AXS Tickets, Concerts & Sports

AXS is a great app I love how easy it is to transfer tickets, and that you are able to resale your tickets through the app. One thing I would recommend changing/adding an extra confirmation that its going to the right person. This is because I had one instance where my buddy accidentally sent the ticket to the wrong account. If I could confirm that its me before the transfer finalized It could've been resolved. That could be as easy as me requesting the transfer then him confirming it.

overall good for BUYING the tickets, however when i got tickets transferred to me from another account, (it was very quick by the way, it showed up as soon as the "transfer" button was clicked), whenever i open the app to check the tickets, it keeps crashing and the app keeps closing. I waited a few hours to try again, still crashing. please fix this as i am going to a concert in june and it will be very awkward if the people at the door cant scan.

Terrible security feature. You cannot do a print screen of the barcode because they are afraid that you duplicate the ticket. Then you get to an event, and the app doesn't work, or the internet signal is too weak for the app. Not just you can't get to the event, but you get frustrated, and the people around also get frustrated because you are slowing down the line. Just ridiculous.

Firstly, the damn app does not show the cost of the tickets! I bought two at one price and one at another and need to know which are which!!! Because one friend is paying the cheaper price than the other because the other friend didn't get back to me until later and so the ticket is more expensive!!! I waited on the phone line for 45 minutes the other day, no one took my call, I'm not sure anyone even works there. Then! Not to mention! All the flipping fees! I'm never doing this again. RIP OFF

You would think the one part they would want to work is the part where they take money for tickets. It's always "Whoops! We couldn't complete your transaction!" It's also stupid how you can have an Axs acct with your information saved, but as soon as you want to buy tickets it forgets who you are completely, forcing re-entry of all payment info.

AXS charges a horrendous service fee and seems to have a monopoly on ticketing for all the venues in my area. The app is also very slow, signs me out all the time, forces me to do a captcha every time, and isn't easy to use. Avoid if you can. Call the venue ahead and see if you can buy tickets at the door or some other way.

Good app but your fees are atrocious. My tix were $30 but the "convenience fee" (convenient for you, not consumers) was $15. If it wasn't for someone who I really wanted to see, I wouldn't have bothered. I thought maybe it was just for this venue but it seems like no matter the price, it's usually around 40-50%. No excuse for this, I bought a $200 music festival ticket and the convenience fee was $5 from another vendor.

What ever happened to will call or just an email of tickets as PDF? Now we have to install an app to get into venues all so they can sell your data for additional profit. I had to navigate installing, setting up and account verifying an email, etc all while waiting in line (at the door). I had assumed it'd be like every other ticket I've bought but no you have to install this app and jump through hoops to view your ticket. This does not simplify the process at all. I've just bought another ticket without realizing it was also AXS events and have installed it but am not happy about it. Please provide a PDF or other email based options for admittance to venues-- nobody should have to install this stupid app just to enter a venue.

Does not work, you can't do anything on this app, it doesn't let you set up an account, keep saying contact support, when you try to use the forgot password feature, that doesn't work either, basically nothing works. They need to start over. This app is complete trash, it doesn't do anything.

The AXS app and platform is so much better than Ticketmaster. And it allows you to easily sell your tickets at or above the same price as the initial price the tickets sold for. Very convenient. I highly recommend it.

Currently cannot purchase tickets. Keep getting the "Whoops! Try again/try a different card." msg. Have tried all the things. Waited forever in the Live Chat queue for support twice only be disconnected/booted out right before it was to be my turn to speak with someone. Never had trouble with the app in the past.

This app is a waste of my time. I'd rather just get a qr code sent to my email like every other concerts I've been to. This app is "for convenience" according to the AXS website but it's inconveniencing me by making me download an app I'll hardly ever use.

This App is so unreliable....routinely I am unable to list my tickets for sale....or if I transfer them to someone....they disappear into the Ethernet.... I have been unable to purchase tickets on several occasions....no reason given...just sorry...we can't process your order. If given an option I would move to a different platform. Unfortunately....I'm stuck. Imagine a banking app that worked only 7/10 times....you would move to another bank. It needs to work 10/10.

It is absolutely ridiculous that the AXS app blocks users from taking screenshots of their own event tickets. The tickets have unique bar codes so it's impossible for multiple people to use the same ticket. More than once I've encounter situations where either the app doesn't work or connectivity is down in the vicinity of the venue. Do you know what happens then? They don't allow you to enter. A screenshot of the ticket is the only way to guaranteed you don't get screwed. What a scam!

