A lot of features are missing in this app, which I personally think. For example, there should be some tabs about Nifty50 which will show all the enlisted shares. Rather I had to manually search for them. Many important details are missing for individual shares. For example, the P/E ratio is missing. These info n features should be there I think. Very incomplete app from my point of view.

Totally outdated! Impossible to place an order on time. Half of the information on the web page does not load. Calculation of portfolio is totally messed up which makes taking right decisions very difficult. Entire page has to be re-loaded to refresh any small piece of information. Links to important pages like "portfolio" and "orders" not placed appropriately. You end up wasting a lot of time navigating between different pages. New players like Zerodha are miles ahead of Axis Direct. The only convenience here is that cash transfers between bank account and trading account is easy. It keeps getting worst with every passing day as the website does not load properly, logs-out immediately when I login and many irritating bugs,

Not able to scroll through the Demat Account pages after recent update. Only the first page is appearing and App is non responsive while trying to navigate to the 2nd page of Demat Account. Clear cache and stored data ,uninstall and reinstall the App.No result.Wrote to help desk. Asked me to do the same thing. Many users are facing the same problem after recent update. Rectify the bug immediately. P.S. Bug has since been fixed. Thanks to the Axis Direct team for quick response.

No real time P&L available. Everytime it has to be refreshed and see. Intraday Cover postions also doesn't show real time gain/loss. Hangs alot while placing orders. Sometimes second page of cover order shows the same positions as it is in the first page. Made a lot of loss because this mistake. VERY USER UNFRIENDLY. No improvements in updated version also.

App getting hanged (please don't blame mobile phone/ network) & order status not getting updated till the session end. It was showing order partially executed till the end of session. After ending of session i cam to know that order was executed in full & not partially. Not an easy access of options to have a clear idea of orders/ transactions done in past. Online website's experience is far better than app. Worst experience ever.

Hard to use because of ads. In every screen from the time you open an irritating banner touting Diwali stock tips shows up, obscuring the app and preventing you from entering information. It has an x to close, but that doesn't work. It took for ages to register as you are forced to work in 10% of the screen because of this pop up ad. Very frustrated.

Only 45% information i.m getting at a time. Other security companies give lots of information at time. ,Means I don't have to change the page at all. An extended breadth of the page gives me all-inclusive information. The date of purchase, the price of purchase,the purchase value , Also sale info with the profit and loss from the same space. I just have to remain same space. The sale price and sale value ,daily gains on each scrip with the% percentage. I don't have to search for my calculator.

Useful, but doesnt show enough details. For eg,history of trades done isn't available if you wish to see your buys & sales over last month. Also,in any particular scrip, the overall invested value isn't seen in the interface. Wish they could incorporate these details into the info the app provides. Also, as you place an order, there is no updated price or market depth info( something which is available through the website of axisdirect)...

After tapping on submit/modify a order, the app shows error "your transaction can't be processed " and automatically signs me off without placing the order. Also order book whole list isn't visible only top 10-15 ones could be seen. No option to swipe right or left page like earlier. Watchlist capacity should be increased. In order book it must simultaneously show cmp against the order placed.

it can be more better design, felling complicated to use and not much user friendly. please check the geojith selfie app. below are the issues I came across it will ask for ' check internet connection frequently' accessing trade book, portfolio, order status should be better Almost all pages are submit, instead better display the value in the same page stock updated values are not reflecting without navigating to different URL.

Developers kindly solve two issues that has been observed. In early sessions during market opening, when portfolio is tried to get access--Unable to connect and data not available appears frequently, though I get average net speed 8-10 MBPS. Resolve the sluggish app response by upgrading server, router, connectivity, connection settings etc. The issue is prolonged.

User interface is not at all good. There is no option to check the pending status investments. Need to install other apps to check the graph of the stocks or the current leading stocks or for any other information. The app should atleast have the basic information required for the investing in stack. There are many other apps in the play Store which are far better , more detailed and with easy user interface. Please check the apps like grow which is very nice .

Getting quote for options is time consuming. Searching scripts is not user-friendly. Search button should be available across all pages as we have the home button. Upstox, zerodha, IIFL all has a good interface for searching stocks. Bringing it to that level will make this app a good one.

