This app is by far the easiest to use of all the gigs. If you don't get a route 1. you weren't fast enough, 2. Your wi-fi sucks, 3. There are a lot of people vying for a route. I'm new to Axlehire and I have a problem getting routes at times, but it's a dog eat dog world. I have been frustrated when the app jumps or freezes, but nothing is perfect. I couldn't do half stars, or I would have rated 4.5 stars, the half off for minor issues. An added feature for texting the customer would be great.

This apps is for people who can buy a smartphone amounting to thousand of dollars, bcoz my phone is only $120 that's why I cannot get an assignment when the booking is open even though I'm focus on it 30 minutes before booking time. So many times it was happen so maybe I have to purchase a smartphone amounting to thousand dollar to get a route assignment.

Excellent First click first serve, dispatch is always helpful, people in warehouse or storage are always cool and helpful, if you really wanna get a route you will find a route. Thank you dispatch, there is always someone not making it to pick up time.

They keep hiring more and more people that get to select their shift earlier than other drivers who have already been hired. Leaving only low paying jobs and at least 50% of the time you end up with no job at all because of how many people are competing for a booking. The people making routes do not check addresses. In areas that are in construction and are on streets that do not exist on Google maps leads routes to be inaccurate even when customers specify the actually location of the house.

This app sucks. I book my availability for Full Time and the next day it switches my availability to Flexible. I can never get any routes because this app has too many issues.

The app is easy to use and the routes are easy to do. But unless you root your phone and use a bot, it'll be hard for you to get shifts.

bad app for work yes is very easy to use and like lyft platform company runs a background check uses your social # car info BUT once you're in you supposed to receive a link to book your desired route so as for now is first come first serve means that if you have a advanced phone with strong 5G signal you might receive your link at 6pm but if you receive the text at 6:01 all available routes have being taken already....so 23 routes for the whole L.A/O.C/ventura area ? very disappointed

App itself is pretty good, but most routes got taken before they were even available to book. I'm not sure what's going on.

A month later, and they still haven't approved my application. This app has proved to be nothing but a waste of space on my phone. Deleting immediately.

Not sure if this is a scam or just horribly managed but I never got a response and they dont follow up on calls and emails sent.

Not a good fulltime job. Cant booked any jobs. Mostly everyday.

Been trying to complete the application up to now haven't got that code needed to finish
