Latest update not working for camera. Best to use a scan app. Camera feature just makes bills blurry. Tracking isn't what I'm looking for. Would want to opt out of tracking
My Company uses this app, its great for storing Negatives, Apparently your latest update has some issues. It continues to STOP on me as I try to input my information. Ive UPDATED the App and I have 5 bars on signal, I still Receive messages from SAMSUNG saying your App constantly runs and doesn't allow my phone to sleep, just eating up my battery. Question now is? Who buys me a NEW BATTERY? My Employer or Axon? 3.1 out of 5 is marginal. Keep Trucking App works great, no Issues when I used it!
constantly tells me I have new messages and when I check there is nothing there. Not sure if you have to pay for this but if you do I wouldn't. Not worth the space on my tablet. Constantly offline have to close out and reboot
This use to be a 5 star rating, but since the update removing the submit button it went to a 2 star. Why take away the submit button? I mean that's what I am doing is submitting information. The report button doesn't even function.
Company uses it. The tracking keeps turning itself back on after I turn it off on my android phone. Will be deleting it and telling company where to put it
Very poor huge waste of space in phone telling me transaction list empty but company sent them just a huge waste of time when I am sitting here at 2am trying to figure out what to do when
Easy to use, but needs to have somewhere to save finished load info for later viewing
Simple to use, if you know how to use your smart phone camera thats pretty much all you need.
Cannot get it to update..at this point it stopped working and is useless
Easy to use, and great for creating tickets for trucking companies.
running on android and cannot get the picture's of bol's to upload and send.
I really like using this app., but I had to uninstall it and now I can't get it to reinstall.
Keep getting messages that the bills are not readable.
Every time i hit the save button on a picture it kicks me off the app

I hate this app can't e-mail, print or anything all I can do is edit with a signature or photos. And when u try to contact axon for help via email and don't include the company u are working for they will ask for it and never contact u again. It has been 5 days and I haven't had a dam thing from them. And there app is missing a raft of important info like load discrimination and trailer numbers. They need to stop talking to the big wig office staff how don't have a clue what is happening out here and start listening to the drivers and what info we need to have when we go to the customers to pick up a load.
Every week I'm having to uninstall app to remove messages because they refuse to put an option to delete read messages. Find another app to use!
A lot more intrusive than the last version, asks me for access to my GPS every time I log in, despite saying no every time. Now it crashes every time it loads. The slider setup for selecting dates and times is horrible. I'd rather have the old Axon, at least it worked.
I would rather have the older version. Can you please make that an option....for us to pick which version to download? Thanks!

20 Nov 2018 Uses a LOT of battery power on both Android and iOS. 01 Mar 2018 Hey, they fixed it. The latest update where they removed the submit button. Before I had to constantly close the app or it would kill the battery in about four hours. Many of my colleagues had the same experience. But now I can leave the app active and I can go over 24 hours without a recharge.