The app was very easy and usable intially, but nowadays it is quiet annoying. After login using the app clicked on portfolio nothing comes even after trying several times and this is not just today most of the time I had faced this issue. Guys this is stock market app and every second it needs to be effective. I am not sure why this issue has not be resolved since long time. Appreciate if fixed.

*Why account details, comment is related to app problem not account. * *Clarify please.* *Following mail is given to your id.* "I had problem regarding your updated app. Now it doesn't allow logout, logout button is present but unresponsive. Why? The UI is bad as we cannot select shares from top gainer list. Kindly look into it and resolve it as soon as possible. First one is a security issue."

Unable to go into the app. After entering the password, it shows a loading and hides the loading, then nothing will happen, means app not going into further screen. I cross checked my password. I faced this problem while registering also. Please fix this damn issue, how can I use even it is not allowing to enter into the app.

Very poorly developed app, no feature of multiple windows, rates are not updated for more than last two weeks. Watchlist rates are stuck at 3 weeks old rates or zero rates. When prompt trade required, it keeps trying to connect to servers. Not recommended at all.

Overall experience is good. I am using this app for the last 5 years and gone through many upgrades. However a particular issue is frustrating and not addressed till date. You cannot find offmarket orders before trading starts. It is problematic when you want to modify or cancel off market orders.

Needs improvement. Log out don't work. Even watch lists can't be created and modified easily. Overall performance very poor. No idea how secure are transactions. App hangs every time I try to see my current portfolio Very poor app Updated version poorer then earlier app. Unable to see portfolio. As I try to see current portfolio and days activity it hangs.

When am trying to login, even after keying in the right password it is not letting me get inside the app, instead the screen stays in the login page only. However, if the password given is wrong, it prompts invalid credentials. I tried reinstalling the app in my phone,and it is getting stuck at the OTP screen then while am trying to register myself as the first time user. Don't know how to resolve it

Bad experience with axis direct,no finger sensor login,takes too much time to open,within few minutes it shows session time out,No direct sell out option.No separete option for PUT & CALL,trading preferences should be change every time, no easy chart option and indicators .Try to improve it,otherwise apps rating goes down 3.8 to 3.0 or below 3.

average app. back button doesn't work on this app which needs to be upgraded. further investment recommendation are not updated or refreshed for a long time. this app doesn't log out even after you click on log out button. Even after latest updates, issues remains the same. No error message displays on clicking log out but it actually doesn't log out at all. Needs serious attention on this security threat.

very good app & easy to place order -easy transfer of funds. but not as user friendly as it should be.two things will make the app more usable 1) Users must be able to shuffle the stocks in playlists as per their need. e.g. if i want to have place of reliance stock option right below its stock, should be doable. 2) User should be able to rename the watchlists.. e.g. instead of watchlist 1,2..etc. if titles could be named by users as per their interest like longterm buying, technical pics etc.

In comparison to their new Ring application(cumbersome, eye straining) .. much simpler & better(font wise.. less strain to eyes.. though refresh rate issue remains...a disappointing issue for an active intraday trader.. Very disappointing.. Even the Web version, too. Ring terminal not exhaustive real time portfolio update & needs much improvements

I think Axis Direct is for computer users only. It works fine and smooth on desktop website. There are great features on website. but the app is just ok and annoying. It lacks features and doesnt work properly.

Very pathetic App. Many a times it does not show your portfolio, it is huge loss of your money if you can not view your portfolio and sell your shares accordingly...Choose those app which never freezes as in the financial market even a lag of 10 second can cost one heavily..Choose down different company's app.

Using this app since last one year. It always ask for password everytime to login. Very slow interface. Overall units and value not shown on a single page. Overall value shown in demat section... Needs lots of improvement.

Pathetic experience thus far. Rates won't update real time, transactions won't reflect even after hours. Clumsy UI & not at all user friendly interface for navigating various options. The best app you could use to lose money because of inaccurate data!

Over it's ok. but still it requires update like total no of market depth, can use back button to ge back, etc. also, we can see our open position in a single screen. we have to select product every time. i think that is not required.
