visits, current and upcoming. Great app!!
I love this app, but it has been glitching and running really slow recently. Please send out an update for bug fixes. Thank you.
The new March 2022 update has made it so I can barely use my app. It is extremely slow. Takes 2 minutes to open the app. Words are overlapping. Please fix
App lags, at times it won't open or when it does it won't let you go to the clock in even when you are in the center of your location. Would not recommend us it wasn't for my job
Worst care app ever can't connect to the wifi or load saved transactions when in a situation with no internet it will accept and acknowledge entries but turn around and will say signatures or entires have not be made when they have it will erase them really should hire better app developers to give a better product.
This app is great when it works, but I don't think I've ever not had issues after an update. Unfortunately this always happens during a work day
freezes and stops mid opening, sometimes it overlaps the words and when that happens it kicks me off the server.
Latest update makes this app very annoying and difficult to use. Freezes and glitches everytime I try using it.
Axis care is wonderful, very handy and easy to use. So far works perfectly.
Axis is what we use to clock in and clock out with. It started asking for a server Id and it won't let me click in or out. My supervisor has to clock me in and out now.
Three stars. I had to recently change my password and it sent me into a tutorial. I didn't Uninstall and reinstall the app, just changed the password after having some trouble signing in. I've been using the app for 2 years. Why do I need a tutorial after I change my password??? It's like teaching a gold meal track and field runner how to walk. Still problems with GPS. I couldn't punch in when I was in the office.
Its a very well designed app. Perfect. Couldn't be better. Maybe the update will surprze me.
At least once or twice a week a get a error for clocking in and out.
App is lagging. Got to click the arrow so many times just to get me to the part where it say clock in
I hate this damn worthless app. It hasn't functioned right since I downloaded. This is ignorant if it's gone stay this stressful, and disfunctional.
This app sucks! I'd give it a zero if possible! Has been nothing but problems since the day I downloaded it for work! Couldn't find the server to begin with, then it kept logging me out everytime I opened it, then it wouldn't open, then it wouldn't save my adl's, then I'd have to save the adl's 6 times for it to transfer the data correctly only about half the time, and NOW it is stuck in an endless loop of saving offline transactions while I am on WiFi or lte! P. O. S.
Ever since the update on 3/21, it freezes. I cannot log in to do anything.
This app frustrates me, most times I can't clock in or out because I'm too far from the facility ( I'm inside the facility ). It's not user friendly the assignments do not give you specifics. This app states I need an update but when I click the link nothing updates. I can't accurately record my exact cock in/out time if I'm constantly having to notify the administration of the app issues.
I do not particularly like the way the Axis Care Mobile system device works. I have asked people in our personnel department and no one seems to know how to delete old and/or previous stored messages. I currently have messages from April 2021, and it becomes very confusing whenever I check for New Assignments or Messages, and the Out- dated Messages still pop up. I have contacted your Customer Service Department months ago and was told the system was developed for gathering information for the purposes of maintaining History. This is not helpful to me, or others who are experiencing this problem.
It not a good app can't login and out if no data or internet and it crashes all the time
The schedules never match what shows at the office computers. There isn't enough security; anyone can log in to your account that works with you easily override the system and mess with hours. The GPS doesn't work great either. Plus, seems to use a lot of data.
Right after I updated it says Internal server error! I can't get back in! DO NOT UPDATE! Going on a week with no resolution. They will only work with the administration of my company 😒 and appears they are giving them the run around. Telling me to update...... That was the problem to begin with . I have uninstalled and downloaded many times and still all I get is internal server error!!!!

The app has been glitchy here lately or it completely freezes up. Says I'm "offline" when Ive got full bars of signal and even wifi. And when it's not doing all of that it takes at least 15 minutes to load everything
It's very easy and understandable to use
I only put the one star just to post that i dont like this app at all. It always times out and runs so slow. It takes too long to clock in or out and to add shifts. I had to install it 3xs and its still not working.
