Axon Capture

Due to the latest updates, the Import function on the app was removed. Now I'm unable to upload screenshots pertinent to cases. It would also be nice to have a Zoom function in the photo section to take quality pictures. Both of these are highly inconvenient.

After the last update unable to upload pictures or videos from my Samsung 21 phone. Is there a fix??

I'd rate it higher if i could access the citizen evidence function on my work phone. It's not available for me or any of my coworkers on our department issued phones, which are Kyocera DualForce PROs. Android is 7.1.2. This option is available on my personal phone, which is a Galaxy Note 10, but I'd much rather use my work phone for evidence.

Samsung S20 with Android 11. Just a suggestion: The photo and video features need to have all the capabilities of the native camera app...currently you can't even pinch zoom in the photo section.

This is a very great tool especially as an alternative to actually having a body cam which makes my Galaxy S10 plus very useful I appreciate you guys for doing this thank you very much!!!

Good app that works nice. I wish it had the ability to record phone calls.

No zoom. No pinch to zoom. No volume button zoom. Application is slow.

My experience of this app is poor. Would not allow me to log into my account to upload photos.

Downloaded App and attempted to create account. Last step is my phone number. I put my phone number in and hit enter and it threw an error. So far it's useless

Great app but the update just released actually took AWAY axon citizen invites from the interface.

Typed me phone number and nothing

This app is great, however over the past few months on two different phones I'm constantly having to delete the app and reload it in order to get the pictures to upload otherwise with cell phone service and WiFi it will just sit and say waiting for to upload and lose internet connection. If they fixed a bug whatever they did has effected this because it used to no do it. If they couild fix that this app would be the best tool ever. It still saves time for me and is extremely helpful it just has some bugs that needs to be worked out.

This app is a really great idea, however it simply won't work, in the UK at least. It doesn't appear to accept UK cell numbers then when you add a password and security questions it just says Axon Capture has stopped. Thought this would be really useful but can't get it working so uninstalled

When you press the photo button to take pictures, the app stops working and closes.

Definitely not user friendly. Why one picture at a time??

Only able to upload one pic in a time

. Camera allows you only to take a single picture at a time to a single case number. I understand that there is a "additional photo" button but after two pictures it freezes and then you have to edit the case number. Still cannot figure out how to batch upload *all* the pictures that I took just using the camera function either. I took that picture of the serial number plate so I could read it later, but you cannot pinch and zoom either. Time to get my squinty glasses on again. I am sure that it uploads, but I can never log into the website to send the pictures to a detective since I do not seem to remember my favorite movie/pet/team. It appears that every time you log into a new computer which is every day, you have to re authenticate to access the web site. Honestly it looks to serve a very strong need, but if the snuffie on the road cannot use it then the bigwigs at HQ slapping each other on the back are still wasting time and money.

The GPS tagging feature is great! And you have the ability to turn it off. You don't even need to have your GPS running. Would like to be able to tag the image with notes after I have saved the picture, unless I haven't figured it out yet...

Captures multimedia evidence and stores it. Very easy and intuitive user interface.

This has proven to be an excellent side app when used with the Axon. I highly recommend it.

Best thing since sliced bread with one suggestion. It'd be nice to be able to import multiple photos at once from your own gallery (that are taken outside the app). It's a pain to go back and forth importing one photo at a time. That improvement would be great and a big time saver.

Doesn't let you look up old cases. Other than that works good

I have a galaxy s9+ running latest updates. I couldn't even get the app to download, let alone get it to work. Axon you need to sort this out not happy!!!😡🤬
