The app is always having issues with glitches ever since they rolled out the new version. The ticket scanner never works properly and have to constantly shut down and reopen the app to get it to scan. Annoying that you have to scan separately for winnings and points, it was better when it was done all in one swoop.

Scan feature works when it wants, I would like to see a feature that keeps track of scanned scratchers, and a ledger feature would be great. Could be a lot more useful

The app is satisfactory for double checking tickets. The players club portion is totally confusing. I've redeemed many points for drawings, but the winners are never posted so its like ..well is it over? Did someone win? Was it me? Who knows? Waste of time.

Application worked well for a few months. Now today it locked up after scanning 3 tickets. I rebooted my phone, no help. then I Deinstalled and reinstalled the application thinking it might have been updated since the last time I installed it. Again, no help. Update-April 2022. Response to my previous review stated that they had made improvements. This time the app locked up after scanning only one ticket for players club. Not impressed with their "improvements"

Update. I'm still unable to scan tickets. For some reason my camera will not focus or attempt to adjust. I've cleared cache deleted cookies logged out updated and reinstalled the app. I no longer use the app and have decided to give my tickets to my cousin so he can use the points and second chance entries. I've given a 2 star review a while back but now just 1 because my cousin just won a 500 dollar visa from a drawing on a game he doesn't play. Camera works in any other app but this one

Scanner seems to work better on the prize portion and is very intermittent on the players club points. Once I finish scanning and close app it will open to a blank screen the next time, have to restart phone each time to get it to open again. Overall pleased with the service, works better when connected wifi vs 5g. Have been concerned of the accuracy since the beginning and would like some feedback to confirm if there are any cases of incorrect data or misread tickets.

Thank you for listening and updating. The new update has vastly improved. Still a little flaky with the camera but able to scan tickes much faster for both prize and players club.

I have had to uninstall multiple times. Very frustrating when you are trying to read the barcodes or the QR and it glitches, won't add points for the 2nd chance drawings or won't even tell you if you are winner. Should be a better app for the amount that has been and will be spent on lotto tickets.

Scanner is fraudulent and will cost you money in misrepresented tickets. The app scans tickets multiple times and then gives you error messages. It will scan multiple times regardless of whether you have another ticket under the or not. The only way to reliably scan tickets is to scan one at a time and restart the app. Several times now I've been told by the app I have a losing ticket when it is actually a winner. Can't imagine how many winning tickets I have thrown away because of this.

Horrible app. Always errors out. log in is a nightmare. verification continues to error out. Locked me out 1st log in attempt Nothing but problems....

For some reason my lottery app won't let me sign in, the sign in button is greyed out after I enter my login and pass. I uninstalled it.. reinstalled it, hard started my phone nothing.. and there is no update for it..

Can't even log in wth!? I uninstalled this app last year because of the same issue thought maybe they'd have it fixed clearly they have not! What's the point of having this app if it won't even let you scan tickets or document your rewards!??? Tried to check tickets without logging in but guess what? It routes you to the log in page, enter in all info but sign in stays greyed out. The app store shouldn't be carrying this app from the developers if you can't even use it for what it's intended!

Useless app! it used to work great but now it wont focus in to actually see the code and doesn't work at all now.

a perfect example that government does things much worse than private industry does... Continual issue with signing in, freezes, doesn't always scan tickets, takes forever to go from one option to another within the app. Very poorly designed. Probably more of a data mining app for the state...

After months of trying to use and enjoy this app itml will only successfully only scan 1 ticket . It is very stressful and time consuming but has potential to be more fun and relaxing. I have also tried to scan from this app on many different mobile units to make sure m Therefore it is difficult for me to to consistently play or even go to mobile app. Hope you resolve this soon . Can't register! Can't scan tickets or do anything I downloaded it for without registration and the "next" button on the register page doesn't work. I've tried turning my phone off and back on, also uninstalling and reinstalling the app, nothing changed.

Updated app. Tapped on OPEN-- NOTHING HAPPENS. Also having trouble scanning for points and if we have a winner. PLEASE FIX THIS!!OMG NOT LETTING ME SEND THIS POST 😔 😞

Why in the world would you turn the prize checker off 12am-4am, it's automatic and doesn't need a person. That's when the checker is mist useful.

I like playing but I put >n for so many drawings and sometimes hundreds of entries into 1 but the odds are just to many anyway I guess your either lucky or your not.. ... And I'm not

Very convenient to scan your own tickets & games to earn points so you can enter them in 2nd chance drawings. I recommend everyone download 👍 this . . . .

Worked fine for a while but now I can't login. I put my email and pw but the sign in button never activates. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I even reset my PW but nothing has worked. So it's not usable at all now. 😠

I go into the app to scan my ticket to see if my numbers match, then when I try to scan for points the scanner goes on forever n ever and I have to manually enter my ticket. Can you please improve the scanner to work properly. I moved here from Texas, and never had those issues in the Texas Lotto app.

My experience was fine at first just horrible now I can't scan without signing in and I can't sign in because the submit button never lights up even after I put in my name and password it is a horribly functioning app and needs work it's a waste of time at this point I'd rather go to the store and further more I shouldn't have to recreate my password everytime I want to sign in now I can't even get the prizes I'd possibly won I don't recommend this app at all until these issues are fixed we 👀

I can't log in . This is ridiculous not only was it not giving me my accurate points on tickets . I submitted complaint to lottery I don't trust the integrity of the process any longer I believe it's rig this makes no sense . Especially when the only problems go against the us players . God knows how many points I not been credited for over the years. But y'all making record profits.

I am still playing to WIN!!...I enjoy the app because its like second chance winnings without the Jackpot...Nobody Wins If Nobody Plays...What's a Buck.. I have taken chances that cost so much more and I lost everything more than once!...This is much cheaper and safer!...Lotsa Luck Players!!

Before the update it was either crashing or it would randomly let you sign in to scan scratch off tickets. Now after the update it's even worse. I cannot even get past the sign in page it goes nowhere

In general, I like the app. I'm happy to not have to go to a retailer to see if a ticket is a winner. I love the little extra games too. The reason for my four star review instead of five is that for the draw tickets, once I scan it to see if it's a winner, I rarely can get it to scan for the Players Club. When I try to manually type this info in, some of the letters repeat which makes it time-consuming and annoying to type in all the information.

Love the app, but there is one issue that I experience 99% of the time. I was excited once the ticket checker became available for use until recently. I'd say 9/10 times, once the picture is captured of my ticket's barcode, I get a notification that the app is not responding and needs to close. I will try taking the picture numerous times before finally giving up on it. I have used the option of sending feedback almost every time. I attempted to uninstall it, then reinstall it as well.

Love this app★ I love the new version of this app. It lets you get points for every ticket I scan regardless if it's a winner or not. My only issue I just scanned a bunch of scratches today and nothing was added to my points. I'm not sure if it takes 24 hours for the system to verify or how it works. I couldn't find anything on that topic in the rules or app settings.

So, I am grading you based off the reason I downloaded the app. I wanted to see if there was a way to check if my scratch off was a winner without going anywhere. Your app indicates that this can be achieved here. While I enjoy the 2nd chance drawing thing that comes with this, I have scanned multiple tickets and got system error messages for all of them; so now I don't even know if I should even keep the app since it can't do what I wanted. You get the 1 ⭐ for the 2nd chance though.