Why this app needs an update literally every 2 weeks is a mystery. It's always bug fixes and performance improvements. The app runs fine without all the updates. I just want to get in to my event not download and update every 2 weeks. I have critical apps containing very private information that update less often because they are well written and secure to begin with. If you can't write a simple app that is efficient and not buggy every update you need to look at other occupations.

Terrible app! Can't use saved payment during checkout. Misleads you through checkout process only to have an error or tell you the tix are not available after all and have to start all over. Terrible!

Cant delete your account on this app. If you request to delete your account, you receive an automated email saying they cant honor your deletion request if youre outside California. What a joke. This app is completely unnecessary anyway, the only reason I got it was because using their website forces you to download the app to view your tickets.

Can sometimes be a little clunky, but this app is GREAT! Have always been able to access digital tickets for shows I have purchased, no problem—just make sure you've got battery cuz the QR code has a time limit. Screenshot from a previous day or a few hours before won't cut it at the venue. I've also put tickets up for sale, taken them back down & transferred tickets to another friend/user.

Slow. Lags. I should easily be able to search for the best seats in my price range but it only leads to frustration. Other platforms are much more user friendly. Transferring is easy and pulling up my active tickets is fine. So I'll give it 2 stars. ----. Updated review.... Every update is worse instead of better. For as much as they charge and make in fees, this should be flawless and speedy. I wish 0 stars, but will settle for 1.

Quick and fairly easy to navigate. My friend had tickets that they didn't want to go to waste and had me download this app so they could transfer them. although it is a little obnoxious getting them into your account because you have to check all sorts of stuff, it's a lot of back and forth but it was simple enough. I have yet to buy my own tickets for an event but my rating may change if I do.

Cant even log in to my account. Changed passwords and made sure I had the updated version of the app and it still didnt work. Hopefully I can still attend my concert in a week. Terrible app. If I could give no stars I would.

The app itself is ok. AXS on the other hand is a giant scam. Service fees costing 50% of every ticket is insane especially when their service crashes during high demand ticket sales. At this point I can't ever afford tickets offered by AXS because of their ridiculous fees. It's like buying 2 tickets for the price of 3 every single time. Thanks for ruining live music, you're no different than Ticketmaster.

I HATE AXS! The website is a joke from the malfunctioning log in page to the fact I cannot view my tickets without their stupid, unnecessary app. How many $%#@ times do I need to verify my email address and device?! Because I've done both 6 times in the last 10 minutes, for the website and the waste of an app. Just email me my #$@%&! tickets so I never have to be reminded AXS exists again! Terrible system!

This is simply unacceptable. Stop updating the app cause all you do is breaking it. Now I can't see the tickets i purchased, the Oops something went wrong message appears pretty much every time I click anything in the app. Unbelievable. Give me my tickets in PDF so i could uninstall this app and never use it again.

Absolute garbage. VERY laggy, I would barely consider it usable. Can't even log in without an error, and after 45min trying to pay for tickets, I'd keep getting timed out while their website froze. I really hate they monopolize tickets to garbage resellers like AXS that make such an easy process like buying tickets online so unbelievably and unnecessarily hard...

When the app is working it is great but every time there is an update there seems to be issues. After the update on 3/30 my tickets are not showing and says no internet. My connection is fine and the only issue is with this app. Needs to be corrected so I can access my tickets.

I keep getting logged out. The last thing I need is to not be let into a concert I've bought tickets for just because this app doesn't do what it should. You never get logged out of paper tickets. I actually need to break all sensible security advice and write my passwd down just so I can be more confident of getting into a concert. Also, please inform me when my password expires so I can generate a new one before I am stood at the concert venue door being refused entry.

Well, I do like the looks of it, but the logistics are a different story. I bought tickets to an event two months from now and I'm thinking I made a mistake and want to sell them. However, they're not showing up yet (says they will be closer to the event date June 9th). I read to sign in with my email + password - but I'm already signed in. I want to log out and log back in, thinking I'll be able to sell my tickets, but the app is telling me not to because I'll lose my information. FFS!

We bought tickets for an event through AXS and keep getting logged out and then can't log back in after several attempts. Live Chat and emailing customer support has been a joke as I have yet to chat with anyone since contacting them three days ago. Luckily, for whatever reason, I was able to login before each session of our event, but even then you can't access the barcode until about an hour before the event begins.
