Frequently does not load content - it freezes up, whether on data or wifi, very frustrating, especially when traveling
Error when opening app, have to force close it every time to get it to open
Horrible...cannot get info on app...not easy,to set up...gives no instructions on what to do if password fails and no where to go??

For the past few months, everytime my travel agent updates my itinerary there is an app error and I get a notification that the app has closed rather than an actual notification that my itinerary has been updated!
Works fine but I'm working with a differnet travel agent now. Can't figure out how to change the account settings to reflect a different agent, if it can be done. I even ininstalled and reinstalled. Frustrating.
App routinely fails to load data, making it a useless tool and frustrating point of contact with my travel agent. The UI is quite poor also, wasting half the screen space on useless banners. Contact with the devs seems to make no difference, so maybe bad reviews here will get their attention. :(
Crashes non stop....
All I want to do is turn off messages or have a way to only send me one notification regardless of the number of messages sent. I dont need 50 notifications from the same chat group. It's very annoying and hides the important notifications sent to my phone from stuff that actually matters.
Everything was fine until agent updated itinerary. Then all I get is the agents logo. No update. No prior itinerary. Device is a 4 day old Samsung 7S, so it's not because the device an antique. Uninstalled to try again. Zero. Which is how I would rate this app.
Entered my code, a logo came up and nothing else. I've tried reloading many times. No options to click on anything. I really need this for a trip next week, please fix asap!
Used as a value added service for my clients for several years. I have enjoyed it so much that I build my personal travel itineraries into Axus so that I have my booking details at my fingers. Some reviewers may not realize this is a service paid for by travel professionals. The itineraries are built into the program through the Axus website by your travel professional and viewable to you via the app. The itinerary can be downloaded as a pdf from the website. Great for wedding groups!
