I am UNABLE TO CLOCK in and out since last week. This issue has not been resolved. I called the company 3 times.
If I could, I would rate it half of a star, the app is completely confusing, one day, it'll let me clock in, and refuse to let me clock out the same day; or vice versa (doing the opposite) I wouldn't recommend this highly for anyone.
It has a terrible time tracking my gps location, constantly having to have my managers start my visits manually, also sometimes it wont let me view daily living tasks, other times it randomly boots me off and forces me to relogin, its the worst when it boots me off in the middle of a client signature and just shuts off. Then the client sometimes has to sign 2 or 3 times and so do I.
Can't log in if not at client's home. Sometimes have to pick up client's prescription or groceries before getting to client's home. It would be helpful to be able to log in and give a reason for not being at client's home like we can when we clock out.
Some days it won't let me clock in and most of the time the location doesn't work . I really dont recommend this. It give me stress with my job.
Unable to load schedules on 2 android devices but on the iPhone schedule updated right away. This app used by health care provider has all kinda of problems.. just read the 1 star ⭐ reviews
The app has been working wrong
It takes a long time to clock in and out and the app closes out while you filling out you timesheet not good
i can no longer use the fingerprint feature on my phone my phone was running fine until my work had me install this app now i cant even get into my bank account or anything that i use the fingerprint with
🤔 jobs are being lazy at the office keep regular paper time sheets and no I don't want no damn update I'm not taking no more apps off my phone for an update
Times it doesn't work right, and freezes up, I have to use it for work. It not my choice
Annoying as is everything now related to healthcare. More and more time wasting "features" as time goes by. They expect healthcare workers to spend ever more time on devices... At some point there won't be time for patients anymore.
App wont let me clock in or sometimes out. It keeps saying im not at clients home. This app is useless
It is always loading. It never works right. There is always some kind of error
Was doing good until they had to update the app now its horrible not working. I havent been able to clock in for 3days now, how will i get paid with now record smh
When I try to login, it says unknown error every single time.
I didn't like at first . I don't like however don't like that you have to answer the questions on both shifts the question should be different on the second shift they should not be the same questions on the second shift as you do different things

Garbage. I can't even reset my own password and am locked out.
Always malfunctioning making working harder than need be.
Many problem because, It often tells me that I am not at the client's address.
Stressful and does not work half the time. Axxess tech support basically does not exist. App makes you dread going to work because you have to spend all day trying to prove to your employer that you worked that day !!!!!!!!!!!!! (Bet Axxess does not post this review !)
It is easy to do and convenient

Too troubling to use
So much could be done to make this app worth it. Get no help from customer support either. Emails unanswered and no longer able to chart in app. For all the systems I've charted on, this one is the worst.
