Unusable Most of the time, the app sits on a blank screen after entering my PIN. IF I actually ever get past the blank screen, the app has been crashing in the middle of documentation. The app is very slow to load anything. Losing a note is very frustrating especially when they are already time consuming. I use the desktop version on my phone for the majority of the time. I have a Samsung Galaxy A50.

This app is so ANNOYING!! I keep getting these interruptive messages saying "Aww Snap, something went wrong while displaying this page" while I'm doing my note and all my information is deleted and i have to begin the note all over again. Sometimes it will send that message 2or 3 times consecutively. It slows me down a great deal. You guys have got to fix this.

Please fix. I use this for work and I provided my own cellphone and service and sometimes I'm in areas that do not have internet service. Before I was still able to collect the Pts signature but now it won't even load my schedule when I don't have service! This app is so slow to load too and another thing that would be helpful if I'd have access to my Pts addresses easier

Had to edit review. Extremely slow app. Time is very important on the field. App lagging is slow and wastes time. Updating review again. Looks like it's gotten worse. Slower than ever. I have wasted so much time on this app. Missed money. I'm forced to use this app, otherwise I'd never use it. Horrible.

This app is a complete mess. Asks to update when it is already updated, is so slow it gets backlogged in tasks you've ready clicked, and makes signing for patients a nightmare with a one in tall box that is the entire width. Would never recommend.

this app keeps crashing and resetting it self and other times it wont work at all but most of the time i have to call my employer to fix my time because this app will not load when it is supposed to and it shows that i either did start my visit on time or it has showed i started my visit on time but in another country... exp.... it has showed me starting my visits in africa , London , and canada ... this app needs to be completely redone and all bugs fixed... have a real programor revamp this app

Frustration on my S10+, I am unable to login into app. Does not allow me to stay logged in, get an error message the tells me to login again. "ERROR, Your session has ended as you have logged into another device, please log in again. " But I can not login. I am not logged in anyplace else. I do usually use a laptop but someone else is using today, so I was going to use the app. Unable to do that, very frustrating!

Everytime I try to log back into the app and use it. The app continues to keep pushing me out of it. I'm late on paper work everyday cause I to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app just for it to stay open that one time of uses. Please figure this out asap. Thank you so much for your time.

Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall due to not working. Horrible app. well it threw me out when I was getting signature at end of visit ...for an update. My agency won't get paid nor will I due to Ohio law. What a horrible app.

App is frustrating does not work on my phone keeps telling me to log in over and over again . App just recently doesn't work on my computer so I can't log into my shifts and do my visits very frustrating and annoying

Website and app are the same....it is very frustrating on how slow responding this is!!! I spend so much time just in waiting for this to open up a page. Very aggravating!!!

Can you please fix the app? it lags a lot, it was working fine until recent update I think, I've having issues with it at least for a month Im changing my rating to 1 star, I just updated the app and still won't work properly, as soon as I try to imput vitals signs it shuts down smh it suuucks

I hate that my company uses this app. Every time I get to my patients house, I have an update. I have to wait until its done. Sometimes it takes too long. I don't have time to waste waiting on an app to upload! Then I've got to log in all over again. I'd rather use Kinnser.

I absolutely hate this app!!! Unreliable forced to to update in the middle of my chart. I would have given it a negative number if I could have. Please do not punish yourself or your staff with this program!!!

This app ALWAYS gives me problems while trying to complete my visit. It takes forever for me to be able to start my visit when I arrive at work & when it's time for me to leave.

Once you know how to navigate it makes charting on patients very easy. I'm new to the system but RN of 30 + yrs primarily in a hospital setting and 3 yrs of Home Health.

This application makes me retype my pin every single time I make any changes and it is always getting Frozen and not letting me clock in, takes about 5 minutes just to clock in which takes away from my time with the patient

Last week I only got 3 client signatures,. I had to get signatures threw paper and fax . This been worsted week so fair. It not only me but payroll stated if we need a list of client that needed to be seen. I can not my view schedule.

Boots me out every day. Only fix I've found I'd to uninstall and reinstall EVERYDAY. Very inefficient on my phone.

Unusable for notes as a physical therapist because entering information automatically kicks you to your device home screen then app takes several minutes to get back load again.

Always asking for updates. Can't connect to server and then my boss is calling trying to figure out what's going on with everything. I hate it.

Lags, sometimes when entering vitals the values disappear after saving or entering another value. Very time consuming.
