unable to scroll to choose further down, has this been even tested once ? I was told today (july 2nd 2019) it was fixed, the app latest version on play store is from February. Even though I tried to uninstall/reinstall, still the same none working dropdown feature. (I'm running stock on a Pixel 3.)
only updates device with new settings when it feels like it. also doesn't lost all the radios it supports. long story sorry, don't bother with this app and just use the windows software
Are you guys serious?? We still cant use the app to map the steering wheel? I used to be able to. Until it was ruined. Literally pointless. It appears nobody cares or wants to fix it. Next time I will be going with a PAC unit. Completely unacceptable
Can't scroll anywhere. Unusable. The last time you updated this was in Feb, 2019? Time for an update. Edit: They fixed that issue.
Completely wrong info on the 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara. The pic showing the harness is actually showing pins 1 & 2, but has them labeled as pins 19 & 20. But even the correct pins 19&20 don't with either

Says device not found (E00) Customer support said I could use mobile device. RETURNING to best buy. Just talked to guy name Sam. Seems like he doesn't like his job. Had attitude seemed bothered on helping me. Definitely returning. And Sam if you don't like your job or just waking up cause all you did was yawn in my ear with the added attitude not good for the company. You get a negative 5
My harness literally caught fire inside my dash, everything was installed correctly, solid green light on interface, if I wouldn't have smelled the electrical fire and seen the smoke, My 2011 Mustang G.T. would have burned to the ground because of this p.o.s. piece of equipment.

Worked great with my Samsung Galaxy S8 and the OTG USB adapter it came with for transferring data from older phones. Used that with a plain micro USB cable, nothing special. Connected cable, turned on ignition, hit update. Bam, firmware started to download then install successfully. Allowed me to use my new pioneer Av receiver with my camry! It didn't work after I upgraded my head unit.. This did the trick.
Galaxy s9+ Won't pair with the AWSC-1's I have to keep replacing every 6 months because they go crazy and start remapping themelves. Both the AWSC-1 and this app are junk. Total garbage.
Crashes on multiple phones and android versions. Crashes on connection to aswc-1. Very annoying and should have more stability testing before release.
I am very skeptical about apps like these or leaving reviews, but this app worked amazing with my galaxy 8 and usb adapter. Its way easier to use the app than try to have it read automatically. Great app!
So I have been trying to use the app to map my control buttons. However, I bought the otg cable like it said I needed and I connect my phone. I have the aswc-1. I spoke to 2 different people on the customer service number and they were both rude and no help! If anyone knows how to fix the error " otg cable not recognized " my axxess is update to 4.08
Much easier to use than manually setting the buttons. **make sure you let it auto program before using this app to change the buttons**
As soon as the app connects to the swc, it force closes. Tried several times, same result.
Fast and productive.
App seems to work, but with my pioneer stereo and an 07 4runner I can't program the mode button. It doesn't work as mode or other options, if I program it to pause/play it just turns off the stereo. Both manually programming it and using the app have this issue. The firmware is up to date.
